We purchased the xl heavy duty cat tree and it did not disappoint. We have had it for a few months now and our cats love it. It is sturdy and strong and holds up to our big boys. My one cat has already managed to tear a little bit of the carpet from the ladder leading up to the bed but I would rather he tear up his tree then my furniture or house. Love it and recommend.

Cozy Cat Furniture rocks! I purchased the "wooden cat house on platform for outside cats". It is custom-made to order. Essentially they manufacture it, assemble it and then take it apart and carefully packaged for shipping. Assembly is fairly straightforward. You can even watch a video if you wish. They were easy to deal with and excellent communicators. Well worth the price!

My package from Cozy Cat Furniture arrived within a day of expected delivery . . . 4 days from start to finish. The cat tree assembled easily in about 15 minutes and cats love it. Customer service followed through with emails to ensure our satisfaction. My c/s rep even responded to my response! I would buy from them again.

I needed a cat tree to put into my catio that could withstand the elements. I found and purchased a 4 tier cedar wood cat tree from Cozy Cat Furniture. The cat tree came within the shipping dates I was given and arrived in perfect condition and was very easy to assemble. It is a great addition to the catio and I would not hesitate to purchase from Cozy Cat Furniture again.

This is the 3rd cat tree I have ordered from Cozy Cat Furniture! These are super sturdy so that cats feel safe climbing and scratching. I also appreciate them allowing us to customize my trees by adding sisal along all posts. Lastly, my trees always arrive promptly and in excellent condition! I will be ordering more in the future and always recommend these to new cat owners.

The feeding station works well, and was easy to assemble. The food stays dry during rainy Florida summers. The "semi feral" cats were slow to warm up to the change, but we have now successfully installed their bowls inside.

The cat condo was packed and built very well and the cats liked it right away.Customer service was excellent. I was immediately informed that the item I ordered was out of stock and offered 3 options: wait, change my order or cancel it. I originally said wait, then sent an email a week later to change my order. It was changed the same day and shipped next.I did not notice a phone number for customer service but the email response was fast (within a few hours) for all 3 of my emails, so I am/was satisfied with my customer service experience.

I purchased a tower for my three cats and they have absolutely loved it. They play on it, sleep on it, climb and jump. It was also really easy for me to put together. It only took about 10 minutes to take it out of the box and assemble it. The price is reasonable, and the customer service is unbeatable. The company and the cat furniture are well above par.

Extremely well-built cat furniture! The cat tower we purchased came relatively quickly and we were pleased with the solid wood post, except when it came to drilling through it to attach the top bed. That was resolved by making a template to pre-drill holes for both the bed and post. (Carpeting on the top bed makes it difficult to drill through the top.) It took a while, with lots of treats, but now is a comfortable place for our large Tabby (12 lbs) to hang out!

I purchased this for our 2 cats and they love it. It's the perfect height and the large bed is great! I have it sitting in front of the back patio door for them to lay on and get the morning sun and watch the birds. I'm considering getting another one (because it's great height and large bed with the scratching post too) for the front of the house in living room to birds watch and get some afternoon sunshine. Our cats are 3 years old and they weigh around 12 lbs.

This company will attempt to collect shipping fees both ways if you have to return anything. They will not honor their return policy and Amazon is currently investigating them.“You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Return credits are issued within 2 business days once the item is received and inspected. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.”Above is their return policy copied directly from their account. We requested the order to be canceled 8 hrs before it was shipped. They proceeded to ship the item anyway and only accepted the cancellation request 3 hours after shipping it. They attempted to send a return slip without postage instead of calling the shipper and intercepting the package trying to stick me with the full cost of returning a package with retail international shipping, which would have cost myself hundreds of dollars. Unlike companies, we do not receive a discount on shipping. Unfortunately because of this company’s negligence, I was forced to reject delivery from UPS which automatically returns the package to the sender.While both Amazon and myself tried to communicate with this company, they decided to be confrontational and argumentative rather than helpful. I was forced to file an escalation with Amazon since I never actually received the package they agreed I was entitled to receiving a full refund for my purchase. Amazon returned my missing portion of my refund after several attempts of trying to get the company to cooperate, because clearly I was in the right.I would recommend staying away from this business and choosing a more customer friendly place to purchase from. Somewhere in time we have lost common decency and quality of service, and this is a perfect example of that. Thank goodness that Amazon has programs to protect consumers from companies like this.

Be warned!! I ordered a cat tree, very expensive!! It was of good quality but very poor design. My cat can get up the tree but not down. The only way for her or any cat to get down is to jump 6ft/72”.They have a phone number but they do not use it. Only by email. So they just do not respond!They do not give a FULL refund.Do not order from this store unless you know what you are getting.Very disappointed!!!!!!
