Brought my dog there to get her nails cut. She’s usually very difficult for nail cutting, the last two times I took her somewhere else they had to stop before all the nails were cut because she was so upset. That didn’t happen with Erin at Pet Supplies Plus. She did a fantastic job and got all of my girl’s nails clipped and looking good. We will be going to her every time from now on.

The younger guy who works here gives my elderly parents zero help when they need to edit the online orders I make. He doesn't even offer a solution. I will to calling to talk to a manager at some point. Very lazy and gives zero info on policy's or anything. he just doesn't want to do his job I guess

Absolutely recommend going to this store they even have a self dog wash station! I was looking for a vet level ear gel Petco does not offer they actually have it here!

Mainly use this place for the dog wash. They finally got it so the water is warm and stopped watering the shampoo so much so that is an improvement. The wash area could be cleaner. Using heat with the drier would really cut time the time people spend trying to try their dog.

This place is clean but today I was in there and I was looking at the Bettas I have fish of my own and treat them like my own, today I found 6 dead betas on the shelf. I gave them to one of the groomers because I couldn’t find anyone else to give them to.the cashier was there but I gave the fishies to whoever I could find first, the gentleman was very sincere about the fishies that had passed away.I understand it’s a pet store you are trying to sell live pets but it doesn’t look good when you got 6 dead bettas on the shelf. I in fact bought a betta to see if I could give it a better life. You lost 1 star for the 6 dead bettas.Great staff though very nice and friendly!

This store has gone downhill. I spend 20 minutes waiting for crickets. I have sales people that dodge eye contact, don’t ask if I need help and some are clueless. Placed an order and no one in the store including the manager, Josh, could find my order, but the money was taken out my account. I was told to call my bank because it was a issue with their system. Unprofessional to say the least. I will not spend anymore money with them. I would give them zero stars. And no I am not calling the store so that I can speak to a manager that won’t help me. No need to apologize cause I will not step foot in the store again!

Purchased a veiled chameleon here back in January. The conditions this chameleon was living in in the store have caused him permanent health problems despite having a state of the art environment for the past 8 months. Their crickets also have pinworms. Do not support this business

Lost my business! I have been taking my dog there for years and was denied service today because they said her rabies paperwork was not updated. I NEVER received an email or text or call from them giving a heads up that the paperwork is about to expire. And her rabies is still good for a couple more years. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Take your pets somewhere else because they are very disorganized

Very nice store . Great adopt a kitty condos. I only went in for food didn't explore since it was a new experience for my one dog and she was a Lil freaked from the newness. Large selection of cat/ dog food both dry and can. Well stocked with most items. Employees were very helpful and one carried out an assembled cat tree for a patron. A+ on that. Good job!!

Don’t use Apple Cash and a debit card! They will take money from your Apple Cash balance, not apply it to your balance. They refund your entire order instead of the money stolen from you & then you have to return your entire order. Never going here again or any PSP for that matter!

Great selection but my comment is about the hermit crab enclosure specifically. Today 6/25 when I came in the crab’s water bowl was bone dry, and had sponges in there instead.I encourage whoever is in charge of setting up their tank/their care to do their research and give these animals a chance.They must have 2 water bowls (fresh water and salt water) and they must NEVER be dry. Sponges are also bacteria bombs.There is no way any hermit crab will survive like that and education for pet parents come straight from the pet store. I love PSP and was really disappointed to see that. Hermits are very often mistreated due to uneducation, so please do your part as a seller of them.

We love this store! We find the prices very competitive and they always have special promotions for many of the dog & cat items that we buy. They also send great coupons by email that make it possible to beat the prices of the big online store "C****". The staff is helpful and always ask if they can load the big bags of food into the car.

Highly recommend to bring your dog to use the Self wash. The staff and manager were amazing after having a horrible experience at the Woodlyn store. The manager and employee at Wilmington went over the top to help out and make things right!

Wonderful store with friendly excellent experience staff. Love the store and Buddy loves it too, he gets the VIP treatment in the grooming department. The staff greet you when you enter the store and leaving the store as well as any staff members that are in the aisle also are very friendly. I always recommend Pet Supplies Plus to everybody. ❤
