Ordered delivery (first time) since the place I originally wanted was apparently about to close early. This was my luck, because Lorenzo’s was not only delivered earlier than promised, but the delivery person was very polite (my dog was barking and trying to “say hi” lol). The bigger plus was that the pizza was fresh and sooo delicious! I think I found my new place on this side of town! 🏻

We’ve lived here 7 years. We see this cute corner pizza shop often and have always wanted to try. When we received a menu in the mailbox decided to give the pizza a try. The 12’’ pie was just the right size for two people. Very yummy sauce that was not sweet, the cheese was not too greasy, just enough grease from the toppings giving lotsa flavor.We will be trying more items. Very happy for delivery as well!

This is my first time at Lorenzo’s pizza.I had order a takeout.I ordered a meat lovers thin crust pizza, order of bacon cheese fries, mozzarella sticks and a spaghetti dinner with meat sauce.Everything taste great and the personnel were polite and courteous.I will go there again for takeout.

Love the pizza and salads. When I buy a bunch of pizzas for Odessa High School Boys Basketball team, they looked me out huge! The driver even carried out the pizzas to my car and “secured the bag” by buckling them in. Lorenzo’s pizza always comes in clutch! Will always come back. Thank you so much! The gentlemen smashed the pizza! Appreciate you, Mr. Driver!

Just stopped by for the first time while vending at Delfaire and very pleased with the service and food. Stopped in to place an order and was greeted by a nice young lady, order was ready in 10 minutes.Ordered a 16" Pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pizza is nice and crisp, great flavor, not to much sauce which I prefer and Pepperoni was a little spicy, again preferred. Mozzarella sticks were very cheesy and the batter was nice and crunchy. Everything was perfectly cooked and we will definitely be back next weekend when we finish vending at Delafaire

This place is DISGUSTING inside and out. Every time my wife and I’ve orders from here the food is always so greasy and sloppy, but tonight I found what looks like a maggot on my pizza. This place needs to be shut down. I looked up their health code violations and they have MULTIPLE throughout the years. Never again will I risk my health by ordering from this run down establishment.

We used to eat here all time!! However after a change of ownership the food just wasn't as good and it cost more. I ordered one of the specials, called right back (within 30 seconds) to change the order adding additional wings. Once I arrive the price seems a high because I changed the order I was charged for 2 separate orders instead of adding it to the original. But wait still didn't add up. I ordered a special they are running for $22.99 and ordered garlic bread. I added 10 additional wings $16.99. I paid $55 for my order so I am guessing the garlic bread is over $15. If that's the case I wish I was told. Also the garlic bread better be out of this world since it cost more than a pizza. Wishing Little Italy in Townsend was open I could have got everything for under $40 and they are always so friendly and welcoming. I will update this review once we eat.

Placed an order for cheese steak pizza, cheese pizza + anti antipasto salad (coupon). The bill did not match the menu price, and when I asked about it he sort of gave me the coupon saying I never asked for it(I did ask for it), but when I added up everything walking to the car it still was 2$ over menu price. I just went home, wasn't worth arguing about. Will find a fair and honest pizza shop else where.For future reference, if you offer a coupon on your menu and a customer qualifies for it give them the coupon deal, it is called being gracious to your customer and will likely cause future business, playing a he said/she said game over a coupon is plain stupid. This was a customer(former) pick up, no delivery was involved.

Ordered from here for years. Use to be great. But it keeps going down hill orders not right orders don't show up. Lie on the phone and say that you never ordered and he didn't take your order the other guy did. Guy tells me I never placed an ordered so I argue with him and he just hangs up.

I had an issue with my order that the owner addressed almost immediately. He was very professional, patient, understanding and returned my call prepared to solve my issue. His customer service was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for it to be better! He’s a perfect example of how you should deal with customers and run a successful business. I order pizza from Lorenzo’s every time I’m in town and I’m never disappointed with the quality or taste, now I see why. I’m forever a customer. Thanks so much Manny!

They have one of the best pizzas in Delaware. It’s take out service/pickup only. They have other items that are delicious too. I highly recommend trying their appetizers- the broccoli bites are mouth watering. Always consistent with their taste. Amazing experience Everytime.

Ordering out ....the worseLorenzo's in Middletown DeI just ordered 4 Italian subs from Lorenzo's in Middletown with the works, so I thought only to open up and find it only had meat and cheese no lettuce tomato..etc...hmmm 🤔 when I called back to inquire they gave me the run around of course b careful when placing orders check before the delivery person leaves. I politely told the owner he just lost my business. You got me this time never again.

I stopped here a few days ago and because their food was so good when I use to live in the area, I thought I would order a cheesesteak for then and a turkey sub for later. Both were so nasty I ended up giving the little bit of meat that was on it to my dog. I asked them when I called the order in if it was still owned by the same people, the man on the other end of the phone said it was so I trusted the food would be the same but boy was I wrong.

Used to order from here multiple times a month. Since they changed ownership, the cheesesteaks are nasty, the burgers are different and the pizza is not good at all. Im disappointed, especially because i haven't found a good replacement since i stopped eating here about 6 months ago.

Extremely DISAPPOINTED! First impressions are important in a business and my first impression stank! If I thought for a minute the management would care I would be calling them instead of online rating their business. I called in an order for pizza and wings for pickup, I was told that it would be ready for pickup in 15 to 20 minutes. We arrived exactly at the 20 minute mark and our pizza wasn't ready, there was approximately 5 pizza boxes on top the oven. We sat there for 20 minutes more watching people come and go and the pizza box stack go down to one. After we had been waiting 15 minutes we were told that we were waiting on wings and our order would be ready soon. When we finally received our order (40 minutes instead of the 15 to 20 we were originally told) I saw the last pizza box come down off the oven. When I questioned how long the pizza had been setting there (I knew it was at least 20 minutes) and if it was even still warm I was told rudely the oven was 700 degrees and assured it would be warm...THEY LIED!!! If I had not paid as soon as I walked in (a sign that they expect people to walk out) I would have walked out without a lousy cold pizza. But hey, the wings were warm!

I asked for a Italian meat stromboli, the sliced meat or just sliced and laid in there they were not cut up the cheese was so thick you couldn't even taste anything else. Then I bought an Italian sub and they put mustard on it so I will never be back there again

My food experience was mouth watering great! Pizza with the crumbly sausage cooked to perfectly! My Buffalo wings very tasty! An the chicken cheese steak! Was tender and juicy! They make the best pizza and steaks!!! In the region!

We used to love this place but they have lost our business for good! We've ordered from them probably over 20 times and all of a sudden they dont deliver to our neighborhood anymore. After we told them they've delivered here plenty of times the lady on the phone flat out said they don't have time to deliver to us!? And it's very convenient that the review section on Facebook has been taken off after reading all of the negative reviews on here. We'll stick with Middletown pizza. WAY better!

The cheesesteaks are amazing here... and being married to a South Philly guy, that's saying something! The people here are also wonderful and make me feel welcome each and every interaction I have with them! I know it's not fancy...doesn't matter..it's authentic and that's what I love. The antipasto salad is second to none and a huge portion freshly made... I can't say enough about Lorenzo's..I've lived in Middletown 15 years now and they are my go to place for good take out Italian style food.

Just last night I had a very bad encounter with the young asshat behind the counter. Very rude and yelling at me because I wanted wing sauce on the side instead of on the wings. Wanted to charge me 3.50 to leave the wings dry. Wouldn't give me management number and clapped at me then told me I didn't get what I wanted and that he was happy about it. I called this morning to reach out to management about this young man and his attitude however he answered then threatened me about calling back and told me I will never get through to them again. I think I'll notify the police as to the threat he made.

Food was okay but not worth the hassle. Agree with Larry, Manager and wait staff were obnoxious, prices miss leading tell you one price online but $2.00 more on every item when you go to pick up. Ordered two subs and neither one was made correctly. It was my first trip there and will be our last trip. Reason voted best Pizza in Odessa is because it the only pizza place in Odessa. Do yourself a favor go to Roma's Pizza instead

I’m usually obsessed with this place. I get to have my NY style pizza and I’m happy with it. I recently ordered a cheese steak and the menu clearly states that cheesesteaks are made with rib eye meat. But when I got home I saw that my cheesesteak was made with hamburger meat! I NEVER would’ve ordered this had I know you would use hamburger meat for a cheesesteak. I was very disappointed and just threw the whole sandwich away. A waste of money time and appetite
