The pharmacy does not accept GoodRx coupons, and they will not give me a reason why they don't. Every other Walgreens I have been to accepts them, so I assume there is something really shady and corrupt going on at this facility.

I went to the store to make a pay near me payment and the cashier called the store manager over to the photo department just to direct me to western Union. I told the store manager that it wasn’t a western Union payment it was a pay near me barcode that needed to be scanned. She starting carrying on about how they don’t scan peoples phones etc. It’s not my first time paying a bill at this location however it was my first time dealing with a store manager Julie Johnson who did not know how to do her job. She was unprofessional, lacked job duty knowledge and needs some coaching immediately.

I shop here at least twice a week. I was in the store about a month ago and Julie kept following me around like I was a thief 😡! I purchased the items (of course) but returned them a few days later bc I didn't appreciate that treatment! Stopped shopping at this location bc of it! Everyone else there is so pleasant, oh except for the big black guy who always looks miserable.

I shop here all the time. Everyone is very pleasant. The store is always clean and well stocked. The team members are always there if u need help with anything! This is by far my favorite Walgreens.Julie at the register is a very valuable employee. She always takes the extra time some customers need without ever making you feel rushed or a bother.

Two days ago I called this Walgreens to see if I needed an appointment to get a flu vaccine. I was told no. I arrived today at 10:00 a.m. The young lady in the pharmacy stated that vaccines were not given out unless an appointment was made. She suggessted I go online or use my cellphone to scan a barcode to make an appointment. At this time, no one is in the pharmacy, but me. I informed her that I am visually impaired and could not make an appointment online. I asked if she could make the appointment for me and I would come back at whatever time I was given. She said no. I told her that if I was her color she would assist me. I then proceeded to the front. I explained my situation to the clerk at the front of the store. She then went to the back and came back stating the same young lady I spoke with gave her a 3:00 p.m. appointment for me. How could the clerk, who is white, go back there and get me an appointment, but the lady in the pharmacy was unwilling to accomodate me or my disability? This situation occurred over an hour. Still at 11:00 a.m., no one came to the pharmacy. Why could she not give me the vaccine within this hour when no one was present or waiting? I have been coming to this Walgreens for 10 years to get my prescriptions filled. Rather than sit in Walgreens for 4 hours, I left and went to CVS to get my flu vacccine where I received great customer service. I am in the process of moving my prescriptions to CVS. I am 75 years old. I should not have to ride around looking for a flu vaccine when this store could have easily accommodated me. I hate that I didn't get the young lady's name who refused to make me an apppointment when I asked. She was a young white female between the age of 25-30. I will never return to this store. Lastly, I asked her why was I told that I could walk in two days ago. She claimed the policy changed on yesterday. I don't believe this at all. She did not want to give me the flu vaccine.

Called 3 times each time the recording stated that COVID testing was drive up and no appointment was necessary. Store manager finally answered and said the same thing. I go, wait for 30 minutes only for the tech to say appointment only next appointment is next Tuesday. The amount of time he was telling me that he could have just administered the test. He was wrong about that as well the next appointment was this Thursday. still pointless since it takes 5 days to get the test back. Called back again, the pharmacy finally answered and said oh the recording is wrong and has been for 3 weeks...

I called over 3 times trying to schedule a PCR covid test and a vaccine. The first call the girl from pharmacy gave me a website to schedule an appointment everytime I tried to schedule the appointment it kept saying something went wrong. So I called a second time and she told me what slots they have open and to make sure I was using phila pike and holly oak rd. So again I logged in the website made sure I was using that store and the time she gave me to schedule and still got the message something went wrong. So when I called the third time the lady said she couldn’t schedule an appointment for me but if I came to the drive thru she could show me how. So I then asked well if I come through drive thru can I just get tested? And she said no that I have to schedule an appointment. Kept giving me the run around which I don’t understand if they’re broadcasting we can walk in for covid test and a vaccine. So why wasn’t I able to walk in for ether?

Had what I was looking for. The employees are very nice and helpful. The pharmacist answers all questions and is always helpful. Their products whether they are brand names or Walgreens own are high quality. There is an American Express office there too.

So I know Walgreens in general is known for a very poor service across US, however this particular instance was the worst of many others. Went for COVID testing (sponsored by State); stood in line since 4.15 PM (they stop testing at 5pm) and its past 5.15pm and nobody told us they woulf not accept customers who arrived much before closing time and are already in queue. A lady was telling other customer they would not take new customers around 4.50ish PM but no body told us anything and kept us in line. They accepted all cars ahead of us until 5.45 and come our turn next, the person on the window rudely said I am closing now and come tomorrow. He wasnt at all curteous and was talking like a robot (standard recorded responses). I have to trave to another state which needs a negative test results and Walgreen here just wasted almost 1.5hrs without proper information. The manager was missing to atleast talk and be sorry about their mistake( this is standard of Walgreens in general though). Would better recommend CVS or RiteAid for any pharmacy/related needs- review purey based on personal experience

I give the store a 5 star. The store is great and clean. The employees have knowledge of their items. But I have one complaint. I don't know his name. But he is a lead. He is very rude and not pleasant at all. He told me that once I purchase something he told me that I am not able to purchase anything else. He said that I have to leave. Not happy at all.

Switched to this store after the Graylyn Crest Rite-aid tried to give me someone else medicine. Walgreens is so much better. staff is friendly never a wait.

Staff is simply unhelpful came in for help with 2 items got 0 help 0 knowledge and got no answers for any questions most I got was “maybe” “eh it could”It’s simple things to get questions for the fact there was 0 effort from the beginning is sad held this Walgreens to a high standard now I’m reconsidering.

I do not recommend this pharmacy if you plan to use a discount card like GoodRx or SingleCare. They will refuse to accept it and expect you to pay full price.
