Went to dunkin around 5:15/5:20 pm drive through and it took about 30 minutes to receive my order for 2 coffees and a order of hash browns loaded when it was not busy at all. When I opened the box of loaded hash browns that are almost $4 I saw how little amount they gave me. I feel very gypped for the amount it is. Not only that, they were luke warm but pulling out some one else's hair out of my mouth in the middle of eating it was the cherry on top. I know mistakes happen but it was just too much in one visit. I'm not one to complain or ever leave reviews like this because like I said before, mistakes happen but this time it was very disappointing for the experience. It's always a hit or a miss here.

Don't bother going inside. Over 30 mins for 2 cups of regular coffee. Served 20-30 cars in drive thru. Not a 1 time issue.Dietary restrictions: Ask for stevia and get regular sugar

Only giving this location a 1 Star because I have to, otherwise this location wouldn’t get any. They are super lazy, they don’t even bother to put the cream cheese on the bagels, just hand you a tub of cream cheese to do it yourself, kind of difficult when driving! Coffee is mediocre at best, usually tastes nasty. Just don’t bother going to this location, you will be disappointed and the manager I spoke with really didn’t care. Id rather pay extra & go to Starbucks if it means I receive quality coffee and food.They also sent me a disgusting cold coffee that wasn’t what I ordered!!!!!!!

everytime i come here i ask for less ice and they still fill it to the top every time. i don't understand why it is so hard for them to read the order and make it correctly. $6 for a cup of ice.. crazy.

I went through drive-through they mess up my coffee. I kindly walked in and asked for a different one instead of remaking it they took off the label of a cup Put it around the corner, put the label back on the cup, and gave me the same coffee. It tasted exactly the same… .disgusting. Working with coffee. You either make someone’s day or you ruin it. I hope all of you have the day and deserve.

Coffee was watered down. No sugar in my coffee. They made me put myOwn cream cheese on my bagel. Mentally challenged? Lazy? Bad management? We’ll never know. Sandwich was most likely made by a gorilla plus it was burned. At least the donut holes were ok.

I wish there was an option for no stars. It never fails with this Dunkin. Every time , i mean EVERYTIME I order from this location im disappointed. Maybe they should look into new management.Rude staff and my coffee is never right. I sometimes order from door dash and that is also a disappointment. Coffee is always watered down. Doughnuts are stale and when i ask for a toasted croissant its BURNT. You would think i would learn my lesson by now. Maybe writting this review will help. The employees there take no pride in what they do. I should not have to travel to Lewes to get a good cup of coffee. Tired of wasting my money at this establishment. Maybe if we write to corporate that will help.

They act like it’s an imposition to wait on a customer who happens to pay their salary and that brings me to the tip thing. No one at this one deserves a tip - go to the one at midway to learn how to serve! You order coffee w cream and sugar - they forget the sugar. Once it was black but the sticker clearly said sugar and cream on it. They never say thank you. It’s just get out of this place so I can get back to doing nothing.Parking: Just a few parking places

My favorite Dunkin location! Despite the lines and chaos in the parking lot (not their fault) they run very quickly and efficiently! I never have to wait long even in the long line. I'm sure like every business right now they are having issues internally but it never shows when I visit. The employees are always super nice even when then seem exhausted. Thank you for great service!

This particular Dunkin needs to be put under new management. The workers there are rude and they can not make a simple cup of coffee correct. It's bad enough the coffee is overly priced in the first place and to add to it it's not being made right. I go there on my way to work. If this wasn't the only Dunkin on my way to work I would avoid it like the plague. No one wants to go somewhere and hand your money over to someone that is rude and can't make your coffee correct. There is one worker that is perfect, she greets me over the intercom and thanks me, she smiles, makes sure I get my receipt and doesn't purposely stick it over my drinking hole on my lid with a ridiculous dirty sticker, and she thanks me and ends the transaction perfectly. I don't know her name because I have never seen name tags on anyone. I have made this Dunkin fully aware of everything that goes on here and no one has done anything to resolve the issues.

This place never has donuts in the late afternoon or evening. I will clarify that by saying they have all of the off the wall donuts that nobody buys but any of the popular ones forget it. Don't understand how this place is open until 10pm but you can't get donuts??If you want donuts go to the Harrington store.

I'm unsure of why when placing an ordere at this location they can not seem to get it right, Maybe if the drive thru employee was not distracted by overly loud obnoxious store front employees she could properly hear what customers are ordering and customers would not have to turn around to get it corrected or just take something they had to pay for and disliked. This is the only location where there is always a problem with the order. The walmart location and Dover location we have never had to turn around because of an incorrect order maybe they should send a manager to this location to retrain the employees.

I come here ALOT! almost every single day before work. You have a new cashier named “Peta-Gaye.” I PROMISE you I will only be going through the drive through or more than likely to any other location closer to my work until she is fired. The first time I asked for an iced late, she rang me up for a cold brew. I let it slide, threw that one away, and went to another location to get what I actually wanted. Then today, I asked for a large iced mocha coffee…she repeated “mocha” as she was ringing……and rang me up for a mochiatto. I wouldn’t be mad if it was a simple fix, but that was no where near what I ordered and a $2 up charge. Then, when that remade the mocha iced coffee…my husband and I both agreed that it tasted like watered down chocolate milk and not coffee at all. I don’t like being that person to post rude reviews, but until something is fixed I won’t be going inside or to your location anymore. She either needs to be retrained because obviously she wasn’t trained well, or fired. As a customer I don’t want a wrong order everytime she is working. Maybe next time she should pay attention to her job and not be nosey to the fire truck she is sticking her head outside for. I highly suggest you reevaluate who you hire and train

This drive thru is so amazingly fast. They always seem to get your order correct. Employees are always courteous & helpful. Great place to stop in the a.m. on your way to work. Unfortunately there is the occasional beach traffic but this location is pretty good at expediting the rush hour orders!

Pretty fast service, store is usually clean probably because it's a drive thru and online order world these days.This am, I was asked by the girl, " what are you waiting for?"I said, "online order for D**n".I had seen my yum-looking beverage, but it was just out of my reach. A good barista is more than a mixer, it's a social persona; I doubt she handles the cappacino/frothing machine.So, apparently I interrupted her conversation, the young barista want-a-be "grunted" and slid it towards me; turning her back to me in one rounded motion.Not even a " here you go."Let alone "have a nice day, thank you for stopping in" or a smile. I thought ide go in since busy, I regret it to this moment, though writing this review makes me feel better, hoping its read by someone who cares there.Customer service and greetings are no longer taught apparently.*She turned around laughing to her work mate, continuing whatever conversation I apparently interrupted by standing by the counter.Features: I wish the servers/baristas all wore masks, if not for covid; for general spittle which may exit ones mouth over food and beverages.My beverage was slid on the counter towards me with a non-gloved hand. I imagine that mit being not washed or having picked a cranial orifice, coughed in or sneezed into.If she had smiled or looked half pleasant, instead of rolling her back to me; I may have pictured her having hygiene to match her persona.

Dirty. Bags, paper, food, & trash (LOTS of it) on the floor behind the counter, and everyone just kept stepping on it and walking through it instead of picking it up. It was busy there at the time. This location has many items on the Dunkin Donut menu that they simply do not stock. They'll say they're out of them at that time, but many popular menu items are not available at this location.

Everytime me and my dad come here, and we’ve been coming here for months and months, they used to make coffees right but now it’s seems like just give out coffee and coffee without care with making it right, we pay almost 4 dollars each for a coffee it should be made right, they never seem to mix it or stir it and my coffee always seems to taste original more than actual French vanilla coffee.
