I have yet to ever get quality crickets here.. The people are nice, but the crickets in a box are always awful, mostly dead and stinky, or like the last box, all super tiny when they're labeled to be medium/large. They couldn't even be considered medium... For around 6 bucks a box these days, it's totally unacceptable. I think they really would do better to keep live crickets if they want more business in that area. I mean, if they sold live crickets, they'd also get impulse and add on sales with lights and other supplies for reptile/amphibian keepers. This is why I don't frequent them, and I would venture to say there are many others that think the same way. Just some free consultation advice there for you, Concord Pets. Take care.

The staff was very friendly to us and our puppy, Cooper. My dog has a wood chewing problem which includes our fence and shed! The store clerk recommended a spray to deter and train him. He was knowledgeable about the product and explained the 100% return policy if it didn't work.

Second time I purchased puppy food from here (pro plan) and it had bugs and worms inside it! First time was black bugs, second time now worms crawling in it. Now all a sudden my phone number doesn’t pop up in the system to look up my receipt! Terrible customer support on the situation. Only have this problem with worms from this store!

***KEEP TRACK OF YOUR BAGS GOING TOWARDS A FREE BAG*** I've been coming here for awhile, I get stuff for my dogs, guinea pigs and birds every week and me and my son love to pick out the dog treats at the front. But as of today I'm DONE shopping here. I buy the same brand and size of my dogs food every 2 weeks and have yet to get a free bag. They tell me today I'm on bag 2 which is absolutely impossible!!! I am extremely irritated about it.

The store is not customer friendly 100%Had to purchase today supplies for my puppy and had to get a harness for him, above the harnesses is a price tag of $9.99, now the funny part is that they charged me $19.49.When pointed that out to the cashier, she was like :"- Well, there is the wrong price above it, so you had to check the code of the item"Sorry, but there is same name as the harness on the price tag.No refunds, just store credit (rip off)Who will be going back to a store that is cheating their customers????Plus a dog toy (a tire) that I grabbed from one of the baskets full of toys, they didn't have it in the system, what?????!!! 🤯WOW, you guys are a joke !!!!!!

Never have my brand of dog food in stock and what they do get in is hardly ever small breed bites. Pet food occasionally has bugs crawling on the bags so be careful when you take it home. The have a buy 10th bag get one free but their count never matches mine, go figure.

Products purchased were infested. Did not want refund just wanted an explanation. Worker denied denied denied. Take accountability please. Loyal customer for 3 years, now I have to decide between Amazon and chewy. At least they delivery ;)

Shopping local is great, but these local stores are taking advantage of shoppers and jacking up their prices. Concord Pet specifically - a 6 in Bully Stick, the price has gone up from $5.99 to $6.99. That small piece of cow isn't worth 7 bucks.

The entire store was on sale. The people at the counter were pleasant and while walking around 2 associates asked if I needed assistance. It was great!

The lady who deals with the cats, her name is Donna and she is very rude when it comes to dealing with the cats. These cats often get sick or always have an issue with them when you look over to adopt one I purchased two cats from there and they both got sick. I had purchased a third car from there and it had passed away. Do not buy your cats from here.!

I have been a customer of this local busines for of 10 years. I will no longer be supportive of their busines. I usually use my debit card. But this last time I had to us cash which was the only l had on me. So lug the 30 lb bag of dog food up to the counter and the cashier scans it it comes to 45 dollars and I had the cashier a 50 dollar bill, and he tells me he can't accept the 50. I asked them why can't u accept cash he says the manager won't let them take anything over bigger then a $20 bill so I asked to talk to the manager and ask her the same question and she gives me an attitude saying that the owner won't let us take anything bigger than a 50 l what store doesn't accept cash for customers? What if I didn't have a bank account and that was the only thing I had on me?

I've visited this store twice in the last 60 days. Apparently, close to nothing can be returned due to Covid 19 (despite item casing never being opened) and the service is apathetic. Maybe the staff is tired or underpaid... who knows. I hope others have a better experience. I won't be returning.

Not only was everything overpriced, but one of the employees there was incredibly rude. The male associate was very polite - it was the female associate who said insulting things about me in a low voice to him just as I was about to check out. If this is how they treat paying customers I can see why this place is always desolate.

As a pet supply shop, they should offer more pet supplies. I have a tarantula. Am ready to switch out his bedding and they kept pointing me to a small reptile starter cage set. I have a cage, I came looking for supplies. Great stock in cat and dog items! Love seeing the free roaming cats too!

Has not had items needed or wanted for my pwtsin several weeks. Store returns...can only get store credit.. for what though you dont have items i need! Very disappointed. Will start going elsewhere. Tired of wasting time and gas.

a bit on the high side cost wise but, the store is clean. the staff is friendly and helpful. even when I had to tell them my dog shoplifted a treat. lol I would have given 5 stars but, 1 was lost on the crappy parking lot.

Close to home and they carry the brands we use. Christiana store is a little smaller than the other branches in the area so they don't have as many bags of the particular type of dog food as we would like so we have had to make an extra trip on occasion.

The staff here was very rude. After one incident on only my second visit to the store, my wife visited them only to have the cashier insult her over her choice of dog food. One unpleasant visit is understandable, but two is inexcusable.
