Very short wait at the pharmacy. I did not have to say my address out loud. A paper was printed and set before me so I could verify my address. In this day and age of privacy concerns that was nice. The girl at the counter was very kind and helpful. When I told her the script was for my 80 year old Mom she offered right away to change the top on the bottle to a pop top. She also asked if I had any concerns or questions about the medication I was picking up for Mom. I was a bit speechless because I have never been asked that before at another pharmacy. She gave me advice on the receipt. Saying it may be best in the future to get an email receipt with the paper receipt to keep a good track on expenses. Not really offered at every other place. All around I felt like I got Gold Star treatment compared to another pharmacy I have been using for many years. Plus the store is super clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Used to be one of the best pharmacies in town but is now turning out to be just as bad as the rest of them. My issue is not with the wait times. It’s with the lack of communication and customer service. These new kids that they’ve hired have zero empathy or compassion and when working in this field, those are a must. It’s not about what you’re saying, but more or less how you say it. You can’t please all customers but for many of us, a little empathy goes a long way!

I'm not one to normally toot the horn of a pharmacy - my experiences in the past with Walgreens was less than exceptional, but Rite Aid has exceeded my expectations. Caveat - my account from another local pharmacy was transferred to Rite Aid when the local pharmacy closed. I didn't CHOOSE Rite Aid per se. Having said that, I would totally choose them now and in fact I have. I have been in multiple times now since my account transferred over, and I'm always pleasantly surprised at not just the warmth and courtesy of the staff, but also just how efficiently everyone goes about things. My prescriptions are always handled quickly, and in-store purchases take very little time as well. I am very pleased with my experiences at Rite Aid, and I don't expect that to change over time. They're great people doing great work, in an exceptionally well kept and tidy store.

I dropped my prescription off at 10:50 this morning, and they told me an hour, so I said ok I’ll wait right in the parking lot. Luckily I decided to go back to work instead of actually waiting. Heard nothing. Went back when I got off at 2:45, waited for 30 minutes to get through the drive through to the window. Lady at the drive through tells me that it’s not ready yet, it’ll be another half hour. I explained that I was told an hour at 10:50 this morning, she says there’s nothing I can do, it’ll be another half hour. So I go and park my car and walk inside figuring, well by the time I finally get through line again, it will have been another half hour. Sure enough, I walk inside and get in line, and I happen to notice the girl from the drive through window recognizes me in line, not even a full minute later, I get a text update saying my prescription is ready. Then it takes me another half hour to get through the line inside to check out, at which point the lady at the counter has to go looking for my prescription, she finally finds unbagged at the pharmacist counter where the lady from the drive through window pointed me out to the pharmacist, then this lady packages it at the checkout counter as she’s checking me out. This Rite Aid was a legit circus. All this nonsense could have easily been handled the first time I waited in line for a half hour considering that the update saying it was magically ready came through all of 5 minutes after I was turned away at the drive through and told I’d have to wait another half hour. OR when they saw me back in line inside and scurried to get my prescription ready, they could have called me over and checked me out at one of the TWO UNOPENED REGISTERS rather than looking right at me and leaving me to wait another half hour in a second line after already getting through the first. Inconsiderate and ignorant.

My husband is on a 3 month monthly auto refill. They've yet to do an auto refill. I have to call every time and 99% of the time they are put of some of his prescriptions. There's "ALWAYS " a wait for his inhalers as they are always out of stock. I've been trying to call now the past 4 days and no answer tryingnto talk to the pharmacist. Just today I've been disconnected 5 times. Not first time we complained.

I had an appointment for my booster at 12pm. I checked in with the older woman with short hair and 11:50. Filled out paperwork just like when I got my vaccine. She told me he would call me when he was ready. In the meantime the next appointment came in which was at 12:20. I know this because I heard the gentleman say he was there for his booster and he had and appointment at 12:20. The lady (different woman this time) told him to wait. No paperwork for him. Within minutes he was called back. Needless to say I was not happy. I had to get back to work. i walked back up to the window and asked what was going on. Well you could tell they didn't know I was still there. Terrible service. The guy who gave me my booster said he was sorry and well you know things happen. Yeah things happen! Terrible service and poor communication!

I went to this Rite Aid for both of my Covid vaccinations. The pharmacy staff were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. I would highly recommend them. (And I'm involved in healthcare marketing.) It's also a very nice store generally -- clean, cheerful and nicely layed out.

I have waited for 2 days for my son’s medication and he has asthma…. They are absolutely ridiculous… they don’t have any compassion for a child who is 5 years old and has asthma this is something that is serious… they don’t have to worry about I will be taking my business elsewhere

Typical Rite Aid. Prices are high on all items, typically of all pharmacy's. Drive thru prescription pickup usually takes longer than 10 minutes per vehicle. Employees however are friendly and very helpful.

Why are there 6 people in the pharmacy and some sweetheart of a great great great grandmother is working the register, not to mention taking a job from some kid, and slow as molasses making me wait over 6 minutes for a 30 second trans action? The pharmacist comes walking down the isle like a line backer i actually stepped aside and his jacket still brushed me. when i came back with my purchase i did the same thing as he was coming towards me, and he turned. chump. hate this rite aid, but hate walmart and walgreens WAY more. CVS, lol, joke.

The front of the store is very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is horrible. I don't use it very often, but when I do it takes forever! Every time they have to look thru the prescriptions three times then look at me like I don't know my name. Horrible!
