First time here yesterday, and I loved it! I went with my family here yesterday to buy a hermit crab since my other one died.😥 The man who was working there was very nice, and now my Bubbles has a good home. Also, the parrot outside was so cute.

I come here every week to buy mice to feed my pet snake. Super fast service, staff are very helpful with any questions you might have. Pretty decent selection of other things for dogs, cats and fish.

Very kind, helpful and patient staff. The pandemic has taken a slight toll on their inventory but I'm very happy that they are still standing and there to help fulfill our needs for our dog, cat, turtle and fish. They are a neighborhood staple and in my opinion much better than any of those big box pet stores.

Tried this place a few times given it's close, and seems to be privately owned. Cloudy eyed floaters and sinkers rotting in most tanks. Very poor conditions. General awful smell, entire store needs to be cleaned. Service I can't comment on because they are typically behind the counter slowly ringing someone up. I truly feel bad for the fish that are shipped here. I'd rather them ship to me directly. Horrible aquatic section, so disappointing, and even more depressing.

So glad I came across this petkraze. The worker was extremely nice and knew exactly what she was talking about. The shop bird was amazing and beautiful. I much rather shop at little shops like this over big stores any day! Plus I found the treats that my little hamster loves the most that I can't really find anywhere besides petsmart and amazon.

My cat has severe dry skin. I asked her vet what we can do for her. She said give her an omega 3 pill. I went in here, spoke with the nice and friendly staff. The guy, I’m sorry I don’t remember his name, suggested a type of food to switch kitty to. How to ween her on to it so she doesn’t have GI problems with it. He did suggest an omega 3 3 spray you can spray on the food, but he said to try the different cat food. It worked. Kitty no longer has dry skin and is very happy with the cat food. No omega 3 spray needed! Now I’m all set and on their frequent buyer program! Easy as 123! Love this store!

Love this place. I have been a customer here for 20 years. They always have supplies I need and at a fair price. I find it easier to go in a try on the collars for my dogs and they let me bring in my puppies. I love the parrot. And the animals are well treated.

The worst pet shop I've ever been in dirty dirty dirty and not a wide selection of bird food very little bird food and the store was dirty , Walked in 3 people working there standing there talking not one person asked me if they can help me for at least 5 minutes. And I would never buy Vita bird food again anywhere.

They have these awesome catnip toys for cats. There's all kinds of different ones about the size of a finger. I'm obsessed with batman n lamas and found both!!! My 2 kitties went crazy for them!!!!

Went because they were having their once yearly 25% off everything sale. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The store is very small and crowded, but they have a lot of products in that small space.

I think this place is very good and the workers are VERY helpful. I always get my dog and cat food there. Workers are always nice. Is priced good for the quality.

These poor animals! I took my children on a whim hoping to find a few hermit crab shells. What my boys found was 2 dead hermit crabs with no food or water laying in rocks!

Not a huge selection and prices are a little higher than most places but they are one of the few pet stores that have live mice so I make the trip when I have to.
