Wanted to give a message of gratitude to a very special groomer (person). My wife took a horrible fall out front of the Petco in Seaford this special employee is not only a pet rescuer but a human rescuer she came to the aid of my wife and I and my family wanted to thank her. She gets my vote for employee of the year. Unfortunately amongst all the kaos I didn’t get her name.God bless her.

Went to help my wife with a separate adoption center located in the store for cats and it's really an eye opener to hv compassion and a great big heart to help these kitties without families to find great loving homes for each and every one of them it's truly an a rewarding experience

Found just what we were looking for at very reasonable prices, some name brand foods lower than Walmart!. The staff was very helpful and so pet friendly. I saw walk in pets getting wholesome, natural treats for free and some treats to go, as well,at no charge. Walk in clinic was very accommodating from what I seen. Never seem to have items for working cats. Plenty of fish, dogs, furry animals, reptiles, etc. When it comes to cats you have a teeny tiny aisle that is shared with birds. I might add that's all Petco stores.

I get my dog's food here. Used to save on auto delivery, but they use door dash which has proven unreliable in my neighborhood and when I didn't get the delivery because she went to the wrong door on the wrong building, Dash refused to remedy the situation. After many phone calls I finally got a replacement from Petco -Seaford. Now I go to either this store or Lewes depending on my schedule, but I do miss the discounted price.

My fish died and was within the 30 day. Cashier was only going to give a store credit of $1.50 for a $7. Fish. Manager was able to issue a full refund. I wasn’t able to get a new fish to to water issues.

I placed an online order for store pickup. It took only a few minutes for the order to be ready for pickup. When I walked into the Seaford, DE Petco with my order confirmation, an employee immediately retrieved the order. That was it; less than a minute in the store. Great staff and clean store. Plenty of parking.

My family was discriminated against tonight! The Lady helping us tonight would not sell us a gold fish! My son left the store in tears. All because of the size of the fish tank she refused to sell us a fish. Now we were told if we were buying them for feeder fish meaning fish food they would sell them to us knowing that they would die. When she told me this I thought she was joking. I can buy them for another fish to eat but not for a pet because the fish tank was under 10 gallons! She told me one fish for every 10 gallons! The funny part is they have beta fish twice the size of there gold fish in a small 1 cup plastic container with no air holes up front by the counter but yet they are worried about my son killing a gold fish in a 1 gallon fish tank! Very unprofessional.

I’ve had much better visits at other petco locations, the petco in seaford and Denton could really use some work in the customer service area! Not very satisfied with these stores, but their other locations very satisfied with, because of their other locations I’ll give them 3 stars, if it was just seaford and/or Denton, would only be 1 star if that!

They never have frozen silversides or really any frozen food for reptile and amphibians. I went in there last night to get some hornworms and silversides and the freezer section only had frozen fish food and the lady said that it's rare that they get anything frozen for reptile and amphibians. Then I looked at their live feeders and everything was DEAD and smelled horrid! Hornworms, meal worms, super worms and most of their crickets were dead and smelled so bad. If your going to sell amphibians and reptile make sure you sell live and frozen food! This is the seaford, Delaware location.

The tall man , store associate/manager , was extremely helpful and courteous at the Seaford DE Petco store . Stopped unloading pallets and stocking shelves, without me asking to ask me if he could help me find something. He was able to find it for me . This type of kindness is a big deal 😊

It is very misleading if setting up an appointment online for your pet! The groomers are not certified to trim or cut your pet at this time and did not specify this online or upon check in. One would assume that paying $60 would include this. I am very unsatisfied and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Depending on what time you go will determine the experience you receive. During the day, service is great, the store manager that works there is nice and super helpful. During the evening time, you might end up with a silent store and personnel leaning at the register playing on their phones and not doing what they're supposed to do. Prices for cat food are a bit pricy and the size if the bags do not exceed 16 pounds. Dog food equally pricey but at least they have monster bags. Would recommend and is my go to when I have forgotten to purchase supplies online.
