Same food as other local grocery stores but higher prices. Plus it always seems like the employees are too busy to assist you with anything.I use the pharmacy (Sav-On) and would 100% recommend them!

Walked in the store and the smell of rot was strong enough to nearly make me gag. They need to dismantle and deep clean this store with some bleach before it becomes a health hazard. Leaving a grocery store this disgusting just shows you have no pride in where you work.

Wouldn't recommend working there. When I worked there as a courtesy clerk I was always the one doing it by myself when it was a 2 person job. Where was my other courtesy clerk co workers they were in the break room 24/7 getting paid for doing nothing but me I got fired even when I worked my a** off. They don't appreciate hard workers but allow lazy people to get paid. Also the managers and workers will talk behind your back even admitting to not liking you or complaining about your flaws and their moral code is about treating workers fairly and with respect.

I Love their Deli department! They have that grilled hot and fresh chicken!!! it's much cheaper than going to KFC! It's delicious! Some things are higher but, of good Quality! As well, so many sides their potatoe egg salad is the best! I Like Acme.

Very clean and organized. Fully staff. I have never encounter a long wait in line. Stay members are extremely helpful. Only reason 4out of 5 stars is because they don't always have the specialty milk my son needs. I have to travel further out to find most times.

I found almost everything, but several important items weren't available. They were overflowing with cream cheese that wasn't Philadelphia (the best rated) which was completely out, and no heavy cream.It was 16 December, still 9 days before Christmas. It is a great store overall.

Laura is a great bakery manager she helped me and my wife with a cake order it got done she helped us find fruit trays in the produce Dept also she is so sweet and so helpful I was told she doesn’t work there anymore a shame she was the sweetest nicest person with great integrity and customer service ! I wanted to personally thank her for everything and was told she doesn’t work there anymore shame lost a great worker

My first time coming in was a great experience the deli Dept has great staff and so helpful and the bakery Dept is so sweet staff and all the bakery manager Laura is so sweet and has a wonderful disposition she deserves a raise and Cheryl in produce deserves a raise also she makes wonderful fruit trays and mark the deli manager is so helpful and his staff deserve raises also I love coming in here and seeing everyone

So very grateful to have an Acme near by to shop at again. The employees are always very helpful, and friendly. I have found this to be true at every Acme I've ever shopped at.

Very friendly customer service..The store is clean and well setup...prices are high but nowadays what isnt...the cake decorator Megan is amazing and she does the best cake so get her to do your cake..trust me you won't be disappointed

I really miss Laura the bakery manager acme needs to bring her back I remember when she worked in deli she was great worker hard working beautiful smile always happy 😃 she does everything in that bakery Dept since she’s been gone I don’t go there anymore

Listening to Carolyn complain about the homeless lady at wawa not having a job was quite disgusting. She’s homeless no one not even acme would hire someone who doesn’t have access to a shower. Also you’re a cashier, a bad one at that. Stop acting so high and mighty you’re just a step above the homeless lady, also way over priced if I wasn’t picking up my meds I would of went to food lion

I love Acme & try to always shop the sales. Best place to buy meats, IMO.The staff are friendly, especially the cashiers. It's always a pleasant shopping experience. Lately, the flower department has been really beautiful, smells amazing and there's a nice assortment of flowers and gifts to choose from.The 'Drive up & Go' is a real time saver! Once the "Acme" app is downloadedand you can order groceries, pay online, and set a time to pick up your order. Really convenient! Delivery isn't bad either/through door dash, I believe, for a fee. So glad 1 store delivers in Smyrna. Highly recommend!

This is a decent store although a little more expensive than Food Lion in Smyrna, DE. Staff is great and store is well managed. Excellent for items on sale although the deli salads are sometimes "old". Nice produce section and desserts.

I give this place 4 out of 5 stars because it is expensive. For the same items I spent $250 for, I could spend at Wal-Mart and leave with that and much more. The Lancaster beef roasts are always tender enough to be eaten with a fork only! . I love the selections and the hot/cold selections at the deli counter are great

Very clean Acme, good location off 13, the staff was very professional and courteous, and the prices were decent and consistent with other Acme I have visited. Acme has always been my favorite supermarket and has been around for a long time. They have made the changes throughout the years to continue to be the best supermarket in the area.

First time at this Acme (Smyrna). Was clean, well laid out, staff was friendly if not very knowledgeable, but hey, maybe they were new...and it was at 10:30pm. I just wish the prices weren't so high. I'd rather a lower prices individual unit than have to buy 3 to get a savings. I CAN SEE THROUGH YOUR CLEVER MANIPULATION TO SELL MORE PRODUCT MR. ACME

With only self service lanes open in the evenings, bizarre updates to their POS systems, and inadequate weighted area to put groceries, ACME has become the worst super market in Smyrna.Owner comment suggests leaving a comment on a website whose Contact Us form is broken and won't submit your comment. Shows how little they actually care about their customers.Edit: As of a month after leaving this comment, nothing has changed. Check out any of the other supermarkets. They'll be cheaper and better serviced.Edit 2: As of ten months later, nothing has changed.

35 year customer and I have to say it's Awful.That isn't ACME anymore.. not even a shell of what it was 10 years ago...it's completely sad now in there..no customer service to speak of...borderline salmonella chicken... meat section is wack...employees leaning on whatever will hold them up talking..looks like the street in there...there form of greeting customers is with a sneer or a condisending eye roll...some weirdo following you around ..on his phone...it's real professional in there now
