We stopped here for coffee. We love these new machines which always make fresh coffee.Also, we took Western style fries, which I found too greese for me.The store was clean, but Royal Farms rewards scanner was down. So I had free chips, I redeemed it, didn't get scanned, and lost it....I recommend Roral Farms in general.

Stopped for two packs of cigarettes @2pm and only one employee working in food area, after 5 minutes I asked if there was anyone one working the cash register. ( benefit of doubt, they may have been in the restroom)The lady in the food area stated, there are two of them, they both must be outside. She did offer to assist me however, she saw me standing there the entire 5 minutes. Yes it was five minutes I was watching the time. I declined and went to Wawa where the cash register is manned all the time during business operations.

Stopped here on the way to ocean maryland for spring break. The bathroom was completely disgusting. It smelled like someone pissed on the floor and they just smeared it around with a mop. We stopped here again on the way home 4 DAYS LATER...the bathroom literally smelled worse, like a filthy outhouse. I had to literally hold my breathe and hold back vomit. And to think the employees are using this restroom and just walking out making food for people is sickening. Don't know who manages this place but they should be fired.

~ SEE 👀 ⚠️ - Easy on off south bound, Alot of parking spots, a lot of gas pumps, FREE AIR for your tires ! The parking lot was very dirty and the inside could be cleaner. Went in this morning for a quick stop; went up to the register to pay for my items:"Good morning.""Hey there can I get a pac-""GOOD MORNING!""...good morning."You know what man? I'm going through a rough time in my life. A thousand pardons your majesty for not exchanging pleasantries with you but I'll be god damned if you're going to be rude to me like that. If i wasn't on a time crunch I wouldn't have bought anything; the audacity of this store's employee to DEMAND a good morning from me. Some people have a lot to deal with in their lives and I won't be back to this location again. My chicken tenders were basically jerky. This place sucks.

It's rare that I leave a bad review, but this place is REVOLTING. Your first impression on entering is a filthy sidewalk and tables covered with leftover chicken fry and bones. The donut case was disgusting.. with severely smudged glass and filthy empty serving trays. The worst part is the mens room. It smells like rotting piss and body. I have worked with the homeless before and no stranger to squalor and body odor, but this was another level filth. The absolute WORST part, is the hand sink was bone dry and not working. HOW ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES WASHING THEIR HANDS? I'm in the process of contacting Royal Farm's corporate office and the local Health Department. The management here should be ashamed.

This gas station's EV charging ports are still currently down and unfortunately there are no efforts from Royal Farms to get them updated or working. The last update from their district manager was back in June. That actually shows the lack of urgency towards the EV community.They've lost a customer on my end and a ton of referrals as I'm in the customer satisfaction industry with a large audience reach. Hopefully another gas station chain can pick up on this large void in the industry

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a chicken sandwich here thinking it may be close to a Chic Fil A chicken sandwich. After all, Royal Farms advertises their chicken as "World's Famous!" My sandwich should have been called the chicken skin and grizzle sandwich. Very little chicken meat and the meat that was in it was chewy! Yuck! And I should have taken it back and am kicking myself because of it. They fleeced me for $7. Store and bathrooms were filthy!

I want to start by saying I live right around the corner from this royal farms and it is very convenient to go there. I got there for gas and cigs 90% of the time. The is one cashier in there that is the rudest slowest no customer service having person. I refuse to let her wait on me because it takes her forever to get to register get my cigs or ring up the transaction. With that being said I went in there the other night to get something and she was working and I asked the guy to wait on me. He got my cigs and then this rude cashier says “they can’t ring you up they are not old enough”. Both workers walk aaay and I’m left with her so I walk out and go to another ROFO. Today I go in there and one of my fav cashiers tells me that the one young lady is not old enough but the gentlemen is and he could of rang me up. Well there it goes. The rude cashier plain out told him to not ring me up. I’m done with this person she needs to be fired! I hope this makes it to the manager!

You will never ever ever get another cent from us again. Manager and employees were extremely rude and apparently don't understand you are to go above and beyond for the customer because they are your business. We did a door dash and part of the order was missing and they refused to refund it. I didn't want a new item made again especially after being called a liar basically. So I hope you don't get anymore business again

Worse EXPERIENCE ever. IM A PRODUCTIVE CITIZEN IN MY COMMUNITY. A MEMBER/OFFICER OF THE LICAL VFW AND I WAS HUMILATED.... My card wouldn't work n I paid for the drink w. EBT. explained situation to ployer. She said ok. I walked out of store n she came running after me like I stole something !!!!! I was humiliated !!!!

This location needs a general cleaning of the employees. Poor attitude, very unkempt and messy, poor organization. Anytime someone comes in to fix the store it seems to go to poop less than a month later. I’ve had many very rude employees I’ve had to deal with here and have on several occasions just walked out without purchasing anything. I make the extra drive to Greenwood Royal farms.

It's a gas station chain, food is good for on the go or quick family meal kinda thing. Good place to stop for truckers and people long hauling to their destination. Other than that not really much to say. Alot of products for pain relief as well as drinks and snacks.

Ruby was very kind and extremely fast at checkout. The line had three people and I was checked out in under one minute. This is a very attractive quality for any convenience store especially for customers who are in a rush.

Worst Royal Farms I've ever been to. Not once but twice i have purchased a 10 piece chicken only to get home and there not be 10 pieces. This last time it was the smallest thighs and wings NO breast No drums. Tried tocall the store several times no answer. Horrible.

Unsanitary...flies in the food. Plenty of flies flying in the store. Garbage outside are plentiful..they need to powerwash and sanitize the whole place...management dont care about this place...they need a new team management...start with sanitation because they gonna make people sick or food poisoning them

Staff very rude and doesn't want to help you I can't believe the owners doesn't see this. I never had any problems at the old store. You could always find something to buy at the old store. This store has nothing. I never been so insulted.

Decent setup, good selection and some baller fried chicken. Pass the chick fila with the line, get off your butt, out of your car, and head in to royal farms for your chicken instead.

I got eight piece family meal of all dark meat chicken. It was so overcooked and dried out, I had trouble chewing it. Ended up having to throw it in garbage.

This Store I'll give a 4 star it's starting to show its age not as big or as clean as the new one they opened in Milford but still has good service.
