1st time getting groomed so my pup has to get used to it. But the staff was super friendly and patient with me and buttercup. Will definitely go back she looked great and whatever shampoo they use isn't to perfumey which is a massive plus

The front desk agent was very professional and friendly. She ask what type of cut I would like as well as showed me the types of lengths. The groomer did everything I ask and I was so impressed when I picked him up. Everyone was kind and friendly. We will be back again.

I normally go to another location who are great too. But the groomers at this location did the best with my dogs nails. Hers are long because she broke a toe awhile ago and they are now always long. They took so much care to get as much nail as possible. It was awesome. Might start going to this location permanently.

My dog Bella needed her nails desperately cut. She was sliding down the steps and I asked if she could get them done. After trying to get connected repeatingly, they were super busy so I understand, the mgr (lady) took it upon herself to tell me to come in before 5. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I love that store and will not go anywhere else. I have put multiple applications in I love it so much I cannot stand for long nor go on a ladder because of a fall off a ladder. I have bulging discs and a tear, but I absolutely love animals. I’ve had guinea pigs💕, cats, dogs, hamsters, gerbils, and birds. I adopted my GS from your rescue, Kaiju💕💕💕 and I am so glad I did. If you find anymore, please let me know. The cashier with the dreads I absolutely love. He helps you to save money and whatever you need. The only problem ever I had was some employees not knowing how to fit a harness and some customers being rude because you want to pet their dog. I understand why but don’t be rude about it. I would love to have a job where I give out wipes like stores do. I think you need that. Thank you again for a great store. I’ve made 3 more appointments for grooming!!!

Petco grooms cats! They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, excellent staffing, and my cats look great!! My husband makes it a point, why adopt, if you cannot find service for your cat?! I left my toy poodle for bath and haircut at 10:30 am, after that time (7 hours) they never called me. At 5:30 pm I went to the store at Kirkwood HWY Wilmington and when I asked about my dog they told me they don’t have my registration on system, I had to ask “Can you go and check if you have a toy poodle back there? Then the guy came to the front with my dog and the haircut was a nightmare, they didn’t give it a bath, she had a bad smell and her hair was everywhere. I said do not cut the nails to my dog, they did it, and did it to the bad way. I was sad by my baby. I paid and left the store disappointed. Too bad

Jessie does a wonderful job on doing Inu's nails. I love how she files them down. It makes it so much more comfortable for Inu to walk since she is getting older.

The groomer was excellent I personally like how he helped us check in and offered to groom my dog when his original groomer called out, I didnt have to reschedule the appointment. I believe the groomers name was Lorenzo. I liked the service he provided.

My dog is very nervous and timid, even though she barks and acts otherwise, and the staff here have always been extremely good with her. We actually moved a few months ago and this is no longer the closest location to us and we still drive to this location for her to be groomed 🤗
