The store was very organized, and seemed well kept. We only went in looking for a heater, and ended up asking Jason for help. He found us the last one in the store. The assistance was very helpful, and I definitely recommend this store over others I've been to before!

Found identical item for sale. Was told they price match. The sale representative made it clear he wasn’t interested in lowering the price to match. 21 bucks at lowes, 34 at tractor supply. Why it was so much higher I don’t know.I had a a lot of things in my cart and when he declined to lower the extremely high price I walked out. Gonna have a hard time walking in there again. Employees should help the customer not the corporation.

What a horrible work environment this is. I loved the position I was given but there is not one nice person in that store including management, whom you never unless they are yelling at you. They do not say good morning, bye, have a good day , nothing to their employees except criticism and they are disrespectful. They do not create a supportive work environment at all. Once your interview is over that is the last time Tyler will be nice to you. They definitely need training on how to manage people. Its a shame that I have to leave and find something else but it’s is terrible. If your looking for job don’t apply here I’m trying to get a routine down and they sent me home for coughing. How am I supposed to make money. It’s ridiculous.

I was shopping for a black stone grill all over , I called Smyrna store for infos , I spoke to Rob a young manager I think ,Very professional.and courteous onthe phone he ordered the grill for me on line got my infos and was done 10 days later rob call me to let me know the grill arrived and was put together for me I have shoulder issues at the time and couldn't put it together rob and he's team did it loaded my carMy experience w that young man was great and professional all my best to that store and to rob , thank you again !

Love this place .... Very friendly staff Tyler is very help full and as soon as I walk threw the door Emily greeted me right away saying good evening even though she was working with another customer when she seen me kind of waiting near the cash registers she asked can I help you I said yes I need propane right away she sent Tyler out to help me was not waiting at all he came right out was very helpful knowledgeable I was also asking about other items within the store definitely would revisit this store again and again and again

I came across a girl Rachel who was very rude , I will be speaking to her manager. She's very rude and telling me how to handle my dog. It will be the last time I go to that store until that girl is gone good luck everyone

First time in one.. Went to check out dog food that considering switching to and seeing what other pet supplies they have... Decent supplies and decent prices from first glance.. Clean store, lot of variety, mom and pop feel worth cross of big box flavor.. Not crowded folks helpful and pleasant.. Well go back

I went there for a few things, every department I visited was very courteous and knowledgeable and if they didn't have what I needed they pointed me towards another store that might. Now that is thinking about the customers needs not just sales. Bravo

Bought 2 pairs of winter boots here for me and my wife. We're using them on our vacation. Adult was $25 and children was $20. I recommend them!

This is a nice little store. They have most of what you need to maintain your small farm or homestead. Couple that with great service and you can't go wrong. Fun place to bring the kids.

This store is easy to find from the highway. The parking lot is large. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked.
