This is undoubtedly the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I've given this place so many second chances over the past few years. I've never been to a pharmacy that has been so consistently awful. I worked as a pharmacy tech for nearly 10 years while I moved and worked my way through school, so I'm aware of a lot of their tactics and can see through a lot of the bull. Because of these experiences, I've also tried to be understanding and patient, as I know there are a lot of moving parts and behind the scenes action.I filled a prescription over a week out from when I needed it, just because this pharmacy has that type of reputation. According to the app, the prescription needed to be approved by my insurance, but told me nothing more. Four days later, I noticed the pharmacy canceled the order, which I only happened to find out when logging into the app, so I called to see what the problem was. I was told that the medication was not in stock and it would be there in two days. A few more days passed and this still hadn't happened, so I called again. This time I spoke to the pharmacist in charge who gave me a number of excuses...my insurance flat out wouldn't pay for it, the medication wasn't in stock and then it was, then it needed a prior authorization, and then they didn't have the right insurance information, despite having had prescriptios filled the previous week. At this point, I told him to pull the prescription and I'd go elsewhere. After hanging up, I found a different pharmacy, but much farther from home. Including the call, my prescription was filled in less than an hour.The pharmacy tech I spoke with immediately found the real issue, which wasn't one of the excuses I'd previously been handed, so I don't buy this store's many woes. I began using the Walgreens app and there hasn't been a single time I've put an order in that I haven't had to call this pharmacy. When I brought this up with the store, I was told that they thought a new app update was probably the issue and that I should "start calling everything in"... to a pharmacy where it isn't unusual to wait on hold 20-30 minutes to speak with someone.This doesn't begin to scratch the surface of what we've dealt with here. My wife and I have been struggling to think of how many of our visits haven't been a battle. I've rehashed a lot of these same concerns with various managers and nothing ever seems to change. From my other experiences, Milford doesn't seem to have many options as far as pharmacies go, but I'll gladly drive out of my way to avoid experiences like this. We all already get caught up in life's stresses. Getting a prescription filled shouldn't be a fight.

Just checked in to pick up my prescriptions. I knew I would have to wait a few minutes. Went to check in. Was told 1:30 for pick up or " are you waiting?" Said I'm waiting, eye roll from employee wearing an evil eye pendant no less, and was told 30 minutes. Gotta love the attitudes.

Yes I wouldn't recommend using this pharmacy. I don't know if the pharmacist is prejudiced or racist but he definitely discriminated against me because I was on Medicaid. He told me I can't pay out of pocket for my prescription. I have to wait until my insurance approves it. Called my insurance company they approved it immediately and told the pharmacist if I wanted to pay out of my pocket it is my right. Made a complaint with corporate hopefully they get a new pharmacist to train and get this pharmacy in order.

Terrible!!! My first time here! Made an appointment for a flu shot and filled out all the paper work online before I went! Arrived 10 minutes early and still had to wait 27 minutes! Then they rejected me for my flu shot; Said my United Healthcare & Medicare insurance expired! I mentioned that I just got a prescription and a Covid shot a week earlier at another Walgreens with no problems; Hmmm! What really happened is they inputted the wrong numbers. I had UH call them and they admitted the problem. Told me I could go back and get my flu shot now. Since I'm 30 minutes away & taking a chance to wait another hour and be rejected again, I decided not to ever use this Walgreens again! N.E.V.E.R! Plenty of other pharmacy's around! AND; the pharmacy clerk could have been a bit nicer! Terrible experience all around and a Big waste of my time!!! The picture reminds me of an old saying; Lights on and nobody's home!!!

Pharmacy was terrible. Over 2 weeks and no heart meds ready. Never put my info into system for 4 days, had to make multiple trips to store to find out what was going on.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been. Been waiting onnthe linenfor 45 minutes for my prescription that should of been ready 4 days ago and still not ready. I was told to come back the next day to see if it was ready.

Some people may have had a good experience but 80% don’t , this has got to be the worst, horrible so call pharmacy ever, they get prescription and don’t dispense in a timely manner, if you need your diabetes, high blood pressure, any life saving rx , you will kick the bucket, thank god for option’s, you have been warn!!!

There are so many negative comments concerning Milford Walgreens Pharmacy. Well let me say that I've been using them for over 5 years and yes I will say once or twice maybe I received bad service but I'm not going to allow 2 bad days ruin 5 years of good service. Overall I must say Walgreens is a very good pharmacy and their staff is very helpful. We shouldn't allow 1 or 2 bad experiences ruin a business and customer relationships.. . Walgreens pharmacy is better then some of the rest we have in Milford. Just wanted to share my thoughts.

I was able to find what I needed right away but the wait time in line was about 6 minutes (which really shouldn’t have taken that long). I say that to say the manager was called to the front for assistance with a customer at the register. I was third in line. The manager saw the long line starting to form behind me and just walked away leaving the cashier to fend for herself. #TeamWorkMakesTheDreamWork

WORST customer service! I rarely ever write negative reviews, but this deserves such. I had an issue with bonus points being loaded to my account. The manager said she would fix it and take it off. After they rescanned everything in nothing came off. I asked why, manager caught an absolute worst attitude and started being combative. She continued to belittle me as I finished paying full price and I put my hand up to stay “stop” and told her to have a blessed day. I’m in this store shopping all the time! If you see a short, squatty, blond manager run the opposite way! She was an absolute nightmare and that’s saying something when it’s the manager of an establishment. Won’t be going there again and filed an official complaint through Walgreens.

Waited in line for medication in drive through for over 25 minutes. Then a woman from the pharmacy came out to the window of my car and said you might want to come into the store for your meds because the people front of you are doing covid test. She then said didn't you see the sign and pointed to a sign. How was I supposed to know the people were getting tested. Really 25 minutes before you come tell someone !! And there was unprofessional attitude with it.Pharmacy staff needs customer service training!!!!

I absolutely love Walgreens, but the 3stars is basically for pharmacy... If you have plans or anything to do, clear your entire schedule bc you'll either wait in drive-thru or a line inside for a very long time. I love Walgreens, but for my medications I use Rite Aid.

My wife and I went there for our booster shot on 9/28. Aside from the staff being overworked, understaffed and stressed out by having to deal with angry customers....which is all the companys' fault,our main dissatisfaction is with the totally unsanitary office area where our vaccinations wete performed. Totally disorganized , trash overflowing the used syringe container and a very cramped space.. Definately go elsewhere for your shot.. The aisle station at Walmart is cleaner.

My wife and I both had our booster jab at Walgreens Milford in Sept 2021 and the young lady originally from Pakistan had fantastic steady way to inject . It’s the best jab that I’ve ever had . I did not even feel the needle she was so good . No after effects no soreness . Well done ma’am

Only pharmacy I have seen that is unable to fill prescriptions after hours of waiting. Earlier this week, dropped off a number of prescriptions post surgery. 3 hours later, not one filled. Today, Doctors office sends in a prescription, 3 1/2 hrs later, not filled. Seriously?!?! Joke of a pharmacy and they always, always have some serious attitude. If I did my job like these yahoos, I would be fired day 1....they seem to be rewarded.

I never had a negative experience when I ask for help the staff does help. However I have never used the pharmacy. The deals are good - I usually get my vitamins here because buy one get one free.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I’m not sure about service inside the pharmacy but going through the drive thru was a nightmare. I will never use the Milford Walgreens pharmacy again! The lady was beyond rude and I was so appalled by the how she treated me as a customer!

Great local store. Needs a refresh update referb to match other Walgreen stores. And please make the street one way direction only. It's really too narrow for both directions and trying to park and leave is a pain.
