The staff are amazing... they stay calm and very courteous under pressure and stick with you to solve problems. Very grateful for their attention! And they now are open all week and no longer closed on weekends.

Made a 10am appointment for a TDap shot. First appointment for the day! Should be no waiting. Got to the consultation window right at 10am and waited 10 minutes before someone told me I'm at the wrong window. "This window is closed". You Gotta Be Kidding!!! Previously I was told to always go to this particular window for any type of shot. Not today! She told me to get in the prescription line with 15 people waiting. I told her I had a 10am appointment not an 11am appointment. So I Left! This Walgreens is progressively getting worse. Apparently their time is more valuable than mine. A curiosity email , text or phone call to say they are running way behind would have made a difference.

The pharmacy goes to lunch at 1:30pm and that's ok but if im in the long line for the drive through and when it's finally my turn they then pull down the shades that say the pharmacy is closed so now i have to wait there for 30 minutes to get my perscription terrible service

Ordered a canvas online. Went to pick it up — didn’t get an email that it was ready yet — but the order for said it would be done hours prior to my arrival. Got there and it wasn’t done so they had someone come out to put it together. This worker proceeded to move at a snails pace chatting with a coworker instead of focusing on the job and getting it done. Very frustrating to wait patiently while workers just hang out and chat. It should be noted this location is 3 hours from my house and appears to be much less professional than the ones near where I live. The manager seemed to be trying to speed up the process subtly which I do appreciate.

The regular cashiers and management are nice, but one of the lead pharmacists were super insulting and rude. My mom went to pick up medications she was prescribed for both her cancer treatments and auto immune disorder and they treated her as if she was a criminal for being prescribed those medications. They asked her extremely inappropriate questions such as what's her "recovery plan" when she decides to get off her medication, what's her "official diagnosis from [her] doctors" on top of many other things. My mother was extremely embarrassed and insulted. Would never recommend going here for the pharmacy. The nerve of the pharmacist for assuming something about a patient when they have no clue what they're going through. Extremely unprofessional.

The pharmacy used to be great but now they are horrible. Not only are they slow and don’t get prescriptions in, they’ve marked it down as being taken by us when they clearly didn’t. I have been without my zaleplon medication for three days.

The hours make it impossible for people who work to get their meds and they are always out of stock. The wait in line is usually 30 minutes.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens I've ever been to. EVERY employee has an attitude problem ESPECIALLY the pharmacy. Pharmacy is never open either. I only ever come here because it's sometimes my only option. Close down and put a Riteaid at this point.

Impossible to speak to a live person. Poor communication. No options to do choose to speak to a live person offered. Even though the virtual operator said after saying numerous times I want to speak to a live person and adding that I was frustrated. The recorded statement said I’ll get you someone to help...then hung up! Poor customer service in my opinion

I received my COVID-19 shots there. And no problems. Also, if you are a myrewards member I recieved a coupon for 5 dollar if I spend one dollar. Exclusions apply.

Second time the Pharmacy doesn't have the medication that was prescribed. Doctor says not to skip a dose, but this Pharmacy says we'll have it here for you in five days.
