About four/five months ago, my roomate and I ordered matching shirts of our dogs for a family photo. The initial process was great - they were very understanding and prompt with changes we needed made to make sure our dogs looked perfect. I wish the rest of the process could reflect this initial competence. However, the shirts never arrived. We sent two emails - and were assured over and over that the shirts were on their way. We tried to get a refund and that, too, was futile. Today - TODAY - after all these months we finally got our shirts ... and they were the wrong sizes. We looked up the tracking information and the shirts were shipped only FOUR DAYS AGO. What the heck?? This is not to mention the fact that the quality of the shirts does not at all reflect the price. The print itself is great - but the shirt is NOT. It feels like it is made out of athletic wear meets sweatshirt and feels .... wrong. We will NOT be buying from here again. Do so at your own sanity's risk.

I ordered 3 shirts in early Nov. After 1 email with previews of the design, I corrected, they never sent the corrected designs, and went off printing the shirts. I got one..it was wrong. I refused it and sent it back. It has taken 3 months to get the shirts. But I did get to approve the final designs. and yet 1 of them is STILL printed with the wrong design. Their solution is to offer me 20% off FUTURE orders? And NOT send the wrong shirt back? Does that mean I am to keep the WRONG shirt so you don't have to correct YOUR mistake? NO. I want a refund or better yet the shirt I ordered, paid for with the RIGHT design I approved. I will say they have emailed with me over this fairly well, if not timely...but the solution is not to blow me off, or offer for me to spend more money. I want the shirt I ordered with the design I approved. PLEASE make this right!!I will update my review IF I get any response/or action.

I ordered two shirts from this site before thanksgiving, went through the whole design process (which took a couple of weeks, since they kept getting two of my dogs wrong). I approved the designs on Dec 6, and they went to print (supposedly) on Dec 7. I had hopped to get them before Christmas, as a surprise for my wife, but as of this morning (Jan 8), I still do not have my shirts.I have opened several customer support tickets over the last few weeks. I have messages them through their Facebook page, and have even resorted to commenting on posts to get their attention. All I have gotten are the automatic responses, except for one reply to a ticket saying that my shirts had been printed *and shipped*, but I can't get a tracking number.They have turned off recommendations on their FB page, and they don't accept visitor posts any more. There is no contact info except for the customer support email address. I wish I had read reviews of this company before placing my order, as I am now down to disputing the charge through my credit card company, and hoping to do a chargeback so that I am not out this money.

Loved the mug. When I received my shirt there were wrong colors on two of my animals. I mailed the first shirt back and received the exact same shirt in the mail within two days. I was contacted by someone named Ed and after going back and forth about the issue I was having, thought he was going to fix it. He said he would get a corrected shirt to me within 8 to 10 days. After all the back and forth I still have not received my shirt. As much as I love the idea I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a t-shirt in mid February. I paid with Paypal. It's late April and have had nothing but failure when trying to contact them. I sent a screen shot of my payment to them for the shirt and transaction id from Paypal. Save yourself some grief, don't order!

Don't order from these people! I ordered 2 t-shirts and a matching mug in October 2017. I received the 2 t-shirts but the mug wasn't there. I emailed them and they kept promising to send the mug - the last promise was it was to be delivered the week of January 15, 2018. It is now February and still no mug. Now they won't respond to emails either. RIP OFF!

Ordered a scrub top in early February and I am still waiting to receive it. I've emailed them multiple times with no response on their behalf as to where my order is or why it has not been shipped yet. After reading these reviews I wish I had saved my money. Will have to file a claim with PayPal and report them.

UPDATE: I contacted the vendor and the were very accommodating in allowing me to pick another design. The new design graphics were much better and pronounced the differences in the pups. So based on that effort, I am going from one star to 3.I must agree with all the negative reviews here. I ordered a shirt and a matching mug as gifts. Two of the pets crossed the rainbow bridge and were supposed to have wings. They look exactly like the living pets no distinctions at all. Also the mug graphics are small and cheesy. Horrible product and no eye for detail. A terrible waste of my hard earned dollars as I could not give these as presents as planned.

Save your money!! This place is a joke!! The concept seems great and cute but their customer service sucks!! NO phone # to call, all by email, hey dont send any conformation or tracking updates. I ordered a scrub top and waited weeks and weeks, only to get a tshirt! Then 5 more weeks go by of emailing every week and I get my scrub top, which LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT IS ADVERTISED! ! NEVER AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ugh! Wish I had read the online reviews before ordering a Christmas shirt for a friend as a CHRISTMAS gift that hasn’t and more than likely WON’T arrive before Christmas! When I ordered the shirt, the arrival date was to be 2-3 weeks and that was before Thanksgiving. It’s December 22 and still haven’t received anything, including a reply to my 4 emails!! Big mistake ordering from them!

Ordered personalized Christmas Tees before Thanksgiving and they are not going to arrive on time for Christmas. Street view of “company” shows a regular office building. Guessing they are importing goods from overseas. In any case - massive fail.

It did take longer than I thought but my Tshirt was worth it. My pups look just like they in person and I got lots of compliments on it. I'm really surprised by the posts I've read. I guess I was just the fortunate one.

I ordered one tee shirt on Oct 28. I was charge for 2 shirts and as of December 16 have received nothing. Just excuses online chats. A terrible company if it really is a company.

Ordered 3 shirts Nov 13th one was received Dec 19th wrong size other 2 came today not sure where they pulled the names of the dogs from have tried to contact them now 3 times in three days no response. Filed complaint with BBB and Ohio Attorney Generals office these people are crooks big time

I have officially filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not order from this company! Total scam! I have had the same exact problems as everyone else. I’ve paid and no product. Shameful!

Wish I could rate a negative number. Order a scrub top in February, received it and it had dogs on it that were not on the proof. I have been trying to get a refund or replacement since then. Keep hearing it has been mailed and I will get it in 8 days.
