I was visiting family from out of town and ran out of dog food. I went to Concorde to pick up dog food and I was impressed by the variety and quality of dog food they had. Mini brands are available including a wide variety of treats, toys, especially dog food and clothes. I wish I had this in Florida!

I used to go more often. It's a 35 minute drive for me, but from now on I'll drive ANOTHER 30 minutes to a much friendlier store in Camden. Concord has a huge selection of dog food and supplies. But I always feel like I'm bothering the staff who are busy chitchatting with each other or on their phones behind the counter. Total disinterest in the customer's needs. After my experience with a girl there last Thursday I won't be going back. Very condescending attitude and an unfriendly vibe. Concord, your staff is sorely lacking in customer service skills.

My fiancé me and my daughter came into this pet store morning time today aug 6 2023. We went in happy with our daughter and we asked one of the two women sitting behind the counter if they had any fish and this lady had the personality of a brick wall. It made me and my fiancé look at each other and we left exactly at that moment. It’s not because there were no fish the customer service there is terrible. Maybe talk to your employees about smiling and acting like they at least like their job.

I went in to research dog food because we needed to switch. I asked at the counter for some help and was told the food is along the back. After twenty minutes of listening to people talk about things and two people up front clearly concerned more with themselves than me I left . This is multiple tries at the Seaford store with the same result. Your customer service sucks and the second bag of food I picked up was expired by date. Never again

Just stay away. Horrible customer service. My experience was 5 employees behind the counter 3 people in line. Nobody running a register. Even when the 1 lazy person told the girl it was like talking to a brick. So I’ll leave my items here and walk away. 1 star because I had to 0stars

I just left the store a couple minutes ago. I went in asking for a particular type of dog food. The woman behind the counter pointed toward the back and continued on with what she was doing. This store has a huge selection of dog food and it was frustrating trying to find what I wanted. I finally gave up and I'm headed across the street to their competition. I hate to be the one to post a lousy review since most of the reviews are really great. Maybe I just picked the wrong day to come here.

I like Concord Pets they are more of a older pet store they are Hands-On I go in there from one item and that is live crickets the only problem I have is they put their live crickets in a box and they leave them there you know like you buy a box of large crickets and there's a dozen in there you can't see if some of them are dead so you could might be getting six eight not a whole dozen I just wish they would change that process up because I bought several boxes that had quite a few dead crickets in it and that's a waste of my money other than that they're wonderful

The workers were super nice and helpful they gave free little samples of treat to my dog the place is clean and their stuff is pretty cheap amazing place definitely would recommend and definitely going back there

Lots of variety. Didn't have the exact food we wanted for our dog, but they ordered it and will have it tomorrow. Great service, friendly people. Would recommend.

They have a once a year rabies clinic that is wonderful. Reasonably priced vaccinations, the line moves fast & everyone is polite. Check online foe locations & dates.

Concord Pet Foods and Petco are very good stores. You can always bring your pets with you. You always get a warm greeting from the staff at both stores. Concord and Petco have a variety of items to pick from. The only downfall are the increased prices of dog bones and toys. I cannot Guide you on other food/toy prices for cats/other exotic animals people have because I only have 2 young Boxers. I normally shop at Petco down the street from Concord for Science Diet canned dog food because each can was $2.09 and is now $2.19, but for some reason Petco is having a hard time getting stock on this brand and there was a recent recall on Science Diet due to a high Vitamin D level(different Distributor?). It doesn't appear Concord is having that problem. The Science Diet canned food for dogs at Concord was $2.29 and is now $2.19, which is a good thing. I'm an animal lover, so I would go the extra mile for them.
