Beach tans is wonderful.. The new owner has replaced the old tanning beds with new ones... Redesigned the place and it feels a little more inviting.. Kudos to you 😉

Unique, varying stock. Generally good prices; sometimes awesome buys. Friendly, helpful staff (they know what they have and often can pinpoint its location; nice).Not just a discount store. They serve a good purpose in the community and that sense of purpose is evident.I don't shop here a lot (full disclosure), but for certain types of items, they are always on my radar.

Big Lots has the best home decor. And it's inexpensive. I recently bought curtains for my bedroom. They have a wide selection. They also have furniture with low low prices!

My cashier today, Sarah was excellent. She was friendly, efficient and enthusiastic. The store was clean and pretty well stocked. The spices were beginning to get low but that is not surprising since they were this week's free gift.

I had a question regarding my amount of purchase and understanding my receipt. The manager on duty explained it to me but she was very rude while doing it! She acted liked i was some kind of idiot! I thanked her for explaining the receipt to me and she just looked at me. Never once did she smile or thank me, wish me a good evening, nothing. She had an attitude and I was treated badly. This was my second trip to the Milford store this day and I spent a good deal of money. I might just return my purchases. Her bosses need to check her attitude!

Always fun to shop there cuz you never know what you're gonna find... I like the fact that you can buy clothes in one isle... Frozen foods in another and shop for furniture in the same store... Prices great & usually very friendly employees... One of my favorite stores

Has some very nice items not typical of a discount store, but mostly low priced items of value to ones on a tight budget. Good promos (sent to email). Stock varies by location and current supply chain issues. Always have the basics.Frequent (literally free) premiums. Helpful staff. Good covid safety measures.Got some excellent house slippers (BOGO - half of the second). Base price was good, sale price beat "W".If you need home, deck or yard goods, snacks, party stuff, small furniture and the like check and you might save a few bucks and get decent quality/value.

Deals Deals Deals! I go every weekend just to see what's new. From what I understand they have test market and close out items. So on the up side everything is inexpensive on the down side you may get something you like and never see it again.

I love this store but the Milford store changed the check out area which looks jammed into a corner and just not very good design. They made the aisles widths so small only one person at a time can get down the aisle. And it's almost too tight for one cart. There store is not merchandised well at all. Probably go to the Seaford store from now on.

Big Lots Milford has an outstanding staff. Very friendly respectful and helpful. My wife and I were immediately greeted and given help by a employee named Jamie in the furniture department. Later we strolled through the rest of the store and found everything we needed at a great prices especially the furniture. The entire store is stocked up, organized and most importantly clean, including the restrooms.

Horrible experience. Customer service wise. Went in to try and find a queen size platform and must say the guy who was in charge of the furniture department was “too busy” to answer any questions. Literally felt like he and the girls working were rushing us out. Next day called to see if they have any in stock and I literally was on hold for over 10 min. They kept a answering the phone and they literally had me going back and forth with probably every worker that works there to only find out they didn’t have any. Ridiculous customer service. I just feel they could have been more helpful.

Big Lots has a lot of items you normally buy every week for much cheaper. Some items have gone up in price since I've been shopping there but overall great for secret Santa gifts and much more!

Customer service was EXCELLENT! John in the furniture department is an awesome associate going out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed and answered all our questions. The only issue is the Milford store doesn't have Delivery Service anymore and that is a real negative aspect. Other than this issue I highly recommend this store!

They either have what you need or they're out of what you need... other then that, it's a nice store has alot to offer. The ppl here are friendly and want to help you and will find what you need

Strike one carts were stuck together. Strike two isles blocked strike three this place didn't have what. I was looking for and that was 3 different items last strike ..on my way out I told the clerk I couldn't find what I was looking for.. She didn't offer to help. her reply was have a nice day as I was walking out. Zero stars. Where was her offer to help or get assistance? Sheesh. Back to dollar General

This store looked very neat as always. All the workers were very respectful and very professional. The Store Manager, Donna, was very energetic, polite, and went above and beyond for me and another customer at the same time. I love coming to this store.
