If I could give NO stars that would be deserving of this so-called Grooming Department! I paid $57 for my dog to be bathe and the extra package for $13 for her to smell good and her bandana. They called and said my dog was ready for pickup. When I got her, the only service that they provided was her nail clipping. She smelled the same and was dirty. I left the store and noticed nothing was done except her nails and quickly returned and asked to speak with the manager. A young blonde lady(extremely rude and unprofessional) came out, I explained why I came back and she said well the dog is here, we can perform the service now and brought out this spray bottle and a cheap bandana, I advised that I would like a refund, she looked up the transaction then said that per the system I was only charged for the bath, seems that groomer realized after I paid and left, she had not performed the service and deleted it out, she proceeded to say my pet was NOT WELCOMED BACK! because I asked for a refund, she demanded to see my receipt, when I showed her my receipt, which proved that I was charged for the service she said, "Oh she (groomer)gave you a discount", and I said , I received no discount, I used loyalty points. She said "Well since you used points, you will NOT receive a full refund." After I left the grooming department, I was so disgusted that I proceeded to the store manager and explained everything to her. She quickly apologized and advised my pet IS WELCOMED BACK. I advised that if the Blonde is still the grooming manager, my pet will NEVER be groomed there again.If they are charging extravagant fees for sub-par or no service, you can waste your time and money with these groomers!

If no stars was an option…I would have picked it!!!!This place is horrible and not only am I never taking my pet again, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I was very specific about the cut I wanted and showed the groomer a picture. I received nothing close to what I asked for!! I’m furious AND had to purchase clothes to keep my baby warm. This place should be shut down particularly since after sharing my experience…others have had horrible encounters here as well.

I started puppy training here with my puppy. Pam is an excellent trainer and I recommend her classes to anybody with a dog. She is smart, shares great information for all things dog related including socializing, mental and physical exercises, leash training, reward systems and so much more. I’m so grateful to have signed up for this class. Thanks Pam!

I will never take my dog here again. When I dropped off my dog Molly for grooming I was told it would be 2-3 hours. 5 hours later I had to call and find out what was going on. They told me she was just getting finished up. Her appointment was at 9:15am and I didn't get to pick her up till almost 3:30pm. On top of all of that, I get there to pick her up and they had the nerve to ask me if I knew her collar was broken. It wasn't broken when I dropped her off or she would have taken off as the collar would not have stayed on her. So on top of the $101 I spend on her grooming which it doesn't even look like she was groomed especially around her ears and her bottom I was forced to buy another collar before I could take her home. I'm not sure what they did to my dog to break her collar but I'm very angry with this whole experience. I have been taking my Molly there for the last almost 3 years and she was even in the puppy training there. But I will never step foot in this pet smart ever again.

This applies to the grooming department, only. The rest of the staff seem lovely.But I’m 100% never bringing my dog back here. This is the 3rd time they told me my dog’s rabies shots aren’t up to date - when I went for the appointment - and, that they won’t be able to groom her. That’s despite having the vet send over the vaccination records. I had a copy of the records on my phone too, and since the last time they did this same thing…. The vet circled the date and the rabies note. Then wrote in capital letters in the middle of the page - WAS VACCINATED AGAINST RABIES ON 10/14/23.The vet told us they do this frequently. But since my dog is over 100lbs and I made my husband help take her and my dog hair bombed his truck and planned our day around this, I didn’t just walk away when they said my records were out of date.I walked back in and pointed out the dates and the notes and the red head lady just rolled their eyes at me and said “I’m not dealing with this, I’m getting a manager.”Luckily, my husband walked in that that point because i was still trying to control my dog and was starting to get frustrated.The manager came in, and said the paperwork was fine and we were good to go. The staff said the paperwork was just very confusing. Despite the bold, caps, and circles… but I digress.They were all just as miserable and nasty when I picked my dog up. So now I wonder, is it laziness? What is it??Anyway, never ever again. Going to try to find a mom and pop and people who actually care about the pets and customers.

Great deals and a fair amount of selection. I found some cool cat stuff in the clearance section. I found some allergen dry shampoo I'm going to try out for friends who have cat allergies. Fingers crossed it works, the reviews say it good things. The staff was friendly and cheerful, and I was greeted 2x by different employees in the store asking if I needed assistance. Which wasn't necessary, but I still appreciated it. Overall, pleasant experience, I will continue to shop here in the future.

I needed a large opening syringe to give oral liquid meds to my 150 lb Newfoundland, they were very friendly & helpful, great to my dog. The only downside to Pets mart is their prices can be beat at multiple other stores, but they have great amt of options in store

Maiyah is great with my fur babies!! She has groomed two fur babies so far. She does everything she can to help you and your fur babies. One of which is a 2lb yorkie. I wanted him cut and before I left she warned me that if he was scared she wouldn’t do it. When I came back for pickup she let me know that he was scared so she didn’t cut him and just did a light face trim. Mind you others wouldn’t care about your fur baby being stressed and would do it anyway (yes that has happened to me before at other non PetSmart locations). I’m glad to have found Maiya and will be sending all of my fur babies to her as long as they’re alive and as long as she’s there!!! I refuse to traumatize my fur babies with people who could careless about them.Update- Maiya has now given my big boy a bath. She said he did pretty good and listened to her. Maiya always provides updates on how everything went which I love also. My HavaPoo hates me to give her a bath but, she is way better letting her give her a bath! My Yorkie just melts in Maiya’s arms and did NOT want to come back to me when it was time to go home! That speaks volumes to how much care and love she gives them. Mind you that’s not to say the other groomers aren’t good I just haven’t used them. I will say when I come they’re all friendly and will even assist me when I have questions or concerns. They also talk to me when I chat with them. I have also seen their work when I come which has also looked nice. So over all a great experience for my family.

wouldn’t sell me a goldfish that cost $0.39 because i had a 5 gallon tank. was told its “company policy” you had to have at least a 20 gallon. i’ve literally never heard of this in my life.

This PetSmart location is very far from where I live, but they are always quick to answer the phone and have far better availability.The parking is much better than other locations, and the strip it’s located in is well maintained. Having worked at PetSmart as a teenager, and visiting 10 locations in multiple states, the layout at Brandywine is a little weird.But everyone was very friendly, and surprisingly available on the floor which is hard to come by in other locations.

The building should haseparate doors for exit and enter so that small dogs don't enter next to large dogs. like tperiod. But the cash register ladies are Always pleasant and knowledgeable and get me out quick

Wish I could give zero stars. Don’t waste your time with forgotten cats. They discriminate, gaslight and will sale you fake dreams they don’t care about the cats they just want to be in control of things seems to me like they’re on a power trip. Check out forgotten cats reviews and it’s horrible. Free the kittens and the cats from these evil people.

Staff wasn’t friendly or accommodating for an order that I placed online. The order needed a vet prescription which I submitted online and also had in person ! The attitude was unreal ! I come to this location often and the customer service is getting worst by the day !

I took my sons one year dog worst mistake they claimed he was be aggressive but she did a bad job cutting his hair she should’ve let some one else try I ended up pay 50 for a unfinished hair cut

5 hours later my dog was anxious, upset, and hungry once I was finally able to pick him up from a grooming appointment at this Petsmart. I get my dogs hair cut very short to space out the number of times I have to take him because he doesn’t do well at the groomers and the anxiety takes a toll on him. During this appointment, my dog was apparently ‘very bad’ so I asked if they used a muzzle on him for the twenty minutes that he would be cutting his hind quarters, but they don’t use muzzles there, which is wonderful because of the bad publicity they’ve gotten over pets dying in or after their care. However do they really think it’s any more humane and beneficial to the dog’s health to keep a dog in that environment for 5+ hours? They also cut corners, did not cut his ears, and either did not shampoo and dry him, or did not dry him because it wasn’t working. Included is a photo result of this 5 hour endeavor.

I was at PetSmart for prescription food for my beloved Ziggy. First, I had to get a prescription food card from the on-site Banfield Animal Hospital. Shelby was awesome! Very patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. And she knows and likes the Coton De Tulear breed! A woman after my own heart!

I required exercise for my fur baby and I. We went, we saw, we conquered. Great products and she had a ball looking around. Prices on par with what I spend on Amazon and the selection of items GREAT! We enjoyed the rise and the atmosphere.

Petsmart should be proud of the managerand the cashier that were working tonight. They are so helpful and provided us with an amazing shopping experience. The store is really organized and they have a lot of items in stock that we can't find in the store near us. It's absolutely worth the 30 minutes drive.

My Shiba Inu has been through alot, recently she had terrible bladder stones. After surgery and some complications she is doing great and is on prescription food. She needs Royal Cannin Uraninry SO. My vet wrote me a script and I went to here to buy the food. The first time I went it was a nightmare, worker told me I needed a Banfield card so I went and talked to Banfield in the back and they told me I had a script from my vet that is enough. After some back in forth with the worker I was finally able to buy the food for my dog. I was able to buy it for months. Then in July I went back to buy a case and was greated with a very unfriendly manager. She refused to sell the food even though I had a script. I even showed her a past receipt. She was adamoent that I needed a Banfield car and out of no where I am unable to by my food from here. The manager says I need a Bandfield card and Bandfield will not give me a card becauase my dog is not a patient of Banfield. I have a script from a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL who I trust. I will never go here again. The manager displayed terrible customer service skills and was unwilling to help. She seemed to have a thrill of saying NO and sending me away. If you do not go to Banfield good luck getting anything even with a script from a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. I hope they change becuase now to get the food I have to order it online and pray it makes it ontime.

Our go to for pet supplies in the area. The staff is friendly and attentive.We did training with Pam for all three levels for our dog. She's wonderful and attentive, and will go the extra mile to help with personal puppy issues. Classes are highly affordable for what you get. She'll take the time to make sure you have the right gear for your dog.We got our kitten through adoption here.My only problem was with grooming. We went twice. Both times were pretty awful. The second time we got the deshed and groom. They said it would be 4 hours. They were done in just over an hour. Our dog was damp. She was not deshed nor trimmed down as we asked. Skip the salon, everything else is great.

I used to go to Pet Smart all the time for grooming my two dogs. I had a regular girl who groomed them and she did such a good job. She was always very careful with my Molly who was a English lab mix with hip dysplasia and osteoarthritis. Then she went out on maternity leave. The person they put her with was horrible. First time she did her was the last. Molly came out limping when I picked her up. The girl tried to tell me she wouldn’t hold still and one leg fell off the table. I knew that was a lie bc Molly was the kind of dog that would let you do pretty much anything to her. She was a very gentle dog. I went back another day and watched this girl. She was so rough with every dog she did! It was horrible. This was at the Brandywine Town Center location. Hopefully she has been fired!
