We use furbabies this past weekend for the very first time, a three night stay. Online booking was super easy with tons of extras. You can choose optional services and treats to pamper your pet. Our puppy looked amazing when we picked him up and he was super tired, making us feel like he had a great time over the weekend meeting new friends and staying active. We will definitely be back.The store out front is clean and well organized with a lot of inventory. Everyone seems super friendly And helpful. Thank you for taking care of our guy and we will see you soon.

We boarded our 2 senior dogs for the first time over Easter weekend. They had never been left except with friends ever. I was relieved that They were happy & relaxed there. I could tell because they both ate and even though they were thrilled to see us, they didn’t rush to leave when picked up. we also had them bathed and groomed and looked beautiful. We will be back the next time we have to be away.

I trust this team of pet lovers to keep an eye on my dog. He has fun and meets other dogs to make quick friends. They offer spa treatments while they stay. There’s a store with goodies you can take home after their visit.

The entire staff is very professional, and it is obvious they enjoy taking care of their guests. Our Golden Retriever is always happy to go and it is obvious he enjoys his friends. The groomer is also excellent!

Without going into details, our 5 year old Labradoodle had to be taken to an emergency vet after being there less than 48 hours. Sadly, he passed away. It took more than a month to get access to the videos and that only happened after I had to deal with their insurance company. We never had any communication with the owner - not one word. They actually sent his belongings to us without any warning or note of condolence. He was a healthy dog who had been to the vet 2 weeks prior to his stay.

My doggies have been getting groomed at Fur Baby for about 2 years now and we absolutely love them. My dogs were awful for groomers, but they’re angels 👼 for them, because they love them so much! Most recently my Pomeranian has been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and they went above and beyond to sanitize everything and keep her healthy. The doggies also absolutely adore all of the natural treats they get to buy and eat each visit 💕!Highly Recommend!

I regularly tell friends, family, colleagues, strangers how impressed I am with Fur Baby. As a small business owner I appreciate the discipline and teamwork that it takes to deliver such an engaging and consistent customer experience. And that's just as a pawrent. My Fur Baby Tater has participated in parties with photos, art work and themed snacks. She is always very happy and tired when she comes home. She has received nurse's office report is she gets a scratch playing. And after her first 2 visits as a shy pup, she is always eager to get through the door and into her friends.

We sent our boy Casper for a 5 day stay with daycare as well. They absolutely spoiled him and he had such a great time. I’m not sure even missed us with all the fun and spoiling. They took great care of him and sent many pictures.

This is my dog after his first play date at their daycare center. I used to work in kennels and this one has me impressed. When you first walk in it has a very clean smell and not overpowering of urine like I've experienced in the past at different kennels. Then you are greeted by the very friendly and informative front desk staff. I picked up Dewey and he looked very happy. They told me he was having fun playing with another dog named Holly and said how much fun he had. I was so happy with my first visit. I was even given a welcome goodie bag with coupons! We already have him booked for another play date and boarding. Speaking of boarding, they have very accommodating kennels compared to some places I've worked at before. The kennels are nice and spacious (think of your fur baby getting their own private room). I am so glad I'm so close because I think we are going to be long time repeat goers in the foreseeable future.

Great place to take your pet for day care, or if you need to get away for vacation and can't take your pet with you. The staff cares about the pup's as if they were family. They have plenty of room for the dogs to run,play,and socialize.

We LOVE Fur Baby! We take our 10 month old puppy there every chance we can for day care. The staff love the dogs and it is so apparent just by how our puppy reacts to them when they come out front to get him. We’ve also seen him pick up some great play skills when he plays with his older brothers at home. Thank you so much Fur Baby!Wanted to add that Fur Baby also gives the option to add holiday parties! I attached a picture of what my dog came home with yesterday. So cute and definitely going in a frame!

I would highly recommend Fur Baby to anyone that has a pet. My wife and I frequently use their doggy daycare, hotel and grooming services and they are really awesome. They treat our fur baby like a superstar and it's a great way to socialize your pet amongst the others that they have there on a regular basis

This was a very strong contrast to where I had my previous dog many years ago in another place where it took me months to get him back to a normal and calm behavior, so I was scared that it would happen again. But I shouldn't have been, the care my current dog was given was precious, she even ran to the caretakers to "say goodbye" before she came to me, I could instantly tell that she had a good time staying there. Next time I have to go away for some time I will never have to worry again.

My dog came home absolutely exhausted!!!! He slept for 8 hours straight after boarding for 3 days (which included daycare) The staff are lovely too. Our dog has many hind leg, knee and hip issues and we were little worried about him jumping and running in daycare however, they assured me he was in the slow group and that they managed his gentle play. I have no concerns about using Fur Baby again soon. Thank you everyone at Fur Baby that made Beau's stay paw some!!!!!!!!

I started bringing Mickey to Fur Babies when he was 3 months old and he will be 2 this month. He mostly comes for playdates, occasionally overnight and grooming. The staff is good with him and he's always tired when he gets home. I feel like they are his extended family. Thanks for being there for us.

I have had dogs for decades and never found a boarding and day place like Fur Baby Pet Resort! The staff is responsible and kind. I have two dogs, one a very energetic 2 year old Aussie mix and the other an 8 year old sweet, gentle and calm Labrador. Fur Baby has just the right surroundings for each dog, providing appropriate simulating play and attention based on their age, size and disposition. They board together overnight in a space gives them just the right environment to relax. My dogs always come home happy and well adjusted, whether it's an overnight or a stay of several weeks. Recently during a stay I was far away and my dog became ill (a chronic condition flared up). Over the phone the staff helped me make decisions that may have saved my beloved dog's life. Not only did they get her to the emergency care she needed, but when my dog returned to the facility from the emergency, they called me with updates and reassured me about her condition. The caring that the staff, especially Carly, showed both my pet and myself sets an example for all of pet boarding facilities. This is a wonderful place for day care and boarding! I drive over 20 miles to bring my dogs there and I will never go anywhere else.

This is a wonderful place to bring your pets for either grooming lodging or daycare. They have many activities for the Furbabies and the families. My Penny loves going there. It’s a great feeling to know that your pets want to be somewhere other than home!

Before I began taking my 11 year old rescued dog here, I asked if they were familiar with feeding The Farmer's Dog dog food. The response was "Yes, definitely!" Since then, at last twice I have returned from traveling and discovered that they somehow managed to lose some of the food I had sent in, which makes no sense at all since it was clearly labeled with my dog's name.A couple months ago, they not only messed up with the feedings, but also failed for several days to give her her Calming tablets that she definitely needs. These errors were confirmed true by their Operations Director. He and I agreed to try to restore my confidence by him sending updates every other day for her feedings & meds. This oversight managed to have my dog's following stay go smoothly.While I wasn't going to complain about the prior errors, am complaining now, due to what happened AFTER my dog's last stay there.Evidently the owner decided she didn't want to deal with any uncomfortable clients. Of course I would never had been uncomfortable if it wasn't for the problems we encountered. So while the very helpful Operations Director had kindly tried to restore my comfort level, when I went to make another overnight booking, I was told the owner decided they would no longer provide services to us.If you decide to use this place, please realize that this unforeseen, unprovoked & unfair experience could easily happen to you, too.PS - There was no lack of kindness and respect on my part. All I did was get them to check and recheck for missing dog food; sorry if they didn't like that.

Bruno absolutely loves Fur Baby Pet Resort! Pre covid my Pittie was going to dog parks to play with his friends all the time. During covid he was unable to go which was causing him so much anxious playing. We started going to Fur baby to re introduce him playing with other dogs & he has been doing so good. Not only has this helped him be more social around other pups during daycare but they offer overnight care, spa services & a pet boutique! Thank you for taking such great care of bruno!

My boy Murphy had a great time staying with Furbaby over night. I could tell the staff took great care of him and we can’t wait for our next time there. The staff is very professional and caring, they even helped me get Murphy to the car since I had my 3 month old baby with me. I highly recommend using Furbaby, they are the best pet resort in the state. (Photo is proof Murph had so much fun, he went straight to bed when we got home!)

Fur Baby always takes excellent care of my pup. Boarding, daycare and grooming are super easy to book online (I love that!) and the staff are kind and helpful if you have questions or concerns. Milford is very lucky to have such a fantastic facility in town.
