This was me of my favorite spots at the beach….until today. Incredibly rude staff, talking ill about all the customers, food was way overpriced ($20.00 is a grilled cheese), and the wait was 40 minutes because they didn’t plan their staff well enough to handle a Saturday lunch service. There are so many other options at the beach now. Won’t be going back to Good Earth ever again. They see their customers as a pain rather than a privilege. Included a picture of the gross sandwich I received. A grilled cheese with no cheese…imagine that!

Over the course of 4 days my wife and I ate here 4 times and had some of the best food we’ve ever eaten in our lives, period. It might seem obvious that such fresh vegetables and fruit are available to a restaurant with a garden attached to it, but the way every dish was prepared, especially salads, was transcendent. The beet salad was superb, and the pork was perfectly prepared. More importantly, the service at every meal was friendly, warm, welcoming, and perfectly accommodating to our infant daughter. Special kudos to staff members Dante and the maitre d’ Jessica who went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. We originally came to this area for the beach, but will gladly drive 2.5 hours again in the future simply to eat at this restaurant.

This place was recommended to us by a lady who works at the Delaware Botanical Gardens. Such a great experience here. The food was delicious and we loved the outdoor seating in the garden area.

Had to take away a star they changed the menu and it's not as good, but cost more disappointing. Still great place you might like the new venue....... Not quite in Bethany but close enough. Best food I've had in the area. Staff is really great. The place is unique and I really enjoyed eating there. Don't miss out honestly much better then other restaurants in the area with similar pricing. Price is just a little more then average, but you are getting better quality food so it's worth it.

A little on the pricier side but worth it. We ordered the meat and cheese board, salmon special, and brisket for dinner and it all came under $80. Great service and great food.

This place is fantastic and has so much charm! Best bloody mary I've had, and I'm a bartender! Comes with bacon and pickled treats! The Potato Breakfast was sooo good! Potato, fresh veggies with parm cheese and a fried egg. Very light and full of flavor. It has chunks of beets in it, which I don't like but these were delicious! They have a full bar and a cute little market. Definitely will be going again when I visit!

I cannot wait to go back! The turkey sammie was hands down the best sandwich I've had in south Delaware. Every ingredient was fresh and the GF bread was light and delicious. (You would never know it was GF.)For dessert, three of us split the peanut butter pie. It was airy like a mousse with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Plenty for us to enjoy. So good!Definitely going to be my go to lunch spot.Dietary restrictions: Organic and GF

We just happened upon this place on passing. It was a "festival" weekend and we wanted lunch. I was blown away by the local products in the market and picked up a few things. There was live entertainment for our lunch. Our food was incredible and so memorable. Our server was also fantastic. We will definitely be back. Wish I could give it more stars!

Worth the drive from Ocean City! Excellent, quaint, wholesome restaurant with a wide variety of beautiful, fresh dishes! It felt good to eat clean food again!

Awesome place to eat great presentation, great ambience, romantic, with the tea light, Lindsey great waitress. CHEF my goodness greatest steak that My hubby and I have ever eating. This place is healthy eating at it's best. Ms Sue the owner has brought quality people so next time we are definitely coming back here. Call ahead if you want to go to know what's on the menu. Again this is diamond hidden away close to Ocean City. Also they have an organic grocery that's open when restaurant is open.

Went on a gorgeous day and chose to eat out on the patio next to the pretty gardens. Had the chickpea, almond and celery salad sammie (sandwich) so big and filling! Had leftovers to take home.

We are vacationing close to Bethany and came across this gem! We are gluten free and dairy free, and it was amazing to be able to eat such great food without having to worry. It can be such a challenge. The staff is so helpful and the food is so good!Ate brunch and dinner and we will be back tomorrow! Prices are very reasonable and quality is great!Dietary restrictions: Very knowledgeable about allergies and very accommodating

This seriously used to be my fave place. Very disappointed in our meals this evening - to the point that we asked our server if there is a new chef - which not surprisingly there is. Succotash tasted canned - had one bite, potatoes were raw inside - obviously didn’t eat, bronzini had a glaze that was much too strong a flavor for such a delicate fish. Our server agreed with some of our comments but didn’t even offer to take off the cost of a drink or something as consolation. $120 for a meal we didn’t enjoy. Wont be returning anytime soon.

Well, seems another outstanding restaurant in the area has bit the dust. I’ve been a fan of this establishment since they first began as a small inside restaurant a few years back. However, I ate there with out of town guests last weekend and was quite disappointed. I ordered the chicken over wild rice dish. Chicken breast was dry and chewy, and served with almost raw and tasteless baby carrots and green beans. I might add, the dish was not even hot…warm at best. What happened??Parking: Parking fine

Came for brunch with other mom's and was overwhelmed by menu. So many choices, one thing I can say for sure is I don't think you can pick wrong! I will also be back to try more.I had the Espresso Martini with CBD to start and it was a great way to mix up coffee. Next time I'll get the homemade ricotta board that we shared because it was phenomenal. I got the brie board to share and it was delicious too. Butternut squash soup was perfect bit of sunshine on a gloomy day. Everything was so reasonably priced too.The market also has all kinds of things I've enjoyed and things I've wanted to try. I'm looking forward to taking friends and family here in the future.

Today, Sunday, September 10th, was my first visit to the Good Earth.May I say, the dish prepared by Anthony ( who might as well be called HONEY) because not only did he greet me with a warm greeting, but was very kind, prepared "carnitas". Oh my word, not only was the dish artistically beautiful, but so delicious, all I muttered was mmmmm.....mmmmm...oh my goodness, all through it.The atmosphere, peaceful. The staff, friendlyl. I'm a visitor to Delaware, there is nothing better than finding a place to eat, where the locals treat you like an old dear friend, and make you feel right at home!Pleasantly, surprised, and my taste pallet agrees.

This wildly overpriced food was served so slowly we made a game of it with the guy sitting next to us. There were only 3 tables in the entire restaurant with any customers on them, yet it still took 25 minutes to get 2 cocktails and an appetizer. The guy next to us took 20 minutes to get a burger and a glass of wine (which were served TEN MINUTES APART).Decent food, way overpriced, and they need to figure out how to wait tables before they collapse. The waitress wouldn't stop complaining about how busy she was. Three tables! What was she doing in the 20 minutes between checking on her tables that kept her so busy? It took her 9 minutes to run the check. Does she have to WALK TO THE BANK?

We had a wonderful dinner at Good Earth Market & Restaurant last night. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. We started with the smoked fish dip, which was creamy and flavorful. For our entrees, we had the scallops, ribeye special, and tuna poke bowl. The scallops were cooked perfectly and were so tender they melted in our mouths. The ribeye was cooked to our liking and was juicy and flavorful. The tuna poke bowl was fresh and delicious. We also had a glass of wine with our meal, which was perfectly paired with our food.We sat outside on the patio, which was perfect on a warm summer evening. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to Good Earth Market & Restaurant again soon! Here are some additional details about our experience:- The scallops were seared to perfection and served with a delicious lemon butter sauce.- The ribeye was cooked to medium rare and was so tender it melted in our mouths. It was served with a side of roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes.- The tuna poke bowl was fresh and flavorful. It was made with tuna, avocado, cucumber, seaweed salad, and a ginger soy dressing.- The service was excellent. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure we had everything we needed and was happy to answer any questions we had.- The atmosphere was perfect. We sat outside on the patio, which was shaded and had a nice breeze. It was the perfect place to enjoy a summer evening meal.- We would highly recommend Good Earth Market & Restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience.

Went for the Nee Years Dinner and was not disappointed! The three course meal was delicious - Oysters Rockefeller were hot, briny, and not overwhelmed with cheese. The seafood au gratin was fantastic - packed with lump crab and shrimp. The chocolate tart was not too dense or sweet. Great ambiance and attentive service!

This place is a must try! My family and I were pleasantly surprised to try this gem of a place out for breakfast. I had the fratatta with parmesan cheese and carmelized onions with a side bacon and avocado. Fantastic! Also ordered was ham and eggs with their home made gruyere cheese sauce. Simply amazing!
