I wouldn’t even give a one star to be completely blunt. Have used Rite Aid for years, and ever since we moved and started using this particular location, all I get is attitudes everytime I call to get assistance with my medication. It comes across very standoffish & like they just don’t want to deal with you.A week ago my monthly prescription was sent over, I have still yet to get an answer from them as to when my medication will be in stock. They could at very least tell me if another location has it, yet all I get is ‘we don’t know’. Super frustrating that I have to do all the run around & calling just to get my prescription. The staff really need to be taught customer service skills because there is no need to be rude and belittling customers the way they do. I will be using another pharmacy moving forward. Rite Aid has known about the complaints from this location, nothing has changed. They really don’t care.

Pharmacy in Milford DE. is so frustrating to deal with. There is usually always a problem when picking up a RX. Have had to change 5 of us to a very Competent Pharmacy in the area--IVIRA. Have not had one problem getting everyone's Rxs since we switched over. Would not recommend Rite Aid to anyone.

Rite Aid has been my go to place more many years. I am loyal to their store and find it very relaxing after a long day at work to cruise the isles, listen to their 80s pop, and grab my regular items along with the seasonal. Today is Friday, and I came to self-care. The store has been rearranged and I’m looking around for the hair products section. As I circle the entire store and didn’t locate it where it use to be, I found my favorite isle right up front by the cash register. My gut sank as I kept walking only to notice that they put the texture isle all the way up front. This confirmed that the racially biased practices that happen in other stores has infected my local Rite Aid. They put the black/textured hair products up front, implying that people with textured her will steal and need to be monitored. Where it is located, makes absolutely one sense at all and it’s in a drastically different location than before. I will NOT be going back because I strongly believe that it was intentional. Shame on Rite Aid. I’ll find a new location to spend my hard earned money. Walgreens here I come.

The Pharmacist Marian doesn’t know what she’s doing, I was talking with her and she seems uninvolved and then told one of the other employees to “tend to me”. It’s obvious that the staff is being given a large workload that anyone wouldn’t be able to handle. The person who helped me inside was also told to leave me to go to the drive through.

If I could give less than one star I would. I was just at the local Rite-Aid here in Milford Delaware. When I was there earlier today I was told that my husband's prescriptions will be ready in about an hour. I actually gave them two hours and when I went back to the store only one was ready because the other two apparently were said to a centralized processing center. Which then fills the prescription and ships it back to the pharmacy to give to the customer. I went with a local pharmacy because I assumed that my prescriptions would be filled locally if I wanted a mail order pharmacy I would have stayed with a mail order pharmacy. It's very upsetting to me that prescriptions my husband needs I have to wait for because they were sent to a centralized processing center instead of being filled at the local Rite-Aid where they're supposed to be. Now I have to waste more gas going back to the pharmacy tomorrow to pick up prescriptions that I was told would be ready today.

Transphobic staff withhold medication for no good reason. Rite Aid pharmacist on the phone told me that my hormones (which I have already been on for 3 months) would be ready for me the next day. Upon arriving the next day, another employee saw that I was trying to refill my Testosterone and LIED to my face, telling me that my doctor never sent the prescription. My doctor told me that she had indeed received confirmation that the prescription was received and was to be filled. Not the first time I’ve been told there were issues, but the first time I’ve had to dangerously skip dosages of my hormone medication because of ignorance and unwillingness to fulfill prescriptions. I am LIVID. Having to pay triple at Walgreens just to get my meds on time. Would give 0 stars if possible and I want this resolved.

I would give the pharmacy a 0 if i could. I understand times are tough right now for some companies BUT the employees in this pharmacy are rude! This is the 3rd time ive spoken to a women in the pharmacy who has given me attitude & spoke down on me. All because another employee told me that my scripts would be done in 30 min. I gave them over an hour & called to get a price before pickup. Thats when i got the attitude from this lady. Its happened on multiple occasions with attitude & i will be transferring pharmacys. I worked for rite aid years ago in PA & know how frustrating it can be sometimes with customers but if you dont have good customer service than you shouldnt be working in a job like this.

Just trying to get ahold of the pharmacy to check to see if my medication is ready. 30 minutes waiting on one line and 15 on the other at the same time. My wife was on hold for 22 minutes on her phone at the same time and nothing. Literally drove up there while on hold and stood in line while on hold. Advised everyone behind the counter of this and nobody cared one single bit. This place is complete trash. Ever since they took over Kent Pharmacy, it's been an issue every single month our medication is due. Bring back Kent Pharmacy.

I wish I could just rate the pharmacy but I can’t. They are the reason for the 1 star even though I wish it was no stars. I have an appt scheduled and they said they were out of the flu shots. “Why didn’t I get a notification?” He told me because they do they the appointments they just get it in their Q. Please explain how you use that differently? I drops 25min just for this appointment.

Someone please make this sign make sense.....there were 30 posted throughout the store. The pharmacy's original opening time was 8AM. When I inquired with one of the pharmacy staff, she became belligerent about my query. Shame one has to lower their standards due to the lack of competent labor

Went in to buy pain meds. Found on sale bogo deal. Got to cashier at front of store..yea first mistake cuz service at pharmacy cashier is always good..but I picked up bag of candy so was at front. Item rang up as full charge, not bogo. She insisted I owe for 2 at regular price. She calls for help and that person was snippy and having trouble figuring out I was due back $$. Finally she got it but didnt apologize for the confusion. I use the drive up for pharmacy and always pleased with service. Not so much inside.

They are always quick, courteous and friendly! The pharmacy staff knows who I am when I come in. The register people are always great. If this isn't your pharmacy I suggest you switch!

The pharmacy is super slow, had to order my med twice, still didnt come, had to substitute with another drug, and was bent out of shape when I was annoyed and asked for refills to be sent to my local Walgreens..no more Rite Aid Milford De for me..they suck
