Air Temps always stays in touch regarding the time of our appointments. I also received the name of my technician and his picture so I knew who to expect. He arrived on time, discussed what he and his trainee would do and got to work. They stayed in touch with updates and questions. They even helped me set my Nest Thermostat, which I have struggled with. Once the work was completed they gave me a review of what was done and discussed things for me to look out for. We also scheduled a duct cleaning for a few weeks from now.

The technician arrived when scheduled and completed the maintenance in a timely manner. He let me know about some problems with the system and gave me options to mediate them. Then, the team came to assess the details of replacement. They spent 2 hours, including over 30 minutes aggressively trying to have me sign a contract right then. They kept saying that getting a second estimate was not only unnecessary, but showed lack of trust in their company. At the end of the meeting, they refused to give me a concrete estimate or a list of equipment recommendations. They even put me on speaker with the company owner, who spoke poorly of the very competent technician. When you add in several culturally insensitive comments, I will never be using this company again. Oh, and the price range offered when I pushed them was about twice the market rate.

I am very happy with Paul Clark. He figured out the real problem with my heating issue. I really like that they put protectors on their feet to not bring in outside dirt. From calling for service to finished work.... very professional. I will use them again for my services and will refer them to my clients. Thank u! Very happy!!!!

We have been using Air Temp Solution for our HVAC and plumbing issues for about 5 years. When we were told we needed to replace our 17 year old heating system because it was no longer safe we were shown photos from inside the system where cracks would allow carbon monoxide to enter our home. We had already been given the information that our air conditioning system was obsolete. We were given options as to just replacing the defective part, just replacing the heating system or replacing the entire heating system. Because of the age of our system we chose to go with a new system. We were asked numerous questions to determine exactly what our needs were and then offered 3 different levels of systems to choose from. Our tech seemed knowledgable overall but he had zero personality. He was very negative and gave us an estimate of over $11k to have our HVAC unit and water heater replaced. Turns out, the techs work on commission and now I understand why he was pushing to have everything replaced. I had two other people come out and look after he visited and they had opposite opinions from the tech that visited from Air Temp. The only thing he was correct on was the blower mower needed a severe cleaning, which I had done.

Thanks to Gunnar Belcher for the 2 Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans completed: Blower Wheel & Duct Cleaning and Condenser Coil Level Cleaning today-April 26, 2024. Gunnar stayed late to make sure the Blower Wheel was put back together correctly. We had good discussions about the cleaning performed as well as encouragement to view the Blower Wheel reinstall. My wife turned the system back on while I was able to hear the fan start up in the crawlspace with Gunnar. All systems check, good! Thank you for taking the time to explain everything you performed on our HVAC system, Gunnar! See you on the next PM.

Gunner with Air Tech Solutions is great! He came out to complete annual maintenance on our furnace and not only did a fabulous job with that, but also spoke with us about other potential issues to be aware of. Updated 4/24A tech from Air Temp solutions left the previously working system disabled and not working after a routine maintenance call. After my complaint their follow up tech quoted $1,250 for a new thermostat and thermostatic board. Needless to say I searched for another company.Top Flight diagnosed a simple but easily overlooked problem. The system was restored with only a service call.—————————-Morgan was very professional and helpful
