I have a very active Bernedoodle pup and a very stubborn Basset Hound so I was a bit skeptical that this would work for them. John ran the first training session that took about ten minutes. I continued the ten minute training for the next couple days. To my amazement they were completely trained on their boundaries within a week. After two weeks I can confidently let them out alone. It has been a life changer and I’m so happy I went with DogWatch of Delaware. John is really easy to work with and very attentive.

John runs an awesome, reliable, family-owned company that we proudly use to keep our 2 very active, “farm” labs safe! We live on a large property, and our DogWatch invisible fence allows our dogs to roam freely without us constantly worrying about them chasing a deer or fox into the road. It was a super fast installation, and John helped us guide our dogs through the very easy and quick training. John and his crew at DogWatch is always available to help mend the fence quickly when, for example, a large tree falls and pierces the underground fence through the ground (happens a lot on our land). From the beginning, John offered honest, clear, and confident advice on how to handle our big project and active dogs. We had an immediate need to get an invisible fence installed in our yard. We had just moved to Maryland and our dogs were in the kennel while moving. You can tell from the moment you meet these guys, that they do this for their love of dogs and their desire to provide them a safe environment to exercise and play in. They’re extremely help and professional. We live in a town house and aren’t allowed to have a fence, so this is a great option for our German shepherd pup to exercise and play outside safely! They set the fence up, teach you how to train the dog and go over in great detail about how the fence works and where the boundaries are. They even made another trip out to cover up a spot we had a forgotten about when they came out originally. I can’t say enough nice things about them. We decided to go with DogWatch of Delaware initially because they were upfront on the cost and were quick to commit to a date of install. They were on time, worked quickly and were very professional. They helped instruct us on how to train the dogs to respond to the fence, and were very concerned that the dogs were happy and acclimated. Over the next 3 years, they have been beyond awesome with helping relocate a portion of the fence due to an addition on the house, and locate a break in the line due to a landscaper. I was referred to DogWatch of Delaware from a neighbor that highly recommended them. My experience when I first had the fence installed was perfect. John installed the fence and showed me everything I needed to know. That was a little over a year ago. Recently a fence installer next door accidentally cut my fence. I called John and he told me the cost up front and was in my area the next day. He found and fixed the break in minutes. Dog Watch of Delaware is the way to go to keep your pet family safe with no chance of digging out under a fence or the expensive cost of a fence as well! John and his team are professional, and extremely caring in the way that they respond to our four-legged family. One of our boys was continuously, digging out under the fence and escaping which caused us to look at an alternative. John, not only installs and maintains the system when we need him he and his crew were extremely kind with our boys, helping to teach them what the dog fence was all about And making sure that the fence was set appropriately for them, and not set higher than needed. We had the DogWatch system installed about two years ago. When needed John has come back for a power issue (Our fault) along with the fence cut once (accident by other installers) was quick to respond. We decided to have an invisible fence installed last summer. We absoultely love our fence and service. Our dogs responded very well to the fence thanks to training we recieved. I didnt have a break in the fence due to, most likely, a rabbit. The customer service is amazing and quick. Im so happy we decided to go with dogwatch fencing rather than another company. I have a new puppy and had invisible fence and they were awful. They charged me too much and didn't even train my puppy in three visits. I called John at Dog Watch and asked him if he could switch my entire service to Dog Watch. John was amazing training my puppy. Invisible fence even left a section of fence above ground and he was so helpful and called us on Sunday and worked with my husband to troubleshoot the problem. I did my homework on available electronic fence solutions for my one (and about to be two)Labrador Retrievers and DogWatch seemed to have the best product and were competitive price wise. I also liked the fact that they were an FM (rather than AM) based network (less chance of frequency interference) and that the batteries for their dog collars were not proprietary and lasted far longer than competitors (a life cycle saving). John installed a system almost 3 years ago and I have had no issues with the product, his training of my labs or customer service. I have a rather large yard but my Labs know the range they can roam well. Overall a very pleasant experience dealing with DogWatch!
