They could not make you feel more welcome! The staff is absolutely wonderful. You're not in the store for more than 2 minutes before someone asks to help you and they DO help you. Really great place. Clean, organized and efficient.

Anything you need for home or garden, the Ace staff can find it! I needed a trowel. The sales person, Denny took me to three different places and I found just what I needed and more. He was patient and knowledgeable! I go to Ace for all of those little joyful projects that I conjure up and they accommodate my vision and and accept my creativity! But my favorite place this time of year is wandering through the greenhouse always imagining my next planting. Their plants are lovely. I also shop here because it’s local. I like fueling the local economy because when my clubs need a donation, they have been very generous.

This is a great hardware store. Well staffed, and the friendly employees will help you quickly with whatever you need. I can stop in to grab screws, or my water filters. Prices are a few cents more than the mega-hardware places, but that figures in with less drive time.

The ladies that were working today we're very helpful and friendly. I needed to get mulch and top soil, but they were too heavy for me to lift so they very kindly put it right into my van for me. I always have a good experience whenever I shop there.

Purchased an item yesterday afternoon online for pick-up at this location. Waited 24 hours for notification that the item (disposable booties) was ready to get picked up. Nothing.. Was out for the day and decided to stop by on the way home to see what the delay was about. Once there, I inquired as to the status and was advised that my item was most likely in the back and finding it would be “like finding a needle in a haystack” and if I wanted to wait about a week, they might be able to locate it. Keep in mind that there were more employees in this store while I was there than customers. Keep in mind, I saw at least 5 employees standing around. I guess the “Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks” is at another location.

They usually always have exactly what I need at a decent price and not a huge box store to hike through and trecking for hours to shop for an item or two or three. Friendly and knowledgable staff who actually smile and walk over to you and ask if you need help which is a rarity in the big box stores. Great customer service and well stocked for a small store. I always start my search at Ace close to home.

The item I wanted and they wouldn't go into the warehouse to get it. At the time I didn't know that they could. And they weren't busy. It was quiet. I typically like ACE but I was disappointed. Apparently the item was there. They didn't offer to go get it bc it wasn't on the shelf yet. The Milford ACE helped my son a week ago by going into their warehouse and getting what he wanted. It was in stock in Milton today just not out on the floor. I found out later about my son's good experience in the Milford ACE.

Need to update store hours. Says 8pm online and tried to call at 6:59 pm and they were closed. Very helpful in store but forgot to put my bolts in bag and no one could assist because they were counting drawers so another phone call tomorrow and another trip to the store to get what I've already paid for. Thanks

I went in at an off peak hour to get some help with Benjamin Moore Paints. I was ignored by the paint department person and had to ask for him for help. Then he acted annoyed that I bothered him from his stocking work. He could not answer my questions on BM paints and got defensiveI went right to Home Depot and spent $200 there on Behr paint, primer, stripper, Wooster brushes and roller brushes. The Behr paint was half the price of the BM.

Great stuff for roses. I had a Covid causilty my favorite rose bush was hit by a delivery driver. I only wish they had smaller bags of soil and lime. In the old days you could buy it out of bins with a scoop.
