Great selection of Cat Food and Treats! Especially Temptations Treats. Also a nice selection of Cat Accessories (Toys, Medicine, Bedding, etc). Food and Treats are a pretty good value. Almost everything else is a touch pricey. But you can't find a lot of accessories any where else so, bravo for carrying them! 👏 🐈🐾

It was my first time using this organization. Per Smart in Millsboro,DE. The groomers were kind, warm and welcoming to my cocker spaniel and I. They did an impressive job, more than some of these local dog groomer businesses in the area. We go once every 8weeks. The groomers are competent, patient and professional. We will be back.

My first impression when I walked in the door was the overwhelming dog smell and dog hair on the mat, this blew me away. I've never smelled this in the Dover Petsmart store when I've visited. Overall, it's a nice store.

This is my local petsmart, and i like it alot. Its not big but it has what i needed when i had rats. But i came in today to get another animal as my last pet has died and i wanted something else other than rats. I was looking at hamsters with a friend and i was going to buy one. Now the manager who runs the area, he wouldnt let me buy it withiut the proper cage which is fine i understand. But my problem is his attitude. He came up to us and was like are you seriously going to buy one cause i dont have time for this. Then he said we arent a petting zoo so you are not holding it i will just show you it. So not only did i not get to see if the animal was a right fit for me he had a terrible attitude. And when i was walking out to leave all he was doing was stocking. Now i know its important to stock but i wouldnt call that busy. I rufuse to come back to this location unless i get some kind of apology cause that isnt right. There is plenty of other stores that have better customer service then this one did.

I honestly say it was the first time I had a problem with petsmart. I've been going there for years at different towns. This is the first time someone said my sweetest pet was aggressive. She is too little and has very little teeth. I believe they were in a rush to close. The other thing that bothered me was that the place was so dirty. Again, I am a fan of petsmart but I am reconsidering changing groomers. I truly have the friendliest to hear she became aggressive and scared of what they did. She has been going to the groomers for 9 years at petsmart. The last time I went there was 6 months ago and she didn't do that. I would reconsider changing or retraining employees with consumers dos or cat services

I always take my Yorkie Lexie to have her groomed and I am never disappointed. Danielle did Lexie's grooming this time and she did a fabulous job 👏. Danielle called me to inform me of a open wound from Lexie scratching and how she washed her good and cut her hair accordingly. I will continue bringing Lexie to Millsboro Petsmart.

PetSmart in Millsboro has a great selection of food, treats, and accessories for most of your household pets. Cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, they have you covered. They even have a nice selection of things for snakes, reptiles, and fish. I was amazed at the variety of things they carry for pets. They have housing, bedding, kennels and cages the list goes on and on. Petsmart is definitely a one stop shop for all your pets needs. I highly recommend you check this place out.

They are very expensive. I have a Pet Smart card but if you know what grocery store to go to I can always beat their price on everything for cats. It is discouraging.

Terrible experience tonight. Was out with my family when one of your middle aged male employees verbally berated one of the children we were with, calling him annoying and yelling at him for touching things. I’m no expert in customer service but I’m positive this was not the way to go about handling this situation. Previously to him yelling at a child, we had asked if there was mealworms in stock and he rudely cut me off mid sentence to shut me down. Would not recommend shopping here, drive the extra few minutes to your nearest petco.

They was very friendly and greeted chunk and I as we walked in. The groomers were very nice and friendly with dealing with a nervous 2 year old American bully. After the groomers were done I received my phone call letting me know chunk was done. Very professional. I will be taking chunk back again!

Shop Amazon these prices are higher then Cheech and Chong smoking a ten foot bong .buy a heat pad from Wally world and get two for the same price of one from PetSmart . Timers are under 7 at Wally world and over 9 at pedomart. Half the dog food is bad, also dog toys at the bark box company has better toys for cheaper .

I skirted in here last minute on a holiday Monday when I realized that after picking up my dogs that my folks who were watching them forgot to put their harnesses back on. The folks working there were kind, friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. They absolutely saved the rest of our trip! Thanks to those folks again.

My dogs see a private groomer, however she’s been on vacation. I took my boys to petsmart for a grooming appt. I dropped them off at 2 and around 4 they called me to tell me my labradoodles face was matted and they had to cut hair down. I waited about 1 hr went in for them and they had them kenneled. The groomer said they couldn’t finish them because they weren’t “allowing themselves” to get groomed. They were wet, shaved down with long patches everywhere. Worst of all, my labradoodle had a fatty growth that they cut open somehow and was oozing out. It has since spread into an infection and won’t stop bleeding. See picture. This is not even addressing the ghetto, looking up and down, chest puffed out attitude the groomer had with me. The manager stood by her staff the whole time. Now what?? Now vet bills, a baby in pain, time off work all because they were neglectful. This is beyond a customer service complaint. This dog is my child, what would you do if you saw your child with this cut over a haircut?? I called police dep. And they said they get a lot of calls with complaints about petsmart services. Unfortunately there is nothing they can ever do about it. I however, will not stop. Once my baby is healthy, I’m taking legal action since they are refusing to admit wrong doing.

Found what I was looking for with ease and no help.When I cashed out out I noticed I was really over charged to come find out the cashier got the wrong item after we figured out why I felt I paid to much she got me the right quantity product made the price adjust without any issue and apologized.

Alison does a wonderful job grooming both of my (large) dogs. She is patient and kind, and they always look great! Their summer add-on package is a great deal, too - it includes a teeth cleaning, and we got a nice coupon book for future use. Definitely worth the extra $25!

Terrible experience at the groomer. My dog was sedated per their request. However, they claim he wouldn't go to the back and were afraid of getting bit, so they called me a couple minutes after dropping him off to pick him up. Taylor and the other associate just don't want to do large dogs. I have no issues at other locations and stores, unfortunately this is the closest option. I also ask not to touch his face and not worry about his ears because he doesn't like it, yet they literally do it right after i tell them not too in front of me. I would NOT recommend this location for large dog breeds to be groomed or if you ask for specific directions.

Take our dog Tipsie here for her spa day. She absolutely loves these ladies. She is super excited when I get her crate ready for the ride. She just knows what's coming. All the ladies are awesome. Won't take her anywhere else.

I am always happy and pleased with the way I am treated and my dog too. The staff is happy, helpful and knowledgeable. I am happy to take my dog there for grooming and other needs. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone with pets. It's always clean and everything is easy to find.

Dont do the training there EVER!!! We had two classes the first class we took she sent my dog to take a walk then sent him home cus another dog and him were barking at each other and then today we didnt do anything but talk no training just her telling us that our dog is aggressive towards other dogs even tho he's never had issues with dogs at home and then before leaving our dog was being kind an sniffing the trainers dog and then her husky bit our dogs ear. we were still told that our dog was the aggressive one
