I always shop here when I'm in Rehoboth. I like that DE doesn't have a sale tax, and because I am always looking for unique dog treats, I seem to always find some at Concord Pet. Their prices are reasonable comparing those specialty pet store. I like that it carries premium brands and products that PetSmart and Petco don't carry, in addition to products that are sold at regular pet stores. The staff is helpful but not overly friendly. I bougth some treats tonight and a bug fell off one of the treats. The sales guy took the treats that I was purchasing and checked to make sure there isn't any more bugs. I really appreciate that. No one has ever done that at any pet store I stopped at. The reaction I usually get is the "it's no big deal, just bugs" attitude. I really appreciate the gesture.

Nicholas was knowledgeable about the products I inquired about. Store is big and has alot of selection for various products. Definitely recommend if your pet is sick while vacationing, they have a wide variety of health related products.

After years of shopping here exclusively, I am through! I was charged $55 for a dog cone that’s on Amazon for $20. This is my thanks for shopping locally! If anyone needs a small soft cone, you may have mine in two weeks.

I LOVE this place the personalized service,friendly and very helpful staff have made me a lifer at Concord. Petco and PetSmart have nothing compared to Concord they've helped me so much after adopting a dog ....it is.priceless when you have kind caring people helping you!!!! I huge THANK YOU

We just moved to town it was my first visit and was unfamiliar with the store. The staff were very helpful. The selection was huge so I was able to find food, treats and even cute outfits for both my dogs.

Great selection of good, better and best quality pet foods. Long time staff members are knowledgeable. They will order special foods they may not normally carry. Just ask! I've been to every location they have in Delaware and I've been happy with their service.

I prefer Concord Pets over the other larger chains. Much better customer service and they sell higher quality food verses what I've found at Petco and Pet Smart.

Loaded to the hills with selections of toys , training materials and food for your pets. Offers in store training or they will come to your residence to train your pet.A little chaotic in terms of finding products that you want , product everywhere , but staff is ready to assist you if you can't find what you want and they seemed knowledgeable as well as offering other solutions to your problem with your pet if you are having any. I did notice that there was more product for dogs than for other pets.A little pricey but not much more than then the big box stores. If you look hard enough , you can find some good deals.

I've been going there for several years I haven't found anybody that wasn't efficient and knowledge about what I needed for my shih Tzu they are very good there's a lady there that it's extremely well knowledged and the gentleman they're really good buy I like the lady better but they've taken care of my shih Tzu probably for the last 10 years or more so they get a five-star rating from me and they are great people

Wonderful store. I had a problem with the Milford store and since I had to be in Lewes anyways I called this store for help. The manager was awesome and did her best to help me. I would recommend shopping here and hopefully I will be back.
