Unfortunately I forgot the guys name that helped me but I will definitely see him again... I walked in only having my adopted pup for an hour... This guy took his time and explained exactly what I needed and spent time explaining about the dates that I needed to have my pups next set of shots... I felt comfortable buying what he told me I needed... I will continue to shop exclusively at PetSmart for all my puppies needs.. kudos to the staff... Very helpful & knowledgeable...thank you

Overall experience was excellent. Cara and her team were true professionals and treated my pet with great care and grooming service! I also had the pleasure of working with Alyssa and Malania that gave great grooming services as well. Everyone in the store was friendly and courteous. Upon entering and checkout Maryanne gave great customer service as well.

A 1 star is very overrated for Petsmart in Rehoboth. I took our three year old Scottish Terrier and Yorkerpoo to petsmart in Rehoboth because our normal groomer was booked. Upon arrival there was a large dog in the lobby area and our Scotty started barking at the other dog. The staff member questioned me if she was going to be aggressive because she was barking. I told her that she has been getting groomed every 12 weeks since she was a puppy and it has never been reported to me by our normal groomer that there was ever an issue with our dog being aggressive. I also said that we’ve had them groomed at petsmart before and was never told that there were any issues. She continued to keep telling me that if she was going to bark that I would need to have my phone on me because I would need to come back and get her. At that point I felt as though she was overreacting and was I afraid to leave my dogs in her care. I was afraid that they wouldn’t get the grooming service that I booked. That groomer should find a new profession if she doesn’t want to handle barking dogs. I will never book or shop in this store again. Very disappointed.

I got my cat, Tyndall,(we changed her name) here at Christmas time. She was just 4 months old then..she is the sweetest cat ever and we just adore her. Thank you!In 2022 we adopted Reece <our 2nd cat> from Petsmart, she was a rescue. She had come from a bad situation. She was pretty sick when we first got her but we nursed her back to health and now she is thriving. We are so grateful to have found Reece and Tyndall through petsmart in Rehoboth. We love them both so much and we are happy to have them!

My golden pup decided to chow down more food than I brought with us. Knowing I would have to mix 1/2 & 1/2 we headed to the nearest Petco. How convenient! Now all I have to do is get him to eat the mix. Rather pricey compared to the wholesale Club. But in a pinch, what are ya gonna do?

I took my dog for grooming and after an hour and a half.they said she was done.....she didn't smell like she had a bath and they"couldn't" trim her nails???? What are they good for....nothing. I feel like I was ripped off 29 dollars I do not recommend to anyone they are horrible,inexperienced or.just plain lazy or a combination of all...... NEVER use them they are awful they only got a star because I couldn't post without one.....negative 100 million...if you love your pet go elsewhere

TLDR: Young, arrogant, rude grooming staff. Will accuse you of mistreating your dog. Do not use this service use Petco in the Pelican Square.I brought my puppy Mochi to receive a bath and nail trim service. I mentioned on the phone whilst scheduling that she is young (8month old) and high energy. I also mentioned she was fearful of clippers and to be patient with her. When I dropped Mochi off for her appointment and we met groomer Lorin for the first time. I mentioned again she was fearful of clippers. Lorin exclaimed that her nails were "very sharp". I asserted that my primary reason for making the appointment was, that I required assistance to maintain her claws. Lorin retorted that "Walking her daily helps dull her nails" As if I don't walk my puppy or that it would be an adequate substitution for nail trimming. I watched as Lorin struggled to pick up my maybe 20lb puppy clearly not very familiar with handling energetic dogs. I was told I would be called in 1 hour after the grooming was complete and to be by my phone. I waited in the parking lot no more than 35 minutes later I was called by Lorin, who rudely told me they canceled the service early as "Mochi was not having it as you have clearly never bathed her before." I was livid after this comment as it was whole heartedly untrue as Myself, my vet, My 75yr old mother in law, and 2 other commercial groomers had provided my puppy a bath in the past with no issue. I marched into the store and told Lorin how rude her allegations were. As she stared at me wide eyed and speechless. A more senior groomer on staff Cara, told me that she helped Lorin complete the bath and nail trim. She mentioned professionally that they ended their service at the drying phase. I was offered a miserly discount of 15% off my order and paid it with no contest. I will never be utilizing this location again for my pet needs, as Petco down the street is vastly more pleasant and competent with their services. It is extremely evident why Ashley Petco's groomer has appointments spanning out till September whilst Pet Smart had next day appointments available. If you need this service. Do yourself a favor and find another establishment.

Went to get goldfish for my pond, barely had any. Also bought 2 frogs, for the pond. Had to fill out some "Agreement" about not selling them, breeding them...blah blah blah...for frogs that cost $2.50. What should have been a 2 minute transaction ended up being 10. Ridiculous.

It's a great place to shop with your pup the young lady working there was very helpful and made my pup feel so good she gave him a treat and she made him sit give paw etc. He was truly happy. I enjoyed the help she gave and the way she treated my pup. We spent a lot but he needed so much since we moved here from Fla. He needed a new tag with name and new address new collar and vest for walking she suggested the kong. And he loves it and he got a new sweater he loves . After 5 days I finally got it off him so I could wash it. I will be back for more sweaters. My dog is very loved and the woman working showed us such respect and treated my pup the way all pups should be treated and she made him feel special I will go back to that pet smart every time.

Online and the storefront says the groomers are open until 7pm and do not take reservations for nail trimming, just walk ins.... I have used Petsmarts Rehoboth location’s groomers once before and they were good! The last 3 times I have come to bring my pup they were closed or wouldn’t take us. Two of the three times they were closed/lights off by 5:30-6. The third time I brought my pup there, I walk in about 5:30-5:45pm. Three groomers are there, one was on her phone when I first walked in, then started sweeping. I waited until someone finally came out to help me and they said they won’t take us because they stop taking appointments/walk ins at 4:30-5pm. So this place claims to be open until 7pm, but with 3 groomers at 5:45pm, no one could trim my dogs nails... which takes under 10 min. The last time I was actually able to use the service, the girl working took us at 6:30pm no problem. We are small business owners so coming earlier in the day is not possible, and they don’t take reservations for nails... in my opinion, if you claim to be open until 7pm, you should show some good customer service and actually be open until 7pm. Take your money and spend it local at a groomer that values your business!
