First let me commend the staff. They are always polite and well versed on the store. Ever since they remodeled it it is awesome. And they are pet friendly. It is one of my boxers favorite stores.

What a terrible place to do business with. If you leave without your purchase, they return it to the shelves that night... Not a trustworthy practice so I'll be employing some patience with Amazon delivery from now on.

Great store at Milford, DE location. The employees there were all knowledgeable of their jobs and very friendly. I'm not use to seeing smiling faces at other stores I shop like I seen at this ACE storm. Fast checkout. Great parking.

Great hardware store. Has about anything you can think of at good prices. Well staffed - all of whom are friendly and helpful. Saves trips to big box hardware stores in Dover or Lewes. Highly recommend.

Kind and Friendly Staff ! Employees were Smiling and Greeting everyone as they walked in . I had a really nice experience, and just needed Packing Tape . The staff was so nice ! They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to find what I looking for , as well as the other Customers in the Store . I even had a Young Man make sure I was able to find everything I needed as I was walking to my car in the parking lot . I really appreciate kind people these days . I'm a fan of most Ace hardware stores. Very knowledgeable staff and a great display of team effort to find, solve and recommend solutions. Will acknowledge when they are not the best option for your problem. Should be called "ace hardware and consulting.". This store was no exception. This local hardware store understands local problems.

As Always, Outstanding Customer Service. I wanted to purchase a Weber grill called Smokey Joe and the box did not state whether or not it had the grill racks inside of it. I asked one of the employees if he knew and he said he was not sure so he cut open the box and pulled everything out to make sure that they were in there (which they were) before I purchase the item. Ace is my favorite hardware store and that will never change

Came here for a flashlight instead of walmart because I knew someone could help and I was not disappointed. Asked a nice gentleman to help me make a decision on flashlights. Wanted it bright and to shine far. He was so helpful! Really happy with this place!

I have been into this store two times to get a key made. Each time I’ve rang the bell and waited over 5 minutes and no one ever shows up. Today I saw 3 employees standing and talking to one customer and another one putting things on a shelf. But everyone was blind to a customer needing help. I was going to buy other items but forget it! Horrible Horrible service at this location!

Largest Ace in the region; biggest I've been to. Attentive, helpful staff. Huge stock. Good prices. Well laid out store. Pleasant shopping experience.Older staff. Seem to hire seniors rather than kids; not sure why. Not invasive, but there when you need them.Not your big HD/L warehouse. Old style hardware store with an up to date feel. I'll be back.
