This is one of the best grooming salons I have been to! The owner, Loren, is incredibly knowledgeable about all different breeds and cuts, and cares about each dog that comes in her shop. Her hand strip technique is phenomenal! Will definitely be bringing our pups back to her from now on!

Canine Couture is THE ONLY place for my Maltese and Yorkie to be groomed. For years, Loren has pampered my pups! Her stellar attention to detail cannot me matched. Jess has also done such a wonderful job with my pups! I can express to them what I would like done and they hit the mark every single time! Canine Couture is a professional established environment that allows you to feel like part of their family. They treat their clients with respect as well as the pups! When I leave my two pups there I know they are in great hands because they put my pets safety first. I appreciate the education they have given me about my breeds, so many things I did not know. All I can say is WOW. If I could leave 10 stars I would!!! Moving to Delaware we were trying to find a grooming salon for our precious pups and we were not happy with anyone until we came across Canine Couture Expert Grooming.They keep the Salon Clean, they are personable & they truly make you feel like your are leaving your pups in a safe space. Safety and the wellbeing of the pups are their #1 priority. With Loren's extensive training and really caring for the kids we honestly felt like we hit the jackpot! Each time we pick them up we are amazed by how beautifully groomed they are. So fresh, so clean, and we can tell that they took their time with each pup, as they have different cuts. It isn't easy to do a Schnauzer cut and Loren exceeds our expectations every time! We have our appointments set for the rest of the year so we don't ever have to worry about fitting them in. Loren & Jessica welcomed us with open arms, and I'm sure they would do the same for you, we have referred several others and all have been extremely happy. Thank you Loren & Jessica!!!

I brought in my Husky and she had a blast working with owner and workers. I was told she behaved greatly and the owner is very sweet and cares for the dogs being groomed. She is so talented and I am very please with how the work is done. Definitely coming here again!

We absolutely love and highly recommend the Canine Couture team! We started bringing our Westie here a few years ago for periodic grooming, and Loren ended up making some really important suggestions about his overall health and skin care, which we honestly had not spent enough time thinking about. She recommended a different dog food, which immediately had a positive effect, and then she recommended a medicated shampoo and asked if we would consider bi-weekly baths to help get his skin in order. She offered us a great price, so we started doing it and it has had a huge positive impact on our dog. We recently took our yellow lab to them as well to help manage her crazy shedding, and they cleaned her up beautifully. Loren and team treat out dogs like family. They are always so pleasant and helpful and love on the dogs. They always pick up the phone and are flexible with their schedules. I can’t say enough good things about them. You should be taking your dogs here too.

I have Scotties who need hand stripping - and Loren does an amazing job with them. They love her and love their spa day with her. Loren was recommended to me by one of the top professional handlers in the US, who has shown all my Scotties to their championships. Loren is able to keep them in show coat, so they are not boarded in PA with my handler. Personally, I don't know what I would do without Loren! Her shop is clean and neat. She is a true professional! I have two Scottish Terriers and a Schnauzer mix, the oldest is 10 which makes him a senior dog. Finding a groomer who understands the correct grooming can be difficult, but finding a groomer who is sensitive to their personalities is almost impossible. Thank heavens a highly regarded Scottie breeder recommended Loren.I trust my dogs with her and know that she will treat them like her own. She is highly responsive to their behaviors and gives me a full report of what she’s noticed. Working with Loren is professional and orderly. On rare occasions when she’s running long, she will text so I can adjust my drive times so I will not have to wait! Always upbeat and welcoming. The shop is clean, orderly, colorful and fun.I drive 45 minutes to take my babies to Canine Couture. There are MANY groomers near my home, but none of them is Loren. Your dogs will thank me; so will you!

Loren does both of my Shih-tzu’s, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her work. She is super patient with my stubborn puppies and has actually pointed out medical situations that I myself did not notice. I now have three dogs an 11yr old Shih-Tzu Scooter, a 2yr old Lab mix Starr and a 9yr old Sheltie Madison. I have been taking all three to Canine Couture Expert Grooming for quite a while now and have been extremely Happy with Loren and the entire staff. Scooter and Starr are always excited when we pull up and are ready to go. Once done they come home beautifully groomed and happy puppies. Madison has only been a few times and she has anxiety over all things. But after she is done she is also beautifully groomed, calm and happy. I have used many groomers in the past and I have to say Canine Couture Expert Grooming is Absolutely the Best! You are a group of Amazing people and I can't Thank you enough for your Loving Kindness to my puppies. Love you all!

It is very rare to find the complete package of talent, expertise, empathy, ethics, intelligence and all around amazingly lovely person. This is what you will find in Loren, the owner and groomer at CCEG. There is no finer with regards to her grooming/trimming skills . Loren has put in the time to hone her craft and is the real deal. She has spent many years practicing with grooming legends in the industry as well as recently becoming nationally certified as a master groomer herself. Loren has created a salon that offers services at a high level. It would be easier to find a unicorn in the middle of Times Square, NY than locate someone who can hand strip a Sealyham Terrier (or even to find someone who knows what a Sealyham IS for that matter). Loren KNOWS the breeds and how to take care of them. She hand stripped my Sealy and got her show competition ready. She has many show competition clients with hand stripped coats as well as pet clipped coats. She has always worked very closely with me to ensure that my Sealy is well taken care of at an affordable price. I'm very grateful I found her and her team.

No patience with our pup. (Small miniature schnauzer) If they were not experienced enough to handle a fidgety pup I would of preferred a phone call to pick her up then a half way done job and a $70 bill. Sadly the owner was super nasty and rude. Came home not smelling fresh and no bandanna. (I find it hard to believe she was bathed) We have had great luck finding a competent new groomer thankfully. (Two days after this bad experience)

I brought my very old German Shepherd in for the first time and was very nervous at first, sense he’s gotten older he’s more impatient and can be a little hard to deal with. Had appointment to get my dogs toenails clipped, set up the appointment on line several days before the appointment. They had texted and called me to confirm it was just a nail clip, as they wouldn't have time to do any other services. So I texted them back that yes it was just a nail clip, they never said we had to bring proof of rabies vaccine. I had my wife drive me to work so she could take the dog to the appointment and when she got there they told her they needed the rabies vaccination record and wouldn't do my dogs toenails without it. They wasted mine and my wife's time as well as gas and not to mention still need to get my dogs nail done. Very unprofessional and I will never use them again, they had ample opportunity to tell me to bring in the rabies vaccination record with me before my appointment, but chose not to. Instead they choose to inconvenience me and my wife instead.
