Go to pick up medication’s and they’re closed because they don’t have a pharmacist. Unbelievable. How do you operate as a pharmacy without a pharmacist on staff

Stopped here here last night on my way home from work. I wanted to get a certain brand of cough lozenges and Walgreens was supposed to have them. I got there at around 5:15pm. No pharmacy. I'm told it's closed on Wednesday. Seriously? You're a drug store for God's sake, and your pharmacy is closed on Wednesdays? The person at the front didn't know where what I needed was (nor would I expect them to). It's nothing but endless excuses for big business to provide lousy, or in this case, no service.

Walgreen in General has a very unreliable service. It took us over 24 hrs. to get a prescription filled for my daughter's eye infection. We rushed her to urgent care for immediate treatment but she did not get her first dose until next day due to Walgreen's laidback Pharmacy hours and overstressed Pharmacist who are generally rude and rushing to confuse the order. This experience is from Walgreen's in Bear and Summit Bridge Middletown, DE. Second time, we order prescription at Walgreen in Dupont Pky in Middletown. We went to the store just to find out that Pharmacy was closed much earlier than the regular hours due to Pharmacist's urgency. How can Walgreen be in the pharmacy industry with no accountability and responsibility to deliver prescription on time to people in medical need. We have spent hours calling doctor's office and Walgreen Pharmacy just so that we get medication on time. Never had any issues with other Pharmacy like CVS, Walmart, Costco before. I will steer away from Walgreens moving forward. It's highly unreliable vendor to be in this business. Walgreen may be an option for non emergency prescription.

This store went from being one of the best, cleanest stores around with a top notch pharmacist to a ghetto. New management and it’s now one of the worst. I’m not sure how it stays open. Some days no one shows up to work in the pharmacy at all. I drive a little further now to a compounding pharmacy but it’s well worth the trip.

I’ve been a faithful Happy Harry’s/Walgreens customer for my entire life. Love these stores but the lady behind the cash register is so rude at this one!!! She first told me my Walgreens rewards coupon was only worth a dollar even though it says five dollars Walgreens cash on it. Then she told me it probably is expired and wouldn’t work, expiration date was December 31, 2021 on the card. I asked her if I could enter my Walgreens information and at least give the coupon a try. She huffed and puffed, trying to convince me I was wasting my time and her time. What an attitude on this woman! Sure enough after the receipt prints out, I had another $5 Walgreens cash!!! I will NEVER go to this Walgreens again after being treated that way. I don’t know how that woman has a customer orientated job.

I recently had perceptions sent there and stopped after work to pick them up before surgery only to find the pharmacy closed at 6.I went back the next day to pick it up after the store opened and on line said pharmacy was open but not when I got there. I wasted 3 trips to that place, never again.

Pharmacy is always “temporarily closed” after the third wasted trip I am over it. Switching pharmacies immediately

I’ve been a Walgreens customer always even when it was Happy Harrys with 21yrs in the Middletown area the store was always clean the customer service excellent and the pharmacist very professional not sure what’s going on but the summit bridge store is filthy -shelves empty -hours are on and off -pharmacist look new every time you go to the store-during a pandemic when you would think you would get more support from your pharmacy this makes no sense 👀🧐- you still can find a few folks that are willing to help😊... what’s going 🤔

Great staff, good selection, well stocked and clean.Suggestion for Improvement:• The ATM is 'Out of Order' most of the time. Call the ATM vendor and ask for a new machine.

Pharmacy goes on vacation in the weekend. Went in on a friday about 6pm store was closed. Went to the store to get a prescription sat no pharmacy for the weekend. That poor management.

I ran in to get my Starbucks almond milk Frappuccino and they didn’t have a vegan option. It’s almost 2020. And gas stations have it. Ridiculous!
