My regular groomer was not available so I was nervous using a new groomer. My nerves were unfounded. My baby girl got a beautiful groom from a very kind groomer.

We did book at the end of the day (which I didnt know at the time)but the groom was complete in about 15 minutes. We paid extra for a longer brush with deshedding. My dog was still wet/ damp when i picked him up. She said she couldnt do nail filing or anal gland well bc he was uncooperative. (18lb pug) A few days later he needed anal glands expressed. He did smell nice but deshedding was a joke and waste of money. I may try again but stay and watch and try a different groomer as the location is convenient. So sad i was hoping to love this groomer as we r new to the area. Oh and his tail must have been pulled bc it was laying flaccid for days before it curled back up.

Took to long this time and the area was riddled with cross contamination, pet hair, dust balls, unidentified debris, in short the room and connecting areas need a good old fashioned sweeping and scrubbing! Spoke with manager and as I knew they would , he was on the D, instead of listening to me. I will not be going back.

Cheylan was very professional, kind and informative. She made every effort possible to complete Hunter's grooming even though he was very aggressive and uncooperative. Little Lady was more agreeable to the process. In the end both dogs looked so nice, smelled good, and were so soft.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I’m suppose to be getting a call about how we can fix this because as of right now i am never coming back and i usually bring all 3 of my boys there. I only brought one this time and he came out still wet. He still had dirt on his ears and sides of his body. His nails were choppy. I asked the lady if she did his glands and she said they didn’t need to be done. ( my dog hasn’t had them done in a year) i brought my dog back and she washed him again and he came out wet AGAIN. Also she didn’t apologize at all, she was rough with him because i watched the second time he went back. I am just not happy AT ALL. I have been coming to petco since he was 1 and he’s 7 now. I have NEVER experienced anyone like her before and i am never going too again.

Im not happy with the quality of the grooming. My Sampson had issues i understand however this grooming looks terrible.for 120 dollars I expect more.

Patches looked terrible and smelled still and her ears were greasy and still had dirt on her. Even after the "second" supposed bath and hair cut I have had to bathe her myself and finish giving her a hair cut the way I asked. I didn't get a refund just was told she can't come back because of her age and a back back leg that no vet is going to do anything about right now. She is 15 and has arthritis and I was told that her ability not to stand for hours on end was why her hair cut was off. However I was also told that 3 people did it the second time. I'm sorry I can do so much better myself and not spend $87 plus a tip and the multiple trips back and forth to get her done correctly. It's cheaper for me to get good clippers not from your company and do it myself.I was still displeased when I left the second time having to carry my very exhausted dog out because the lack of confidence of your staff.

Lisa is great -- easy on Fred, he really likes her -- she cares about him and how he's doing during the grooming. She is flexible on time -- I had an appointment so I was concerned about getting back in an hour and a half to get him ...she told me not to worry, she was ok keeping him longer. He looks great, smells good and his coat is super soft. He feels better after a grooming -- I can tell. thanks, Lisa.

Katelyn did an amazing job with my dog for his first grooming! He had a rough start to life leaving him fearful of many things and the way she took her time with him and was so accommodating to his fears not only made his first visit lovely but warmed my heart fully! Kelly is wonderful and always gives our pup the best haircuts! She's kind and gentle which means a lot considering how nervous our pup is when it's time to drop him off. We also appreciate how the team remembers him and us every time we come in, even though there are months in between his visits.

Store was very clean! My 10 year stayed very entertained with the amount of fish that they had. Then we visited the guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, rats, geckos, chameleons, bearded dragons, and parakeets all of which their cages/tanks were kept clean. The associates were all very nice and helpful.

Great job and even better value. My only critique would be there were a few spots on her feet that could have been tighter. Specifically in between toes, however, I understand how difficult it is to do clean feet which is one of the reasons I don't do it myself. Other than that excellent job and I will be going back and using Rebecca again =)
