This store is dirty as hell. Floor is sticky, and visibly dirty. Needs to be swept and mopped. Definitely need to hire a cleaning night crew . Who is in charge of this store? It really makes Milford look trashy.

If I could leave no stars I would! Don’t ever try to get a job here, they will treat you with no respect and expect hard work from you when they can’t even make sure the floors are swept! Absolutely trash management!

Store is generally stocked. Slow on the turn seasonal around, understaffed clearly.Have seen wanton theft and people walk straight out, while same woman mans the register all late afternoon into night.It's crazy having one person in there at peak hours.I remain loyal and will still shop there, but hire some help. Seriously.

Right before closing 2 of us were the only people in the store besides 2 associates. My friend n myself were having a great night n having fun. WE WERE ALL OVER THE STORE PICKING UP THINGS TO BUY. AS WE WENT TO THE MAKEUP SECETION. AN ANNOUNCEMBT CAME ACROSS ABOUT SECURITY SCAN IN THE AREA WE WERE IN. Again my friend n I were the only ones in the store so clearly we were being watched . 1 associate who was no where to be found at first came over to the makeup aisle watching us. I worked for dollar General in Milford n Georgetown so I know it's not an automated ANNOUNCEMENT. I was humiliated n extremely mad to say the least. We took our items to the register. Where I was going to walk out . However my friend choose to pay for ALLLLLLL the items we had picked up. I turned and asked the manager ARE WE THE ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. N THE OTHER ASSOCIATE SAID ""YES, WHY IS THERE A PROBLEM?"". I became even more mad. Im thankful there were no other customers . I will not be back !!!!!

Dollar general is really a lifesaver because I was at save a lot and needed a few plastic bags and dollar general employees were able to give them to me for free and I didn't even shop at their store. They understand customer service and are a respectable company. I can not say the same for save a lot however. Maybe I'll be doing my shopping at Dollar general instead since they have a concept of customer service.

I left a bag of merchandise purchased a couple days ago. I went back yesterday to pick it up. I produced my receipt. They had the bag ready for me with no problems.

The inventory selection is very good, and the prices are competitive. I always take advantage of the sale on 40-oz. jars of peanut butter at two for $7.00. The cleaning supplies and the kitchen wares are reasonably priced as well. The clothing is a bit cheaply-made, but it's a dollar store, after all. The snacks and beverages are a bargain. You can usually find just about anything you need at this store except for full-out groceries, but that's not what I shop here for. I come for the toothpaste, ziplock baggies, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. Better than Walmart in many ways.

Friendly faces and safety in place. I like this store. The cashier's are always helpful and say hello when you walk in the door. Prices are fair. Supplies usually in stock.

All Dollar Generals are about the same. I went there for a foldable chair. They had some in stock at a reasonable price.. The staff was friendly at the Milford location

We love shopping at Dollar General Stores. They have (just about) all of the items we're shopping for. We're the kind of people that want to get "more bang for our bucks". And at Dollar General stores, we def do. :)

The girl name Colette have a nasty attitude due to it being closing time and trying to rush customers to shop. Never experienced this been going here for a while now. Need to be checked and handled on this matter. So much for customer services etiquette.

Seems no matter what Dollar General you go to. It is always unorganized and dirty. Unless it is a fairly new one. Other than that it's ok. So glad the one here in Milford is remodeling.

Very cluttered due to too much stuff packed into one store. But the staff are very nice🙂
