Took our mixed Yorkie for a cut and teeth cleaning. When we pick Loki up, not only did he look great but that bad breath was completely gone. They even fitted him with a flea collar at no charge. Tiffany is great! Man,I hope I got her name right.. she's definitely our groomer from this day forward. If your in Smyrna, I recommend A Natural Paw.

I brought my Pomeranians to A Natural Paw on Saturday, April 29. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed Cooper’s ears were sloppy and uneven. Later that night, I felt a big mat behind Parker’s ears. I also found that neither had been brushed and both of their paws had the same erratic pattern as their ears. Additionally, their fur was uneven around their bodies. Spots were missed and some areas weren’t trimmed. Im very disappointed and won’t be back.

I took my Shihpoo there and he has had some bad grooming experiences where he wouldn’t let anyone groom him. I took my Roman to natural Paw and they were able to groom him completely with no issues! I am so grateful for them. This is Roman forever groomers! 5 plus stars from me!!

After a friend of mine told me of a few good experiences here, I took my Whiskey girl for her 2nd ever grooming. She’s about 10 mo. Old and a bit timid, despite her big goofy size. She seemed to take to the crew pretty well and was returned to me smelling great and in good spirits. She had nice, short nails and a pretty pink bow. She was happy, happy! I will definitely be returning when she’s due for it and would absolutely recommend others to give them a try as well!

I love this place! I rescued a poor cute little dog who has fluffy, curly fur that was matted to the point that it was painful for him to be touched, and the people at this place took such good care of him and now he's my little happy and healthy, handsome man!!

I Love this place! The owner is the most patient man I have ever met. His staff are friendly and you can see they all love the pets that come in their shop as if they were their own. My puppy loves going there she never gives them a fuss! Thank you Natural Paw Owner and Staff!

Our little dog was looking like a Yetti and many groomers were booked up and couldn't take him right away.. However, I contacted A Natural Paw and they were able to give him an appt. much sooner than others. Individuals were very kind, polite and professional when speaking to them and handling him.. They did a wonderful grooming job and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.. Truly a great decision getting our little dog groomed at Natural Paw. 😅He now looks like a beautiful, busy, happy little dog again...🙌 Thank You A Natural Paw..

We love A Natural Paw! Our dog gets so excited to go. The staff genuinely love and care for our dog. It is such a relief to be able to drop him off and know he is safe and respected the whole time. The experienced staff makes all the difference, not only in the way our dog is treated, but in results as well. We had to use a different groomer once and we will NEVER stray again. I recommend A Natural Paw 100%!

If I could give them zero stars I WOULD !! my cousin brought her dog here to get a simple grooming and he came back with cuts on his skin, his skin has been irritated ever since and he has been nothing but miserable. We brought this to the owners attention and we were completely dismissed. We will NEVER come back here again not only for the hurting my dog but because they took zero accountability. stay away from this place!!

Top notch grooming services! Compassion and caring are evident with every interaction. When I brought home a flea infested puppy they helped me get her cleaned up safely and made her comfortable. They have groomed several rescue puppies for me and are all around amazing.

If I could give them more stars, I would. The staff at Natural Paw are the best! I stopped by with no appt last year. We had just rescued a sweet dog that day. She really needed her nails cut badly. I went in an explained that we had just rescued her, so I wasn’t sure of her temperament. No problem. They took her right in. It took two people the first time and a muzzle to get the cut. I apologized and they wouldn’t have it. They said no problem at all, they’ve dealt with harder cases. After the first 4 times, they got rid of the muzzle for her. Now? Our Stella gets so excited to see everyone there. She now licks their faces as they cut her nails. I couldn’t be happier with a business. I won’t bring her anywhere else. Best family owned business!

I have a 10 yr old lab , this was her first time to a groomer (always have done it myslef) so was a little nervous. However the staff, atmosphere and whole experience was good. Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean open to viewing work area and the best part is they are very reasonably priced. Definitely will be returning. Already scheduled our next visit. Thanks A natural paws 🐾 Update: DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE!!!! MY DOG WAS ABUSE AT HER LAST VISIT. HAD A BLOODIED NOSE WHEN I PICKED HER UP.

I have tried several groomers in the Smyrna area since moving here, but my search ended at A Natural Paw! Not only are they warm and welcoming when you arrive, but they do a very thorough job, even on my Great Pyrenees! They use the most modern grooming techniques, and my dog actually enjoys going there. My animals love going to see JC at A Natural Paw! My dachshund is a very nervous dog, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating with him. My animals look amazing every time I pick them up, and I highly recommend them! They truly care about the animals and it definitely shows.

I took my dog here, and it was the worst haircut she has ever received. I asked them to cut her hair down and trim her nails; the hair around her butt was barely cut, and her paws weren’t cut down at all. Her “thumb” claws weren’t even cut. They were shaved down along the side, and she was in danger of those claws growing into her skin when I finally noticed how poorly they were cared for. I also asked them to cut down the “sideburns” that had formed on her face from the hair; they didn’t do that at all. All around the WORST grooming I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. Abhorrent and terrible. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Great people who really love what they do and love our pets. This is the only place my Bichon Fries puppy came to for his first cut and will be for all future cuts. They have groomed my Yorkie-Poo in the past and he always looked great.

First visit to A Natural Paw and I will be back.. if they'll have me.. Let me explain, my one German Shepherd required three, yes three, baths because he got the nervous poops and went in the trying cage twice. God love the groomers, I felt terrible! Both of the dogs looked and smelled great after! I did want the de-shedding treatment and I'm not sure if that was done.. my one dog seemed to be shedding more than ever when I picked him up. All and all a great experience for me and I will hopefully be a return customer.

We took our Brussels Griffon there yesterday who is very touchy about being groomed and I have to say they did one nice job on him. Much better than I expected, they were very caring and gentle with him and that took away much of his anxiety.

We have a blind dog, but she takes of him really good! He loves to go haircut every time!!!Pricing is really nice compared to others around here.
