This was a great store pet store. The employees were very friendly and professional. Even though I was shopping for my cat, I liked the dog cookies and pick up two for my friend's pitt-mixed 🐕 🐕. I hope they enjoy 😋them.

Had a WONDERFUL experience at this Store. I needed a certain food fir my 10year old Sheltie and they had it for me. Then I found a cute stuffed Unicorn that has a squeaker in it for the same puppy. My Maddie was really HAPPY! THANKS CONCORD PETS FOR MAKING A SICK PUPPY VERY HAPPY!

I can’t even say enough how great this store is! They have everything you could possibly need for your pets and the employees are even better. Danny helped us make some great choices for our new puppy. He is very knowledgeable on the products, and was very nice and great to talk to. We will defiantly keep coming back for everything our pup needs!

I love this store. The store is always stocked. The staff is super friendly! The new manager is doing a great job. Much improvements since new management came in. So much better! All of the employees are super nice too! Everyone is extremely helpful and makes me feel welcome. The store is neat and clean. I hope things stay this way for a long time! Good job to all of the staff there for making the store a much better experience! Oh yea… They almost always have crickets in stock too! A nice selection of them.

I have been a long time customer of this store and I have to say that Danny has been an amazing leader for his team! The staff all seem so much happier and friendlier! The store is always clean and organized. Danny himself is always a joy to talk to and just truly amazing! I even brought one of my maine coons in to see him and he just fell in love! My big baby wasn't happy about the cat food shortage but Danny found an excellent substitute and all were happy again! Keep up the amazing work and thank you to the entire Milford team!

Had a wonderful experience at the store with the manager Danny. I had questions trying to help my daughter with her leopard gecko and other things to feed it. He was very helpful. He even discussed how we can create a cricket brooder tank and they could get everything for me in the store with a discount. I love the idea but I also had to make sure I had enough room for it before I could comit.

Wide selection of healthy dog foods. Young man that helped me was very informative on products I was interested in. Also, he showed me other brands that I might be interested in instead. The gentleman at the cashier register was also very helpful. Well stocked! Alot to pick from.

This store has completely turned around in the past few months. Danny and his staff have done an excellent job flipping the entire store and reorganizing everything. Bags are organized neatly on shelving and are sectioned together. There’s also more space upon entering the store and it has been cleaned down to the bone. I don’t see how anyone could pass up coming into this store now.

The staff is ALWAYS helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I love bringing my dogs in for a treat. I also bring my puppies here for socialization and the staff is so welcoming and understanding when the pups have an accident. I couldn't be happier coming to this pet store

OUTSTANDING!! We went to Concord last night looking for “large breed” puppy kibble and we met Danny. Well, can I just tell you that we left there with so much more than a bag of kibble. KNOWLEDGE that’s what we left there with. The information that he gave us about feeding our new puppy and the different things he showed us and things to add to her food to help her were AMAZING!! We made our selections with his help. We came home and this morning did what he said with her food and she ate the whole bowl, she loved it! There was not a drop left. We look forward to going back and taking our Tootsie to meet Danny. THANK YOU Danny!!!

Best pet store in the state. Dan is your man at Concord Pets. So helpful and kind. Recommended an elk antler for my St Bernard pup and it was the best suggestion. Not only does she love it, but it's saved me money that would have been spent on plushy toys that she destroys in 24 hours. Lol

I have been a long time customer of Concord Pet in Milford and just had to say what an incredible change in the store since Danny has been there. It is organized so much better and more brands of dog food are being carried now. One of them is NutriSource I have been feeding for about 9 months now. I couldn’t be happier to be able to get it from Concord Pet now. Danny is always pleasant and the whole team seems happier and more efficient now.

Edited to add: His excellence has been unmatched lol. I stopped in today with my very sleepy 2 year old son to grab a bag of dog food super quick, my sin was having a rough time and the gentleman working was so patient and sweet, super helpful. Thank you again! TThe same gentleman has been in each time I've stopped by, dark hair with glasses. He's always eager to help and kind, have had what I've needed every time.

Best, most supplied, shop with the most caring customer service; I couldn't recommend this place enough. It took me a while to write this review because *life happens* but, this is proof of how much they impressed me, after weeks I'm taking the time because it totally worth it to be known. The front desk gentleman (I seem to remember his name is Dany, hopefully I'm not mistaken) even helped me carrying my purchases to the car. Please support this shop and treat your furbabies with high quality items and food.

Great experience with Milford staff. They were informative about dog food and great advice as to what was the best toy option for bull dogs. We left with a large black Kong along with some suggestions what to fill it with. Great choice! Bullies love the Kong and shockingly it is still in one piece. Thank you Milford Concord!!!

The teenager working the counter saw me walking in circles for 10 minutes since they had moved items around. She never asked if I needed any assistance. That was the least of the problems. When I found the items I went to the checkout counter. As I reached the counter I notice she has her phone on the counter directly in front of her since she is talking to someone on the phone. She then started to check me out, but had to tell the person on the phone with her "hold on". She scanned one item before she stopped to go back to her phone and send a text.I'm all about customer service. I can chalk it up to youth, but someone needs to be checking on theiremployees.I thought several times about calling the store to bring this incident to management, but I felt this would be more likely to force a change in customer service. In this day and age I can simply have everything deliver to my front door, but I like supporting local businesses...when they prove good customer service.

Staff- take some, loose some. Kit absolutely fantastic though. Reason for only 2 stars? WAY overpriced. Bought muzzle there for $27.99. Returned it because I needed next size up. Ordered EXACT same brand in next size up on AMAZON for $12.99. I get that prices will vary from place to place but this is beyond ridiculous. Saw muzzle at Petsmart for $17.99. Dog food also way overpriced. You can find a couple of higher end brands (not a lot but some) at Tractor Supply for less. I do go in there when I'm in a pinch and need something asap and TS doesn't have it otherwise it's Chewy.com all the way for me. Also not enough parrot supplies. I wouldn't buy them there anyway because they would be too marked up.

Terrible terrible place! I will never go back. I have tried so many times to go and every time the manager is there it is an awful experience. Today was it. I asked if the Milford location price matches and I was told all of them did. I walked in the store and told them I needed to price match. The manager was mad and told me they never had and never would. She said there is no real competitors so no. She then offered to call and double check and I said thanks. After she made fun of me on the phone with me standing there she hung up and told me never. She started telling me about how I made her second guess herself and call. She blamed me for what she offered! That was it. I will never be back and I warn everyone to stay away. Go to the Dover or Lewes locations. They are awesome there.

I’ve been in this store several times. Many times the staff remains behind the counter rather than offer help. I’ve had good customer service on occasion, but not consistently. The store is filthy! This could be a great store, but it looks as though no one cares about the appearance, cleanliness, or organization.

Went to concord pets in Milford not knowing what to get for my pit and was helped by tori she knew exactly what I was looking for and explaining to me about the food I got for my pit sue was very helpful and nice and I will be becoming back.
