they have an immense assortment of toys and accessories for cats! they even have actual cats there that you can adopt! this cutie was very interested in my lanyard. third pic is of my cat, wearing a bowtie i bought for him. i believe it was meant for dogs, but the small fits my big boy just fine!

Poor customer service at the Smyrna location. They lie and do not honor the discounts stated within the store. The sign states near the product state buy 1 get 1 free therefore if I pay for 12 items 12 should be free. The employee at the register insisted I was incorrect and made me pay for 12 and none free

Was a younger guy there (Carmen) I believe he said his name was. He was very friendly, helpful & didn't rush you to get you out of the store. It would be great if more places had people like him. Makes doing business with the store a really nice experience & makes you want to go back.

Very terrible staff, especially the manager at the Smyrna location. They do not know their policy and they lie. Beware,the manager lies. I bought an item from one of the employees and when I returned the next day because it was defective, the manager lied to my face that she was the one who attended to me initially. It is just sad, especially when the manager is not truthful.Went to Dover instead of Smyrna location which is closer to where I live due to the horrible staff there. I told the Dover location about it and they were very nice and offered me some help with my problem.Will never be back to Concord Smyrna. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They treat customers miserably and ignore their own very policies.

Unless you have a dog or cat (or are looking into buying a cat), I wouldn't recommend this place for small animal owners. Their selection of small animal merchandise is pretty slim, if I know they have something I need, I'll stop there, but it's uncommon. I couldn't begin to guess how long some of their hamster enclosures have been there, due to the fact that they are very sun bleached. The staff is friendly though.

My family and I visited the store this past Saturday. We had just picked up our new puppy and brought him into store.We were greeted before even walking into the store, with smiles and waves through the window. As soon as we walked in the 2 young ladies working that night were so friendly, helpful and extremely professional. They gave us great advice and were very personable with my new puppy and my overly excited children.They welcomed every customer this way.We will be shopping there from now on for our pets.The exceptional customer service along with their knowledge of all the products made me feel reassured and confident about our new family member. THANK YOU CONCORD and the 2 young ladies working there that night!!

This is a great hometown pet supplies store. They have extremely helpful and knowledge staff who go out of their way to make sure you get the best for your pup and kitty. They have food choices for your beloved pet that you won't find at most big box stores. They cater to a wide variety of animals and even have clinic days a few times a month. Best of all they work with a local cat rescue to place kitties in need in new loving homes. When you do adopt a new family member from the in store rescue, the store gives you a discount on pet supplies for your newest addition.

This place is a great little Hometown pet food store. Their prices for the products I purchase are lower than chewy. Regardless, I am happy to be supporting our local businesses. Friendly service, knowledgeable staff, clean store. We even purchased a cat from there.

Only had one clerk in Store, She was busy talking to regular customer about look for a new job and other personal issues waited at counter for 6 minutes to check had to go her to ask if someone could complete the sale. She was able to see my at the counter that why I waited there.

The staff here is so knowledgeable,they answered all my questions about switching my puppy's food and guided me about my concerns. This is the best pet store for all types of products also, and they offer specials like nail trimming and they are well stocked which can be an issue now days.Great place!!

This is a nice store that is conveniently located with good customer service.I do think that it is a bit pricier compared to other big names pet retailers such as Pet Smart, Pet Valu, and Petco.
