This dog wash is an absolute delight. My girls and I were treated so warmly. Everything I could need was handed to me. I anticipated that bringing my two dogs at the same time would be tedious and potentially challenging but NO! I had such a pleasant experience! The gentleman that assisted me was so helpful and patient. Prices are absolutely great. You cannot go wrong with this place. I most certainly see myself becoming a regular here. I only regret not coming here sooner and struggling in my home this long.

My 8yo Dane spent her whole life getting bathed in a walk in shower at home so getting in and out was super easy. I’ve since gone to a few other self wash stations that have the big metal tubs and it was a nightmare with my dog.They have these oversized, easy-access tubs here which are awesome and my dog felt way more comfortable and was way easier. Will definitely be back.

We had our puppy groomed at Top Dog Self Wash yesterday and we are very pleased. We’ve been to a few different groomers and haven’t returned, but will 100% be returning here. My pup was so nervous when we walked in, but she was groomed quick and the service from the manager/groomer was excellent. My dog looks and smells awesome!

The 2 main people always seem weird. Like they're being fake nice and don't really want you there but will take your money. Last time took my dog to get nails trimmed and the usual girl wasn't there. The new lady hurt my dog, didn't know how to even handle him, like this was her first time ever trimming a dog's nails. Or they just got some random person off the street to do it. The other girl is patient and calm and my dog is calm. But this lady didn't know what she was doing. She kept twisting my dogs leg in weird angles to trim them, so we had to stop her and just left.

This was great for me and my dogs! The gentleman was very helpful and polite! They had a heated kennel as my one dog waited for me to finish with the other. It was a great help for them to have all the supplies and the right tools already there! I don't have to worry about clogged tubs or my sinks at my house anymore! The only downside is that I wish they more hours and are open more for later hours.

Adopted a brand new rescue dog from a puppy mill who is very nervous and distressed with all humans. Not knowing his full background we wanted to get him cleaned up as best as possible before bringing him into our home. I cannot say enough good things about the owner/manager who was there, and who went out of his way to help us in our hour of need (truly). The bathtubs were at the perfect height, all the supplies we needed were there and the shop takes care of cleanup when you leave. We will be using this service for future baths and possibly nail clipping if they let us back into the shop. I highly recommend this business.

I am a first time dog owner as of early 2020. Got the puppy I always wanted when the pandemic finally made me stay home enough to deserve one. I've tried so many self wash places, each time looking for just a bit of professional advise or customer service. I get they are self serve, but this was the first place i went where the staff, while letting you bathe your dog on your own, offered advise if you were open to it. After 16 months with my pup, i have a brush she doesn't hate AND it gets at her undercoat. I've been there twice now, and despite it being 3 times farther away from another self server dog grooming place near me, this will be my bath stop every month. All the staff i met are wonderful, knowledgeable, dog lovers. it would be worth the money with out the great customer service, but the customer service takes it so far over the top, there is no contest... it is worth the longer drive.

Loved them! Got a quick appointment due to a cancellation and groomer was fantastic. He was very gentle even though Yittle wasn’t the easiest. He’s a chihuahua 🙄. He was quick and he even gave me a washing tip for small ornery dogs but I’ll be back to the Top Dog groomer in the future.

Snoops (I) like to go there as it’s open and staff Snoops does well there even if we had to go back after running errands. I had to see if the had toys for a dog that doesn’t know how to play. PJ pointed out the ropes and I took one home since he also let me hold up an antler but she turned her head.

Been going here for a while. Couple times a year for grooming. There is a new groomer. He is good. Both my dogs turned out great. Gonna keep going here. The talent may have changed but, the quality is still there.

This shop has a warm mom & pop kind of feel. Service is pleasant. The wash tubs are spacious, ergonomic, and very easy to use. I never saw a drying cage. It is a great option for my senior dog (with anxiety). The hose always seemed to be vexing. Pricing is good and I plan to use this location more.

This place was great! They use wonderful natural products, we actually brought our own because I'm so particular with what we use, but we ended up using theirs. We have a 130lb newfie, Brandy, and this place was perfect for her. Their setup is very comfortable for the bathers too. They supply everything: aprons, a nice elevated tub that was plenty big for even her and you can walk almost completely around, shampoo, tearless face wash, combs/brushes, wash cloths, towels, squeegees, blow dryers, and everything else you can think of.They even had this great giant dryer for big dogs that was like a crate. They set a timer and it blew dry her for us, so we were able to relax for about 40 min. She loved it and didn't want to leave!The place is clean and the staff are very helpful. Their prices are very fair and reasonable.Oh and opt for the cologne spray add on, they have this excellent blueberry spray and my goodness it smells delicious!Brandy smells wonderful and looks beautiful! We are so glad we found this place and I think Brandy is too! We will certainly be back!

This place is amazing, I wish I could give it 500 stars. I have a very sweet pitbull but she is not friendly with strange dogs. I went in a few times before and the staffed seemed more than willing to be as helpful as possible despite her breed and aggression. I was worried I would never be able to give my girl a good bath. Today I took her in, I did put a muzzle on her, but she was so good even with other dogs in the facility. The staff was very helpful in encouraging her and making her experience as painless as possible. Go here!!

Excellent customer service and a reasonable price. Absolutely everything you need to wash and dry your dog is provided. We brought 3 dogs and they cleaned the tubs in between each one. Not having to clean up after washing 3 dogs is well worth the cost in itself! Will definitely return.

This is the BEST place! Yes, they have clean facilities, you get choices on shampoos, they have no-tear face wash, all the cool things that make bath time great.BUT... what makes TOP DOG extra special are the PEOPLE! They treat your dog like it's their own. They even help me get my elder dog in the tub when I need help. The young lady that does nail trimming takes care of my dogs (one of which no one else can) at a very reasonable price.LOVE THIS PLACE! LOVE THE STAFF!

Stopped in because my Brussels Griffon was overdue for a bath and I'd driven by the place a few times. Was really happy with the choice and I'll definitely be bringing my lab in too when she needs her bath. Great selections of soaps and they have baths for all size dogs so you don't have to hunch over your tub. Towels are provided, plus a air dryer which was really nice. For an extra dollar you have a choice of doggie colognes to add a nice fresh scent after the bath. It was a great first experience and I'm looking forward to going back.

Wonderful experience we took our 80 pound and 10 pound dogs here and had great service. From the creating walking in to the instructions on how to do everything. I brought my own things not realizing they have it all! Shampoo towels aprons to treats and toys! Will definitely be returning!

Great place awesome owners. Needed a place to wash the dogs myself since they are unfortunately very large and not the friendliest with other animals or people. The owner was nice and advised me what it offered. And it was great. Awesome price. Awesome selection of shampoo as well. Definitely worth going to.

The best choice! I'm so thankful for all the good reviews because it help me with my decision of trying this place out. I took my yorkie in for a wash and cut and I loved it, she did a awesome job took her time with him and made me and him feel so comfortable and not to mention didn't pay a whole lot like the place I was going to before, Now we have a new place for sure..THANKS TOP DOG SELF WASH😁👍

The owners are very helpful and loving to the doggies. The facilities are very clean. If you aren't in the mood to deal with the bath time mess a doggy bath can become, then Top Dog is a great alternative. All we had to do was wash our dog and the owners took care of the rest.

Oh yes! Personalable, helpful management provide everything you need to wash, dry and beautify your pet. Big dogs and little dogs, raised tubs so there is no backbreaking bending while you scrub.I call ahead and when I arrive a tub is usually set up with a standing platform, so I can get started on my little guy right away.Well worth the cost and no hairy drains to clear!

Really enjoyed the ambiance for my female pitbulll (being that she is a little stubborn). Staff was really impressed with the friendly staff and the equipment . Hazel really enjoyed her bath Top Dog Self Wash. She came home and took a nap.

If I could give zero stars I would. NEVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR NAILS. It was disguisting inside. Hair everywhere. Chaotic. Unprofessional. Didn’t even do all of my dogs nails. Cut his quik on two nails. Charged me full price and never mention they cut him. They had a dremel and somehow my dogs nails are left so hard and rough and rigid. The worst place. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.
