Having a separate fuel island for diesel and def made for a great and convenient stop. Large parking lot, easy to maneuver around while towing.Did not use the facilities. While we were there an employee was emptying the outside trash.

I was there around 5:15 pm today to get gas. I went inside to use the bathroom. The big stall had used maxi pads overflowing the trash with wrappers on the floor. 2 stalls down had torn up toilet paper all over the floor. Asked for the manager to report it and she was the only cashier with 6 people in her line. I didn't bother her. Boyfriend said the men's room was foul, too.

We just came home with dehydrated rock hard fried chicken. What’s with this store?! You always have the worst chicken. Had chicken here before and the exact same. We didn’t want to drive to the route 54 store. Thought we would try again. NEVER NEVER will I stop at this store again for food.

4/4/24 * Review from the perspective of an RV'er. Drive a 32 ft Class C motorhome and TOAD. Stopped in for coffee and fuel this morning. This location had an island with lots of room. This is rare and appreciated when maneuvering 52 feet of vehicle. Store was clean, as were the bathrooms.

Men’s bathroom was dirty, trash laying on floor, trip and fall hazard with dustpans and broom. Several items in warmer were past the time to be consumed (i.e. hash browns and breakfast sandwiches) associate in Deli wearing a green shirt making sandwiches without wearing gloves. Coffee bean hoppers were dirty.

Came in for some chicken since I’m not from the area and have had a good experience in the past. The people working in the food service area had their mouths stuffed with food and couldn’t communicate until the swallowed their food, they couldn’t get our order correct (incomplete) and the food we did get was dried out and stale.I’ll just stick with Wawa when I need a bite on the road.

Royal Farms is a bright and usually clean rest stop. The bathrooms were dirty and two out of 4 were not accessible. My bus makes quick stops at Royal Farms so that passengers can use the bathroom and get snacks. Please hire someone to clean the bathrooms it makes a difference!

Ordered a breakfast burger and instead was given a piece of chicken and a craft single slice of yellow cheese between an absolutely disintegrating biscuits. If I'm going to be spending $7.19 for a breakfast burger, I want a breakfast burger. Today was a waste of money, as I had to throw the damn thing away.

Outside, entryway, doors, floors bathrooms, counters, everything is dirty. 😑 This seems to be a Royal Farms theme… apparently management doesn’t care.

Stopped in for a snack on our latest road trip. We were greeted by an employee upon entering the store. The restrooms were clean. Thank goodness!!! I also purchased food and the employee Becky offered great customer service. Would definitely come back!!!

It's only been here for a few years, but it's filthy dirty and never has chicken available. The fries look like mashed potatoes. They have to get this right. Ridiculous.

Garbage cans outside over flowing trash blowing everywhere. Men's room was filthy trash on the floor faucets didn't work dryers won't come on. Chicken tenders were dry and cold. Worst royal farms I ever been in.

My husband and I were very excited about a royal farm opening near our home. Now we are extremely disappointed. The store is dirty, and I mean filthy. The floors and the bathrooms are nasty. We used to love the fried chicken. The last 3 times we bought it, the chicken was not hot and it was dried out. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dirty floors. Bathrooms had filthy cobwebs at bottom of doors. Doors half ripped out of walls in ladies room. No toilet paper in two of three stalls. Whole building smells like old cooking oil! Horrible for a fairly new store!Empty cupcake wrappers in bathrooms stalls( nice steal for some people!Really needs a good cleaning!!

Very dirty !The coffee dispensers we're very dirty, dust all over the place, coffee, milk, sugar all over the counters, the floors look like they haven't been clean since they open the store a few months ago, the women counting money this morning had a horrible attitude, i asker about the self checkout didn't give a receipt and she looked at me like I was bothering her conversation with the other employees, it's her job to help people out, there was trash everywhere, and I mean everywhere!!even a dead rat by the front doorAnd the employees just standing there talking to each otherVery disappointed with the lack of cleanines in every Royal Farms storeI hope Whoever is responsible for this stores would care enough to contact people back and aknowledge the customer feedback for the better of their business

Stopped in to be an average customer and proceeded to overhear one of the brunette female workers complaining extremely loudly, didn't even acknowledge it and went about grabbing my things. Get up to the counter to self-checkout and she wants to yell "don't look at people like that" then as I look to see who she's even talking about, she replies with "yeah, you there". Not sure what her problem is but her behavior is unbelievably unacceptable. She'd be pink slipped immediately in my shop. No labor shortage is worth having to deal with listening to somebody so miserable and the backlash you're gonna get from customers. If you feel like fixing it or just talking to me about it, reach out and I'll call. If not, I'll call regardless.

If you was to grab something packaged ... fine. But if you want hot food like say a a wrap.. when we told the girl making the wrap that it was nothing against her, she needed more training. Wasn't tucking the ends in. She got defensive and started yelling finishing her lil spat with make it youself then.. they need better management and training in that store
