Very disappointed came to Walmart to get some Advil. No one want to help or unlock the door so I can buy my Adou both of the associate stand by. I even went to the manager and told him that I need the key someone to open the lock so I can get some Advil very sharp pain, the worst store ever Walmart usually great and have a better customer service

At checkout thru the self checkout corral you have 2 associates one very helpful and hard working female associate who is running around calling for the young man to help her. He is to busy carrying on a personal conversation with a female who is standing outside of your self checkout corral. To be bothered with helping your customers. Meanwhile you have 3 to 4 customers needing help. Maybe you should employee more immigrants the young lady that helped me spoke with an accent and was very helpful. She also seemed like the only one interested in actually helping Wal-Mart's customers.

I ordered store pickup went to pick up was instructed to call the number in front of the parking spot but Noone answered after 5 calls and then it goes to a voice-mail so don't think it's a linked # anymore. Anyway they gave me a used returned ps5 controller that I paid 75$ for expecting brand new. It had the previous buyers last name still on from a purchase one month prior on the ripped open box. I can't return it b4 Christmas bc they r all out of stock around my location. If I wanted a used controller I would of shopped at gamestop and paid less $$.

Yesterday was card only because they had a flood and the system was down. It is funny because it was one of the rare times, I had only cash on me, and wanted to use just cash since I am out of town. It was ironic lol.The place seemed clean and well stocked.

Worst Walmart around. No one there wants to work. I watched a little old lady try to flag down a worker to help her as one worker after another ignored her or shrugged at her and walked away. The time before that, I went for the sole purpose of buying a lap top. It was an hour before close. I waited there asking for someone to help that whole time. They tried kicking me out to which I said I’ve been waiting for someone to unlock a laptop for me this whole time. I came from an hour away to buy it. They begrudgingly got it for me (from the same place a different worker told me the laptops weren’t stored when I pointed to the model I wanted in a cage under a blanket) but it didn’t have to be that stressful. If you don’t want to work, don’t make it my problem. I worked retail for years and was shocked at people just staring at you, saying no.

POOR AUTO SERVICEBought tires and prepaid a week in advance. Scheduled appointment for installation for 11am. Arrived at 10:30 to make sure I was on time. 3 1/2 hours later my installation had not started. I spent over 4 1/2 hours for tire mounting. NEVER AGAIN at this Walmart.

I scheduled my appointment at Walmart for an oil change at 1:00. I arrived at 12:40 like I was instructed to do. It is now 2:05pm and I am still sitting waiting for an oil change. I haven’t received any updates or apologies about the wait. I am really upset as I looked forward to experiencing my first auto service from Walmart but I 9/10 won’t be back.The auto crew ignored me when I asked to speak with someone this was very inconvenient for me

Walked in Happy, Left feeling not wanted. Got my Tires delivered here on Walmart+ App. The tire company 'Priority Tire' delivered the tires three days early. I did not know this would be a problem. But they ended up telling me on my first time to the store to pick them up that the item could not be "binned" or scanned into the walmart system. comes back next day and they still could not give me my tires. I had to go from person to person that worked there to finally get someone that could explain to me why I can't have something I had already paid for on the walmart app. I had at least 4 employees yelling at me like it was a personal attack on them that I was doing. I was just asking this question .."am I the first person to get tires delivered to walmart early and is that stopping Me from getting my tires right now?". YES.

The cart attendant at 12/16 called me stupid, gave me attitude, and threatened me; I know it was 10:30 and the store was closing soon but I was just trying to leave and not cause problems. I don't understand why he had to go out of his way and lash out on me. He could have at least waited till I was gone, I get it, I'm stressed and tired too but damn man not cool.

No one answers phone. App says tires are ready. Store canceled tire install 3 straight days "due to part delays." No one answers the phone. Online customer service tells what inalready know and to drive to store. And this is how you you get everyday low prices

I live nearby to this Walmart and appreciate their service and convenience for shopping. For the most part, they typically have what I'm looking for. However, I don't blame the store for the 4-star rating, but I give it due to the unfortunate abuse of others who mistreat the establishment by robbing it of its goods. It certainly can be a welcomed part of the community if people who abuse it would consider the detriment they do by such actions. They don't stop to consider they hurt not only themselves but also their own friends and family who shop there. For example, if they end up having to close the store due to too many losses and its nonprofitability, many residents would suffer and have to travel farther to another Walmart. That would be such an inconvenience and hardship for so many local resudents.

The cashier was great. The checkout was horrible. 2 cashiers only, everything else was self checkout. Prices keep going up at Walmart. This is a choice, not a function of the market. Hire more people Wal-Mart

Open till 11pm. Great for late night, last minute run. If you find yourself needing something past 11pm there is the Walmart in Elkton, right over the line is open 24/7. Down side paying retails tax in Maryland.

This Walmart is a little ghetto, and they usually only have two actual cashier's working at any given time. It's kind of annoying that all the boxers and T-shirts are locked up too. However, I understand why it has to be done

Employees seem very nice! Store selection leaves some room for improvement! They have no meat at all unless you want it in a can, and no produce. I have been spoiled by super Walmart i suppose! Why wouldn't they all be super by now?

Terrible and rude associates on the floor in the clothing area, esp ladies and men’s depts and fitting rooms. The one manning the fitting rooms, a small elderly lady, disappeared a couple of times, and when she was there, couldn’t be bothered to speak a word to me, just pointed rudely at the fitting room so I could try some clothes, even though I said thank you to her every time to be nice and polite. One time, because I miscounted what I had in my hand, she just stared me down suspiciously like a was trying to deceive her and steal something? When I tried to greet a couple of other ladies to ask for help, they looked at me then turned and walked away from me. If you press for help, they treat you like you are bothering them. One I even asked for help because the fitting room lady was gone again and I needed help trying on more pants, she argued with me someone was back there, I replied not right now I just looked, she walked over to the fitting rooms with me, and because the fitting room lady had just walked back, she said yes there is and rolled her eyes at me and walked away. The last lady seemed to accuse me of trying to shoplift because I was going in and out of the fitting rooms to try different pairs of pants, trying to find some for work that were comfy and fit well, even though I put the ones I was buying in my cart with other items I was going to buy, and the ones I wasn’t buying I put back where they belong to be kind and make less work for them. When I tried to explain, she told me ‘I’m not speaking to you’ and ‘I’m not having this conversation with you’ and walked off. I was so stunned at the rudeness, I left my cart there at the fitting rooms because I didn’t feel like buying anything at all after that. Honestly, what are fitting rooms for anyway, if not to try on clothes to make sure they fit well before buying to try and make less returns? I talked to a manager on the way out, who seemed nice and sympathetic and understanding about the situation I explained and how I felt about it and why, but I don’t know if she’ll actually do anything about it. I don’t want to step foot in this store ever again, even though it’s right around the corner from home for me… even if it were the last store left on earth or you paid me to. I’d rather buy what I need elsewhere without the bad attitudes. I work at another Walmart and would never even dream of treating a customer the way I was treated here. Save yourself the trouble and go to Elkton or Middletown, better stores and better service.

I went in to purchase spark plugs, an oil filter, and oil for my car but couldn't find them so I asked the person working in the automotive department for some help finding them. He responded, "Use the tablet that's hanging on the shelf." I explained to him that I already did for the oil filter but it doesn't have spark plugs. He swore that it did so I asked him to show me because I couldn't find them. He walked over to look and couldn't even operate the tablet. I had to step in to use it. When we got to the parts selection page I asked him where they were because they weren't displayed. He says, "Oh, this one doesn't have it." I said, "I already knew that. Now can you help me find them?" He points to the end of the aisle and says they are down there but he doesn't know what my car takes so he can't help anymore. Rude, right? So I walk to the end of the aisle and all they had was spark plugs for lawnmowers. I go back to the counter where there was a different guy and asked him for help and explained the previous assistance. He informs me that they don't carry them anymore. So why did the first guy not tell me this? Why did he waste 20 minutes of my time looking for something they don't carry. Either way, that was one of the worse customer service I've had in a long time. If you don't... ask somebody.

Absolutely filthy location. Always overcrowded with just about the worst crowd you can imagine, and good luck getting any of the theft-protected shelves unlocked (which is half the store, because everyone steals everything here.)

3 stars because it's nice and clean, but I do not feel comfortable or safe going to this Walmart..I'm disabled with a service dog, and we've been here a few times. The store is clean and the staff are helpful. I just know and have been told by employees that Walmart does not allow them to properly enforce their "no pets" policy (violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990).People bring their pets in and place them in the carts, which is gross and against health code. Also, my service dog and I have been lunged at, growled at, and barked at by untrained pet dogs in this store specifically.

Ordered tires on line and set appointment for install. Go half hour early for appointment. Told my tires have not been received and even if they were here they would not be able to install for three weeks. This store was the dirty, filthy, nastiest Walmart store I have ever been too. I drove an hour plus tolls to get my tires and left discussed. Staff lady at tire counter was great and very professional. Took over an hour to cancel order. Will now take up to 10 days to release the hold on my credit card, this is absolutely unacceptable and poor business practices.

This Walmart is a pretty well stocked store but it is currently undergoing some changes according to employees so items might be moving about. The seasonal section also changes as needed. Currently there are pool items and grill items. There is an ATM and there is fairly clean bathrooms with a small sink on the side for young kids. The self check out moves fast but there isn’t cash back and there is no removable side scanner.

Been to a couple of stores and they ALL seem to be locking up EVERYTHING. Razors, hair products, auto electronics, etc. Too much trouble getting someone to come and unlock the items that I want! I love shopping at Wal-Mart's but if I'm not in a rush, I'm checking Amazon first. Sorry "Wally World".

Good Evening Google Family!!! I visited Walmart yesterday in New Castle, DE, because I wanted to purchase a few items since I was in the area. I had just departed from the Edge Fitness Clubs in Christiana, DE after doing a fantastic cardio and weights workout. I also bought a smoothie, chocolate banana. I googled nearest Walmarts and this location came up. I wanted to purchase some Nutrafol for my hair, and a waist trimmer belt. I needed to use the restroom before finding where my items were to purchase. I must say this restroom was one of the Cleanest bathrooms of all of the Walmarts that I have ever visited. I found the waist trimmer belt in Sporting Goods. I went to the Pharmacy area to look for the Nutrafol. Nutrafol is used to promote hair growth. Unfortunately, they did not have it. So then I went to the Hair products aisle and looked for hair growth items. I found a product called Viviscal and I decided to try it. I refused to pay an arm and a leg for any of the hair growth products. It said $22.00, but when I arrived at the checkout counter, it came up $33.63. I bought it anyway, not at all thrilled about the price. I hope it works, you have to give it 6 months, then I will try something else, if it doesn't work. I also purchased some sport hair bands. I then proceeded to checkout my items and the total was $52.38. I paid by cash. The associate working the self checkout was friendly and efficient. I would return to this Walmart location if I am in the area. Good night Google Family!!

There are multiple people always fighting on their phones in every language or in the store. It creates a negative environment especially after after work I am tired of fighting with each other it's like a bad movie. But the one good thing is they have some really cheap prices
