I visited this store for the first time to find items for my new puppy. I did not feel welcomed at all. I was not greeted nor was asked did I need any help after walking completely around the store. Floors were being mopping and were wet, so I didn't get a chance to view the items in those section. I understand it was 17 mins until closing, but I basically felt like it was the end of the day and they didn't feel like being bothered. I decided to leave and not purchase anything based off my experience.

Our dogs loved everything we purchased. Very good selection of healthy foods and treat hidey things that dogs have to figure out, like a game. Good for bored dogs.

There is not enough incredible things we could say about Yarn & Bone. Rebecca, Tyler, and the rest of the staff genuinely care about the wellness and happiness of your pets. We never have to question whether the product we are purchasing is nutritionally valuable or quality. Not to mention, their events are a blast! Our dog, Milton howls as we pull into the parking lot. He knows he will be showered with love and leave with a bunch of goodies! Check out all of the prizes from this “Christmas in July” mystery box! $20 and well over $50 worth! Milton gives two paws up! They rock!

The dog food selection is awesome. Dog treats selection is everything imaginable. Staff are very friendly and eager to help. They also have a do it yourself dog bathing area that I used for my pomeranian. It's deep enough, so I didn't have to worry about my little monster jumping out. The handle to spray water is small and awkward to handle. Other than that, it's perfect!

I look my poms to the self serve dog wash. They provide shampoo and towel. I bring my furminator shampoo and conditioner for their double coats. The dryer is strong enough to get them done in no time.

I called to get the times for the nail event and I was told 11am-1pm. So, I pack up our animals and arrive at 11:05am. Then they say it starts at 1pm. Thanks for nothing but a run around. I wont return.

My partner, our Two babies and I love this store! Everyone is so nice and they have a great selection! Prices are a little higher than other places but it’s also better quality! so it depends on if you want the best for your little companions! Our Babies get nothing but the best and that is what the Yarn and Bone offer!

Hello everyone! So,as a warning do not call here and ask them anything,I was hung up on while I was talking.When I called back and asked why he hung up, he said”you can stop talking and stop calling here.” I hope this store addresses unprofessional customer service.You shouldn’t work in the public,if you don’t understand customer service.

This place is amazing, my dog has severely dry skin and has been dealing with some fleas , I purchased the flea treatment spray from wondercide here and it killed them on contact and a collar but because of her skin issues she can continuously scratched herself raw I felt hopeless as a pet owner and even cried when I got there telling them what was wrong with my baby, they then pointed me in the direction of the skin tonic and a few sprays on my girl and she is laying here next to me not itching and seems so relieved. I can’t thank this staff enough for how much they’ve helped us. All I can say is shop here or any of their locations, staff is knowledgeable and will help you help your fur babies. I’ll never shop anywhere else. Thanks again!!
