We’ve had our fence for about 4 years now, and it works great! We have a pit bull and she can seem scary to the neighbors. The fence keeps her far away from the road - now she just sits and watches people as they walk by.But the main reason I’m so happy is because the guy who runs this area has answered the phone every time I called, and was very helpful when we needed something replaced. He also saved us from having to pay him to come out by telling me what I could try and do to remedy a problem I was having. It worked, I couldn’t be happier!

I literally cannot say enough positive or wonderful things about John and Dog Watch of Delaware! No matter the time of day, or day of the week, John ALWAYS makes sure to respond to any/all issue that might have occurred, and corrects the issue immediately. Low battery, cut line by accident (by homeowner) during a home improvement project (which there have been MANY at our property) … you name it! Customer service that John & Fay provide, is second to none. Our fur babies are our children, and that is exactly how John treats them every time he sees them. A couple of years ago John installed our Dogwatch Fence. We live close to a major roadway and were afraid our Goldendoodle puppy would be at risk of injury. Since the installation and brief training exercise, our puppy is now 3 years old. We had a period of time where we stopped using the collar because he was so used to the boundry. However, our dog began forgetting where the lines were buried and started exploring just past the fence. I recently asked if John would come out to re-flag the property to provide a visual for our dog. Immediately following, our dog recalled the sight of the flags and will not go near that area. I am very grateful to John and his team for the great work and help re-establishing the boundry. I highly recommend Dogwatch and John's company. One piece of advice I could offer would be, keep using the collar on a regular basis so that your dog stays familiar with the boundry and retains confidence to utilize the full extent of the yard.

John/DogWatch of Delaware was referred to me by a friend. We had relocated to a 5-acre property with an existing electric fence but no collar. John came out to inspect the existing equipment, marked out the existing fence, fixed a break in the line, upgraded the power unit, outfitted our 1yr old lab w/a collar and gave Tonto a boundary lesson. For years we never had a problem. Recently Tonto wandered out of the yard, I replaced the batt but Tonto still found his way thru the fence. Not knowing what else to do, I called John. John came out inspected the fence, then Tonto’s collar, he found some corrosion on the base of one of the spikes and upgraded Tonto’s collar. John’s effort and dedication to resolve my issue was truly First Class. I highly recommend John Kennish/DogWatch of Delaware!

I have an invisible fence and my dog watch receiver collar stopped working. I then googled and was able to find John & Fay of Dogwatch of DE. From the moment I spoke to John he was so very helpful and informative!! I purchased a new receiver collar from him and it arrived very quickly! I also had the collar that was not working and John told me to send it back & he would check to see if it was under warranty for me. Well those were the best words he could have said to me. I mailed the broken collar back to him and he immediately texted me saying yes, it’s under warranty. He then shipped to me immediately, the new receiver. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced with DogWatch!!!! I highly, highly recommend John & Fay. I must of asked a dozen stupid questions and John was always so kind to explain and talk to me. Thank You very much for being great people!!!!! We need more of you in this world!!!!!!

I had Dogwatch of DE install an underground fence on my property about 1 year ago, it has been one of the best purchases I've ever made. We originally were going to install a vinyl fence, instead we opted for the invisible fence, not only did we safe thousands of dollars, but my high energy GSP now has plenty of space to run. The owners and staff of Dogwatch DE were an absolute pleasure to work with, very professional, on time, and even helped to train my dog to learn where his new boundaries were. When I think of customer service I think of someone who cares, is responsive and goes above and beyond. John was what exemplifies true customer service. He answered all of our questions and phone calls regarding my sisters 2 dog collars. I had placed an order for a new collar and received the new dog collar for the invisible fence within 3 days. He also validated my sisters other dogs collar to see if it was under warranty which it wad as it wasn’t working and sent her a replacement collar. It was a pleasure dealing with John and his company!
