CVS is overall better than Walgreens. Customer service is better no long wait and line drive through a pickup in pharmacy. Also CVS has most prescriptions in stock so no wait for them to order things that Walgreens never has in stock. Overall better pharmacy that's why I give it 5 stars

The Milford pharmacy team are some of the hardest working people I’ve seen in a retail environment. I came in Wednesday during their busy, end of day rush, and still they were moving fast running in circles trying to get everyone taken care of. I was ok coming back since my need wasn’t urgent, I’m just sorry that other patrons were not as kind. No one deserves to be yelled at and berated for trying to do their job.This whole team deserves raises and all the kudos for their patience and commitment to their work in overwhelming times. I won’t be going to any other pharmacy anytime soon.

While I love to shop at my local CVS store , the pharmacy associate, Erica, was arrogant and rude and needs additional customer service training. I spoke with the CVS pharmacy, complaint department about the incident and asked for feedback on the outcome of my complaint. No one ever returned my call. My problem is obviously not with my local CVS store in general, but with pharmacy complaint department. I have used my Milford, Delaware store for the last seven years and NEVER had a problem with ANYONE at that store except for now.

The manager unlocked the door three minutes late without any acknowledgment or even a smile. She wasn’t even pleasant when I arrived to the counter to check out and I was the first customer of the day.

Why can’t we get through on the phone to the Milford, DE CVS pharmacy anymore? They were closing the pharmacy drive thru consistently and now we can’t get through on the phone?!? Why have a pharmacy??!!! It is beyond frustrating trying to get medication filled or a simple status why a refill is taking so long. I have to drive to the pharmacy which is a complete inconvenience. Zero customer courtesy!!

This store has improved tremendously by maintaining its workforce and establishing policies to keep its staff. I am not basing my comments on one visit. I have seen headway on several occasions; my Rx Prescriptions are on time and reduce the waiting time.

Love CVS .....I use my coupons and I get coupons in the mail and on line for up to 32% off my total purchase......excluding sale items .....I plan out my trip there and walk out saving some major $ and usually get rewards with my receipt for $5 or more for next trip !Kim M

Im new to this area and this was My first trip to this CVS store. It could not have gone any smoother. The gentleman at the pharmacy pulled up my records fron my previous location, updated my profile for me and filled my prescription in less than 10 minutes.I had read several negative reviews for this location, but my experience was 100% positive
