I wasn't going to post a review, but today I had another bad experience. About a month ago I waited over 25mins for 3 waterices & a funnel cake. I noticed on my receipt I was charged for an extra waterice. The cashier fixed it & apologized, but when I got the funnel cake it was hard as a rock so I returned it to the window. The teenager at the window told me he couldn't refund me & that he had to wait for his boss to get back. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to wait for another. So I sternly & kindly told him "that's not how business works sweetheart. This is no fault of my own. I need my money back please." He hesitantly gave it back. When I went today, there was a customer waiting for her order. Once she got it, the worker walked away while myself & another person waited in line. I waited for 2-3mins and left. I love that there's teenagers working there. Keeping the kids busy during the summer. However, the customer service just isn't good. They're kind but they don't seem to know what they're doing. Otherwise the waterice is delicious! Variety of flavors to choose from. Despite my experiences, I do recommend Dinos!

Hands down the best water ice in the tri-state area! Also a plus that Dino and his entire family are superstars and the kindest people around. If you go anywhere else for treats you’re only doing yourself a disservice. Dino has it all!

This place is the best. Forget Rita’s. Owner is a delight and so is the water ice. Super flavorful and tons of fun flavors to pick from they have other treats, too!

I don't take statements like these lightly, but Dino's has the BEST water ice I've ever had in my life. They have a huge variety of flavors but that doesn't stop them from doing everything with quality. My favorite flavors are their mango and coconut flavors. Dino and Teri are who I usually see but all the staff I've met have been great and greet you warmly. In addition to their water ice they also offer some soft serve and the traditional ice cream truck packaged popsicles and ice cream cones, plus basic drinks and snacks like hot dogs, pretzels, etc.In addition to their brick and mortar location, I've also experienced their truck at some local events. Always a good (and tasty) time at Dino's!

Dino's Ice Cream Truck came out to a work event that I coordinated. They were on time and super friendly. The ice cream treats are great, but the homemade water ice is AMAZING! Best I've ever had. Thanks so much - we'll definitely have you back again in the future.

We used Dino's for a corporate picnic last week and he was a pleasure to work with! He was the quickest to respond out of a lot of vendors I emailed - very responsive throughout all of our correspondence. He was prompt to the event and he made sure to introduce himself to me. If I ever need a desert truck in the future I will 100% call Dino again.p.s. The mango water ice is really good!!THANK YOU DINO!

Love it. My stomach and taste buds are picky when it comes to ice cream. No complaints. Family owned small business. Ice cream and water ice are awesome. It’s even good to see all the old popsicles from when I was a kid. Customer service is great and friendly. Dino’s ice cream is Way better than any franchise. Support Small business, especially Minorities, Okay!!! Once you taste Dino’s there is no other ice cream!

I had the chance to visit the truck at the Baltimore Street food festival. This was our favorite truck! We tried the mango Italian ice that had actual chunks of mangos. We also tried the lemon and cherry flavors, which were also delicious. The owner is super nice and the line moves fast. This was a great find!

Dino's Water ice is sooo good. So much better than Rita's. If you are used to Philadelphia style water ice I suggest you try Dino's you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be back !

The owner was EXTREMELY nice. They let us try flavors to help us decide what to settle on. The water ice is hands down. THE BEST i have ever had in my life. The quality is unmatched i assure you. The customer service is top notch, always friendly and cheerful. My kids love spotting the bright yellow truck and spotting for a cool treat. The lemon is so delicious, cool and refreshing. The water ice texture is smooth and delicious. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely love this place. Friendly, kind, appreciative service. The chic-fil-a of the water ice industry. The pizza isn't that good but everything else makes up for it. Prices and sizes match. The quality of the water ice and ice cream is great.

Not your typical "crushed ice with flavored syrup" italian ice/snowcone experience. Stellar texture, especially when put into a gelati and combined with that ultra smooth soft serve! I've only tried lemon and pina colada so far, but dang are they both amazing!

I am from Philly Old school Philly & this is not it. They have good people, good service. They have a big selection but the water ice is over priced and the taste is not the best that I have had. The pretzels were not properly heated but covered with melted butter. As a Philly native it did not hit the spot at all.

BEST FRESH HOMEMADE ICE EVERRR!!!Especially the mango pineapple flavor, I could taste flaked like pieces of the fruit, and the texture of the ice looked beautiful, and it’s a nice grade of sweet. Well done Dino’s
