Extremely disappointed with their customer service. No email response, was on hold for 2 hours to get a representative. They were late for my autoship for 8 days, and the customer service representative said they’re out of stock for my order. Fine. But why am I finding this out by myself after three days of trying them? Why am I not informed that they can’t fulfill their order? Why did they still charge me when they don’t even have the thing to send me? For the amount of money I give them, I deserve better than this. Truly disappointing. They probably are not gonna see this but I just gotta let the people know - my dog loves their food, but there’s a million fresh food companies out there. If this is how their customer service’s been, I don’t see myself buying from them ever again.

Customer service is terrible so if you have a problem with your order, don't expect it to get resolved quickly or at all for that matter. Just Food for Dogs came recommended by my vet and I was hopeful it was the solution for my picky dog who needed a low fat diet. My order was shipped overnight but FedEx took 4 days to deliver it. By the time I received it, it was no longer frozen and barely cold. It took me a week of calling, leaving voicemails and emailing to reach someone. Unfortunately they no longer had what i ordered in stock and covinced me to try their Balanced Remedy which is mostly rice. Had i known that i would have never accepted that as a replacement since my dog is not a big fan of rice. Needless to say that went in the trash and i was forced to try another fresh food company for dogs. Fortunately my experience with Farmers Dog has been fantastic and my little guy is eating again with no gastro issues since starting his new food. Very disappointed with my experience but thankful to find a solution with another company.

The food is pretty good and I love that it’s healthy but the shipping is “ify” at best. Things are on back order more often than not and I’ve waited several weeks for shipments that I placed. This has caused my fur baby to go without his special diet too often. Sadly, I have to switch to a more reliable company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! Completely unreliable company that cannot ship on time (or even provide an ETA). Rogue charges on the credit card, incorrect food amounts sent, no response to emails, phone calls are worthless as you are stuck on hold. Negligence and horrible customer support.

Everything is wrong in this company! I haven’t heard a Costumer service like that! They are rude! It’s better trying other companies or cooking for our dogs.

Not a good place to work!!!!!! I was harassed and bullied,when I went to management they said I'm the problem for telling ,they fired me for telling that I was being harrassed. They are not good people , they have favorites and their favorites can do anything to people and you can't say nothing
