Unfortunately it was no longer available but she walked me thru another I was looking at. They patiently took my several calls and made things extremely easy. Definitely top notch!

This is the best store in Seaford. I love the clothes, tools, dog food and dog toys. More importantly today I brought my dog in for the second time. He didn’t handle it very well today, he was really nervous. The very nice manager with a beard reached out to greet him and my dog got scarred and peed on the floor. I was so embarrassed and offered to clean it up but the nice man smiled at me and said not to worry about it at all. These guys are the best! I will always come here.

Called the store tonight and asked about whether a coat I wanted to purchase was in stock. Eric went to the rack and checked availability. Even though the coat wasn't in stock Eric was polite and happy to help. I know for certain I have met him on another occasion in the store. Same happy fellow may even be the Manager. Great store with great people for sure.

Found everything ok but the cashier, Paige, was the most unprofessional cashier I’ve ever had the dishonor of having to deal with. Her eye rolling, dramatic sighing, and snarky comments about her fellow coworkers were ridiculous, in the future I’ll steer clear of her and this location.

Worst customer service. Employees do not know their products. Never enough cashiers & they don't call up more to help even if line getting longer. They never have parts in stock that we need, or feed either for that matter. Contacted parent company with a lengthy complaint & got some form response that didn't address the issues. They have lost a customer, a Loyalty Rewards customer, permanently. They put the local Southern States out of business, but I will now travel further to use another SS instead!

My experience at Tractor Supply was really a blessing. I found a pet bed for our dog and a large bag of food for our cats. The wonderful thing about my visit was that I had a coupon for 10% off of my total bill. The young woman at the register was very pleasant and kind . I really enjoyed my visit.

Store is very nice, clean and orderly. But I had a long wait at the check out. But for there credit this was the first day of a big sale. They were doing the best they could I feel. It was very busy.

I was so surprised at the number of shoppers there. We had gone for work gloves for our daughter and ended up with the gloves plus bird seed and toys for the 3 dogs. They have a wide variety of things so it's an easy place to shop.

Worst expierence ever! We live 40 minutes away, called and asked if they had a certain item, manager put me on hold and went to look. Came back and said yes we have one left and he was going to put our name on it and hold it. We told him we are on our way right now. We get there and he informs us that they don't have the item and that he tried calling us back to tell us that he didn't have the item. We had no missed calls at all! No apology! He turned around and started waiting on another customer. So I want to know how did he put our name on it and hold the item if he didn't have the item in the first place! I guess when I was put on hold and supposedly he went to go check, he really didn't! We shop at tractor supply very often, well that's going to change after today!

The staff is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I needed to purchase 3 bails of straw to use to decorate the front lawn for the fall with pumpkins, scarecrows, etc. These bails aren't lightweight though manageable. A gentleman got out of his truck and placed them in my truck. Shivalry isn't dead. I gave him a tip and he declined.

I bought a utility trailer when the store opened. No one was there for two hours to register it for me so I couldn't get temporary tags. There is a high turn around with staffing and most if not all of them were new and confused on how the process works....very frustrating. Amanda, the manager, was great once I met her but she is leaving in a week for another job.

My mother purchased a lawn mower from this company. When she purchased it she also ordered the bagger with it. The employee said she could leave it there until it came in and they would install it. well she left it there a month when it finally came in they delivered it with the bagger still in the box.(Update) Spoke with manager and they just had a miscommunication in the store between some employees. They are coming out to install.

They didn't have anything that we needed in stock, they had way overcrowded and sick chicks and ducklings. They also canceled the vet clinic last minute which was the whole reason we drove out to this location which was a 40 min drive.

Very dissatisfied, bought a poulan pro electric weed eater and tried to return it after using one time because it had very little power or battery life and they refused refund or store credit. What was the point in buying a one year warranty?? Won't be going back.

Good place they had everything I was in need of bolts and items . So far the only thing i haven't found was wiring items , like house wire or things like that. They have some ends for extension cords but that is the only thing so far I needed and they didn't seem to have anything to help me out.
