Great store use to work there mark is great and knowledgeable and Jackie! David is great as well miss the old crew they take the education on what they carry seriously highly recommend you local store for your pets needs then the grocery stores! They have the good stuff your pets will love you will thanks me there acana and elm and Stella and chewy are great and signature cat food for picky cats!

We shop here all the time for our pet foods. They have quite the variety of pet foods, and very nice staff. Nicholas, has been very helpful when one of our dogs had some issues with one food and recommended a couple of things. One worked very well. I'm so happy we found Concord pets.

This place is great they have everything you could need and more. The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. So don't be afraid to ask questions.

I always have a great experience here! Every time I come in, the staff is extremely friendly and the store is always clean. My most recent visit on Tuesday 8/24 was excellent! I called in the morning because my 12 week old kitten escaped and brought home fleas. Both of my cats had them. I spoke with David and I was panicking because I tried washing them, to no avail. David told me what I needed, I rushed over and met David. He was so helpful and recommended great, all natural products that weren't expensive! He could have easily shown me more expensive items but he didn't. He stayed and talked to me about what to do. I am so grateful that he helped me. Great customer service and I will not shop anywhere else for my pet needs. He recommended Wondercide (all natural) flea and tick spray and it worked instantly! Thank you, so much!!

John and Emma were awesome!! They had customers coming into the store back to back and gave each and every customer excellent service. PetSmart in Millsboro stated they no longer provide hands-on customer service because they don't have the staff. Well... I think PetSmart needs to take some pointers from Concord Pet.

Been a loyal customer for longer than I can remember. Since I was a young teen. I’m 41 now… You just went from the best place to get my dogs food to the most expensive with a $10 increase on a 5lb bag. That bag is now $31.99. Which is more than chewy, Petco & petsmart. Looks Like I won’t be back to concord pet as they believe in overcharging you for literally, everything in their store.Toys are dirt cheap at marshals btw.

Fairly large selection across the board. Some areas are better than other, such as food variety and treat selection. Bowls and collars needs to be expanded for large dogs, but the food selection is great especially when trying to acclimate a new puppy. Nice toy selection and chew toys as well! Hard to keep my Boxer out of the store!

Place was clean and didn't have that pet store smell but items were very, very pricey....specifically Greenies and Taste of the Wild ($10 more than both Chewy and Pet Supplies Plus). Asked a couple of questions about finding a purple tennis ball and was ignored, brushed off, then sternly told they don't exist (they do). They have a large selection of items so if one is looking for variety they have it.

I've been going to this store since they opened in this area. I LOVE the people I've met in this store. Employees, managers - matters not. I've had great conversations with several people that work there. Everyone has always been exceptionally helpful. Recently I found a sick kitten and rushed him to the local Veterinarian. They were awful.... absolutely terrible. As I left I knew where I was going to go....the place where I know I can count on great help. Concord Pets! Alex was working and I explained the situation to him. He grabbed exactly what I needed and provided a rescue contact for me to reach out to regarding the kitten. They are always PAWSOME!

Concord Pet Food and Supply had everything our daughter, who was visiting us for Easter, needed. She brought her 2 furry "children" with her. It was a total surprise to us that she arrived for the holiday, but we were surprised when she brought her "babies", so we had to scramble to find something to interest them, although she brought most everything with her, but you know how that goes, you always forget something or think you won't need that, but you always do need just the thing you thought you wouldn't. Concord Pet Food and Supply had everything she needed and we were done quickly. The staff was nice and didn't bother with us too much which was good because our daughter knew just what she wanted or needed. The best part was the store wasn't far away from where we live so we didn't have to drive all over town and back.

Definitely wont give this store another dime. Man with grey hair is arrogant, treats his employees like they’re incapable of doing their job and talks down to customers. Also everything in the store is VERY marked up. After purchasing, I compared prices to amazon and petsmart and i overpaid by a lot. Do yourself a favor and go the few miles to pet smart or petco

I can't even begin to express how wonderful my experience has been every time our visits are here. They know my dog's name is when we walk in. The staff are always helpful, polite, and caring. They always give Hersey a treat when we visit. I would defiantly suggest them.

I have utilized Concord for all of my pet needs from dog food to fish medication for over 5 years now. Today was the last day I will step foot into one of their stores. I went in yesterday around 11:30 or noon to buy a harness for my new service dog. While their I had the sudden urge to use the restroom, brought about by a medical condition I've been battling for nearly 2 years now. I asked the lady who was assisting me with the harness and she was very polite and even showed me where it was.As I entered I noticed a male employee, probably 40 to 60 years old with black hair and wearing a brown uniform. He was watching me as I entered the restroom, and even tried to open the door while i was using it. As I walked out he proceeded to tell me that the restrooms were for employees only. I told him that I had asked permission from the other employee. This is where it should have ended. Mind you he had approached me in an oddly aggressive manner considering the situation was regarding the use of a toilet.He then said that there is a sign on the door stating that they are not public, insinuating that I don't know how to read. I then reiterated that I had been granted permission from his coworker, as well as revealing the personal details of my medical condition. He again stated that he did not care and that the restrooms were for employees only, disregarding my prior authorization, my medical condition, and the fact that I had actually taken it upon myself to clean and wipe down all of the urine and pubescent hairs that were all over the toilet, simply because I knew that it was a privilege to use their restroom and wanted to leave it nicer than when I had entered.At this point I was so taken back by his overly aggressive and semi threatening demeanor that I simply stated that I had permission and proceeded to walk back to the lady who was waiting for me over at the dog harnesses. He then said that he would let it go this time, as if to insinuate that he would do something to me if it happened again.I cannot stress enough that during all of this he was very rude and aggressive, so now feeling threatened, I told him that I was going to take my business elsewhere, and head over to either Petco or Petsmart, to which he replied simply with the word good.I then went back to the lady who was assisting me to find the right harness for my new dog and explained what had transpired and that I would be leaving and would not be returning in the future. She was very apologetic and even told me that he was not a very nice person, and that his opinions were not reflective of Concord Pet.Chewy is the same price for most of the items I shop for there, and it gets shipped to my house so I don't have to worry about soiling myself when I'm not fortunate enough to feel the urge prior to my need to go.I am completely and utterly disgusted. I have never been treated like that by ANYONE in a professional setting in my life. I try to support local businesses, but in this case I would hope that the local community supports me in boycotting Concord Pet Stores for the remainder of the individual's employment.I WILL UPDATE THIS POST WHEN HE IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED BY THEM.

My Son In Law stopped in and bought a treat dispenser for Parakeets. I have 2 birds as well, and HAD to get one for my Budgies. Well I went in the next day to get it. I looked everywhere and couldn't find them. I found everything else I wanted, so asked the guy at the counter if he could help me find them. He made no move just said " I don't know what your talking about, I know all the things and we dont have them!! Ok. So telling my Son In Law, he went in the next day, bought one and stopped it by for me. Personally I will go further distance now, I refuse to EVER go in that store again!! RUDE
