This location is identical to the typical store format. There is a good selection of well organized and timely merchandise. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they’re very eager to help you find something if you are lost. It’s always a good selection of durable clothing here and I find that tractor supply is the best place for winter coats and gloves.The quality of those type of products is extraordinary compared to big box discount locations where they sell similar items that don’t match up to what tractor supply offers.There’s no trouble finding parking outside the store and the access to and from the highway is easy and safe. They have a smaller outdoor section in some locations but you can also order anything online and have it delivered to this store.

This is top of the line in their brand. My son needed a belt because, ( well, that's not a need to know} This store is immaculate. So well stocked with clothing and lots of fun items. Serious business stuff too. Go...see

Usually not too long of a line. Sometimes can get help from customer service but other times you have to track someone down. Good selection of products and if this location is out of stock, you can request them to call another store and check availability.

The customer service here is the best! I was waiting in line when a young woman came in needing a replacement collar for a warranty she had purchased. Supposedly, the dog had eaten part of the collar, and the cashier wasn’t exactly sure if this would be covered under the warranty so she called the supervisor. When the supervisor came up, the first words out of his mouth to this young woman or, “is the dog OK”. He then explained that it would be covered and he would replace it, but the fact that he took the moment to make sure her dog was OK, meant a lot to me as a customer.

I’m a local so this is where I come perhaps twice a month for my farm items. So my face should be rather familiar yet I get no friendliness or help wanted from the store when I’m here except for the ONLY one employee I would say that goes beyond doing what he is suppose to would be Richard, very generous and helpful all around. Needs more welcoming, positive energy oh & stocked shelves please!!!

Purchased a zero turn mower and it had a few issues. Chuck assisted me without hesitation and with complete understanding of my problems. I am absolutely impressed with his customer service as a manager. I highly recommend this store if you're looking for great service and knowledgeable associates.

I would give a zero if I could!!! Over months ago a business partner purchased a trailer for our mower and he was told that they don't ship one trailer. They have to wait for more of them to be purchased so they can ship more than one. OK!!!! So my husband and the business partner that purchased the trailer went in to the Milford location (where the trailer was purchased) to see if the other stores had the trailer we purchased to get to from another store. Yes they do but they will not get the trailer down here. We have to go there to get it. WHAT?!!!! REALLY what kind of company would say this and mind you the trailer was thousands of dollars. We are very unhappy and at this point I believe my husband and business partner is going to just get a refund!!! 🤷‍♀️😡

This is a great store customer service is always outstanding the people are just extremely friendly I can pretty much always find what I need here.I've been dealing with this store for a year-and-a-half and they have always treated me fairly and I always get a good deal. and Richard is probably the only guy or the only employee that ever recognizes me when I come in and I go in at least once a week. This store is definitely where I'm getting all my supplies from now on. I was mislead by an online add so I called to make sure I was reading the add correct. I spoke to someone at the store and assured me that I was reading it correctly. Once I reached the store it turned out we was both wrong but to make it up to me for coming so far to get this item it was sold to me for the price we thought it was. Thank you for being so helpful Katy , I will be back just because she made it right. I'll shop there at least as long as she is working there !

I like going here. They have a variety of merchandise. Most people think they only carry farm merchandise, but they have clothes, tools, pet food, outdoor furniture, and a nice 'specials' area. Plus, I like to pick up birthday cards here. If you like looking at merchandise that's a little different than typical department and big box stores, then this is a great place.

This place is like a toy store for me! Like the name says they do cater to farming and live stock, I work with neither. I am a serious DIYer and this place has all kinds of mechanical parts for my projects and amateur inventions. Even if you don't need anything stop in and take a look, it's worth the trip. Cheers!!

Pricing is comparable to other stores in the area though can be a bit high. Although employees are usually quite helpful they are also hard to find! I feel like the store is usually short or minimally staffed when I go in which of course adds to wait times for help or check out
