I needed a few items and my neighbor was going to Walmart and asked if I would like to go.I got some fresh produce and apples for my 2 dog daughters which they look forward to nightly.We finished rather quickly and were out just as fast using the self check out lane. I like this feature. I really don't like shopping of any kind. And I really don't like long lines. Most people are pretty good at getting done in a timely fashion. It was a pleasant success.

I know that last night we got a little bit of moisture. So why are there microwaves outside with water on the boxes? And also it can't be good for Batteries to be put out in the cold and then brought into a warm store?🤔The self checkout is always flip-flopping between cash and credits so I never know whether I can use them or not. Walmart staff could be a little friendlier. And it's hard to find a staff member lately

I lost my hand drill. Not only did this location have one in stock, they had multiple good choices. For such a busy location, this walmart is well staffed. First time coming here, was equally impressed with how well stocked of inventory each shelf/department was also.

It's always crowded but that's neither here or there. What bugs me is the associate shoppers that push those big carts and filling up with everyone's orders. They seem to forget that the aisles are only so wide and stopping in the middle ruins it for the rest of us. Also, have the time the apps don't work. They need to either spend the money and put actual prices on items again or reinstall the price checkers. I picked up two items, which didn't have a bar code. Was told it was for a set so I couldn't purchase them. Went back the next week and searched until I found two with the bar codes. Had no problem paying for them.My main gripe is they expect everyone to go through the self-checkout or everyone is stuck in two lines. The way the s-c are set up, I had to ask for help several times because there was no understandable directions on how to use them. I did think the poor associate that had to keep coming back to help me again, again and again.

Today 1/4/24 we had a great and respectful lady "Dawn",that waited on us at check out.In the last 6 months this is the first time that we were treated with respect and help us bag our purchase.You are number one to us.

On December 13, 2023 I was being targeted by a Pinocchio 🤥 old bat lady (worker)returning an item back to Walmart's customer service center, it was a black coat, instead of giving me a gift card, she put the money back on my card preventing the Wamart shoppers from using cash, afterwards she announced several times "cash only" and again "cash only" I told her that I was going to write her a bad review is why the shoppers couldn't use their foodstamps or cards. I left Walmart for an hour so they could use their foodstamps and cards for shopping. I felt like a hero for leaving the store for an hour, because the customers were able to use their cards again, she was a dumb, selfish person at Seaford's walmart store like she own the store.

Employees are so rude especially the pharmacist!! It's been a year since I was there. And Will never go there again. I was planned ng on doing shopping for my baking this year but couldn't even get to the grocery side of the store!!

Don't go to the Automotive section because they'll cut you off when you're asking a question. They're slow and rude to customers. Asked a simple question about tires. The lady talks over me and says "Go check online and order them we don't do that anymore". Really?

There is a woman with blonde hair that runs the front door at night. I think they said her name is Carolyn. The last time I was there she accused me of stealing dog food because she didn't see it on the receipt and then found it on the receipt. So the manager told me the next time I was in there I didn't have to show her my receipt. She asked for the receipt when I would enter the last time and she got nasty and followed me out the store and got very confrontational in front of other employees tonight I go in to buy something real quick and she says why are you eyeballing me? I hadn't said a word to her. This woman seems to be a problem but yet still has her job

The ONLY walmart anywhere that I have traveled including FL, SC, MD, GA and every other location in DE that do not offer paper or plastic bags. How this can be the only one anywhere I just do not know. They force you to buy their bags. Ridiculous.

I am always here for great prices on kids clothes t-shirts and workout apparel. Thank God they hired more cashiers. The last 2 years were not good here. More employees friendly faces who work and help you. I had a pretty Dominican girl help me select flowers. She was sweet. Great customer service in the garden.

I tried without success to return an item via Customer Service online. Trivia Lead Customer Service Representative (Seaford,De) worked tirelessly to assist me with my return. She was patient, helpful and treated me with respect. 3 hrs later with online customer service I finally got my refund thanks to Trivia! She exemplifies true customer service by listening to the customer and putting the customer first! What started out as a nightmare turned into a pleasant experience. Kudos to Trivia!

Currently sitting in the 80-degree parking lot waiting for a mobile pickup. App is not responding to multiple attempts, and nobody is answering the phone.Wal-Mart does not care about its customers. As if ANY of us were surprised by this fact.EDIT - Six phone calls later, finally got ahold of someone. App still not working.EDIT #2 - I have been sitting here for over 40 minutes. For 7 items worth $40 (after 1 was subbed out and 2 just totally dropped). I could have been in, grabbed my own items, out, AND HOME BY NOW. All without burning a half gallon of gas idling in the parking lot just to keep the A/C running.EDIT #3 - 1 hour into my wait, 45 minutes after my first phone contact with an actual person. I called again, and THE FIRST RECORD THEY HAVE OF MY ARRIVAL WAS ELEVEN MINUTES AGO. This pickup is an absolute joke. Go literally ANYWHERE else.EDIT #4 - ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES, I have FINALLY gotten my order. From someone who merely pointed at my trunk and dropped everything in (but who has plenty of time to speak to everyone else in this parking lot). No apologies for the wait or the need for SEVEN phone calls. No offers for a refund because of the exorbitant theft of my time. Not even a "hello". Utter GARBAGE service.WAL-MART DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.

Stock is good. Clean store. The parking is RIDICULOUS!!!Workers get the closest spots (why???)..then handicap spots are around 20 (totally understand)...Pick up spots are around 30(they only had 6 in the old pick up area). The rest of the shoppers get the rest of the prime spots( maybe 10).

I had purchased tires the day before then went back to Walmart to have them put on I was told $76 to install my tires over the phone but I wanted to add the $10 per tire warranty so that's another $40 when I get the check out it's $164 totally different from what they said on the phone and $20 was extra due to tire pressure sensors that they were out of rebuild kits and tire disposal fee which I took the tires with me they never kept them the old ones so please watch your bill if you get tires put on at Walmart and you take your tires with you Make sure they don't charge you a disposal fee and the tire pressure sensor rebuild

The store was a mess and when I checked out not one Christmas item came up at 75% off. Then to top it off the sales woman couldn't figure out 75% off of $5.!!!!! I've never been more disgusted. I left all the items and walked out. HIRE SOMEONE THAT CAN COUNT OR GIVE THEM A DAMN CALCULATOR!!!!

Check your prices on the shelf and on the item. Price on my chicken broth showed 1.22 on the shelf but when it was rang up showed 1.33. Always check your prices and make sure you aren't getting over charged. Eleven cents is not much but if it's multiple items that will add up quickly.

This is the worst place to try to cash a check I've been discriminated so man I'm times they pick any reason to try not to cash your check they make up it's a lawsuit waiting to happen

I returned to Walmart for the first time in months. I soon remembered why I don't shop there. Entered through the garden center, there was a girl leaning against the wall. I asked if anyone was working the center she said no,,go to customer service. I did, long line. Self service registers were all down. One cashier working. The line was over twenty deep. There are never enough registers. No bags. They want you to do self service while they save labor. After all the hoops they had customers jump through during covid. I quit going there. Will probably never return. Food lion is a better experience and no Chinese products. Seaford has bad management and poor customer service. There bottom line is saving $ and screw you unfortunately.

I worked here for 13 years. I did phones, clothes, and fitting room. Some awesome and wonderful associates work here. Husband and I met here as well, began dating, and later married. We literally invited half the store to our wedding. All these years later and we still shop here.

Lots of parking which I like. Fresh food always and the staff are very friendly. This is my favorite Wal-Mart on the eastern shore.
