They have good variety of groceries. However every time I get something delivered with more than one quantity of an item I only get one quantity of that item. I like the convenience of delivery since I don’t drive and I’m not near a grocery store within walking distance. Their delivery service needs to be improved.

The cashier was so friendly and welcoming. I wish I could remember her name, but she was an older caucasian woman, and I think it was almost time to leave. Definitely should be an employee of the month with her wonderful personality

First time using pickup and loved it. It was cold, rainy and windy and the delivery person was still very pleasant. I had made a duplicate order, usual payment method when I wanted to use a different payment method. So I canceled order but 2 of my ordered item came out for delivery. I told the man to take one back as it was a duplicate order placed in error and cancelled, to return it. Hope all goes well with that.

I placed an order online and they didn't deliver it to me and they charged me a much higher amount on my card. I had to call the bank to cancel it and they gave me no good assistance and the purchase never arrived.

Do not I repeat, do not buy anything to be delivered to your home you will not get the correct items. The items you get will be expired do not ever buy a rotisserie chicken nine times out of 10 no 10 times out of 10. You will get a cold chicken that is so burnt it is not edible And you will never get all of your items you will be charged for all of your items, but you will never receive all of them. I don’t know what’s going on at the milford Walmart they are the worst Walmart I have ever had the experience of dealing with!

It seems like very few people know anything about the store except for Jane she use to work in automotive, Jim I believe his name is from electronics which is a older man from electronics he knows everythingy go to when I'm surrounded bye idiots!!! And I've got to mention the door man he was great new who you were always had a kind word and we miss him dearly!

Kevin, the deli manager was amazing! He was kind and polite to every customer in line. The two ladies that were behind the deli with him could not be bothered to help anyone. One lady wouldn't stop messing with the chicken to help any customers and the younger lady looked so aggravated that she even had to be at work. Absolutely unacceptable!Kevin needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service, and the other two ladies need an extensive inservice on proper customer service.I was at the deli at about 12:00 pm.

There’s room for two trucks each on the south west and north east corners at this Walmart. I wouldn’t park up front if I didn’t have too. The property is extremely quiet in the evening.The only area In the store lacking merchandise was the grocery area, but they were also in the process of restocking. The staff was extremely friendly, I even stopped to chat with the receipt checker at the exit for 5-10 minutes. Overall a good experience.

Worst experience ever, worst customer service experience ever! 15 year's business management experience gives me the right to say that!! I am stuck using a rollator the rest of my life thanks to some uncaring doctors. But when shopping in large stores like this I have to use these motor carts, there's no place to put my rollator so I just take my cane. I get dropped off at the door and the cane is good enough to get me to one of these carts that are usually parked and plugged in right inside the doors, if neither is the case someone is usually there that can go find one for you, that's how it should be. This day neither was the case. By the time my husband parked the car and came into the store I was barely standing/leaning on my cane. He had to go to the other entrance to get one. By that time I was in tears and just wanted to leave but he talked me into staying because we did need what we came for. There were 2 carts at my entrance(we saw them thru the glass that's why he dropped me there), but no one bothered to plug them in so they were dead. If they were out of order a sign would of been nice. We would have seen an out of order sign thru the glass also.

Your typical Super Walmart...food, housewares, automotive etc. This location is less conjested than the Camden Walmart.. This one has a Service Center so you can have tires changed on your vehicle. I recommend making an appointment since there can be a wait. Also has a nice garden section with plants, lawn care products and flowers. Employees are nice as well.

Too crowded, no customer service ever available & if you find someone they treat you like you're bothering them. They all act like they don't know where anything is. They put in earbuds so they can't hear you & just do everything to avoid helping someone. I watched 3 employees pass an elderly lady needing assistance with a item on a high shelf. I had to help her because they were obviously "too self involved" to be aware. I prefer smaller shops with better employees & actual check-out people that bag your items. Cooperate Walmart is not worth the money or the time.

I am sick of these Walmarts that have no bags and maybe one manned checkout lane. It’s not like you’re saving money by doing everything yourself. A big sign would be nice going in, like “hey we don’t have any bags”. Instead, I wind up getting a full cart and then find out at checkout, a-holes. Not everyone is from here to know, some are just passing through. Here’s a thought, leave it up to the customer. Have an option to use plastic. Or pass the savings on to the customer by having lower prices. At least when I go to my usual Aldi back home, the prices are lower for my extra work.

I placed An order for pick up and within minutes, it was canceled but they still charged my card and kept the money on hold for 10 business days. No one in customer service was helpful at all.So disgusted with this company, especially during the holiday time.

The wait time for my grandsons prescription was hardly no wait time. I was on my way home and had to go a different route and got his medicine. I was very satisfied. Thanks Walmart!!!

I try not to ever go inside with the every man for himself mentality of customers and now having to self checkout unless you want to wait in the 1 register line they have opened. I use curbside pickup, even for groceries.

Amazing!!!!! This cake artist Who works at Milford Walmart bakery her name is Autumn…. SHOUT OUT to autumn I drive from Seaford to Milford to pick up our cakes… No one else does cakes as good as she does… if you’re looking for someone to do your birthday cakes RIGHT and on point head to Milford Walmart and ask for autumn she’s amazing… This part is to Milford Walmart I have been to Seaford & Camden Walmarts for my cakes over the years and all of them end up just ok some terrible And broken in the middle patched up with icing ….. i refuse To make the “ Conveniences mistake “ again & go back to Seaford, and that’s my hometown trash work for cakes. This young lady autumn you want to keep!!! Autumn I encourage you to open up your own bake shop your work is amazing.. I’m sure you have my name and number And possibly know who I am based on your work from the cakes I’ve posted please keep my name and number if you ever open up a shop ( I so encourage you to do ) you’ve got yourself a customer For life… ❤️ I gave five stars for autumn but I will say Milford Walmart is clean, generally has more things in stock then the other Walmart. Their management at Milford Walmart must be pretty good Versus Seaford and some of the other Walmarts I’ve been in.

I just watched racial profiling as the person scrutinized three people of color receipts as they were walking out and hardly looked at mine with a box full of stuff. The checkout person did not know how to operate their register when it malfunction. Just an overall horrible experience.

I went to check out section. I am asking the girl where are the bags? She said OH we don’t have bags anymore! I had few items I bought and I needed one bag. I paid for my stuff and I am telling her that Walmart doesn’t have a bags?!?! She said again OH yea we have a bag but costs this much. I said I know it cost to get a damn bag but your answer to me was you don’t have a bag. It’s not my first time shopping! I talked to manager Debbie and the same thing! They are not listening!! Bad customer service!!

Too bad I have to give a star to leave a review. Did an online order for delivery for the first time ever. Not only did it never show up, no one ever contacted me with any update. When I tried to contact the store, 3 separate times, no one answers the phones. Now I’ve got to start my fight to get my money back. Thanks for nothing!!! Should’ve known better, that’s on me for trying this. But now I’d like to just let everyone else know so they can avoid the headache too.

The store is super close to where I live so I visited a few times a week. I buy everything everything here my groceries my cosmetics, my home needs my outdoor stuff I mean everything. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I just always have a great experience at this Walmart especially I definitely recommend it if you have never been here before I mean, you can buy everything here.

Got four great new Goodyear tires installed here in their busy automotive dept! Very good crew working there, but stretched thin, need at least one more person to cover the desk, & probably one more in back doing the actual work. For regular shopping, this Walmart is honestly too big for me, & the extra size doesn't seem to translate into better selection.
