Far and above the WORST pharmacy in Middletown. First off, if you have an Adderall prescription then take your business elsewhere. With all of the shady stuff they’ve been doing, I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that this pharmacy has been using the nationwide shortage to their advantage.That’s not even why I’m giving them 1 star. I’m giving them 1 star for the aforementioned shady stuff. They list themselves as closed on the weekends when they’re open. They distributed generic versions of medications when my prescriber ordered namebrand (and probably charged for namebrand). And their staff is less friendly than literal drug dealers. I will be taking my business elsewhere and never using Walgreens for my prescriptions again. 1 star.

Nothing but amazing customer service. I’m always greeted with a smile and a hello. Very clean and well stocked. The pharmacy is equally as pleasant and the pharmacist who was working the day of my first visit really took the time to help me navigate the prescriptions for my mother. Each time I visit the pharmacists are available for any questions and just super helpful.

I should have read reviews and not choose this location for covid test. tested my 76 yr old mom on Friday 1030 am and recieved results Monday morning. unacceptable. over the weekend she got worse and had to take to urgent care and was able to get treatment. it's all a big mystery as to when these samples are picked up, and the status of your results. with elderly, time is of the essence for covid treatment

I was there on Thursday to get a prescription filled, and was making a purchase at the front counter. I was waiting in line, which I was the only other person there, and the old white lady with grey hair was having an all out conversation with the customer she was ringing up and just going as slow as she could as she looked at me all silly. She was doing that on purpose, and it's not the first time she's shown disrespect when I came there. You need to do something about her. It was very racist!!

Their customer service is horrible. I went to get tested for COVID and asked if my son could get tested as well since he was with me. Chris at the pharmacy drive-through just said no you need an appointment. There wa literally no one else waiting to get tested. I asked for a manager. She told me I needed to talk to the pharmacist.Some pharmacy technician named Casey or Jaycee decided to take it upon herself to be rude, rolling her eyes and shaking her head to tell me I need an appointment. Very argumentative. I asked if she was the pharmacist and she said no. She should've stayed in her place.The pharmacist was kind and explained their registration process. I still don't like my experience and would not recommend this Walgreens to anyone. They make the whole company look bad.

The Walgreens in the Middletown Shopping Center is horrible. I had a RX called into the Pharmacy 3 days ago and I tried calling the pharmacy and put on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. I drove there and their phome recording stated the pharmacy was open to 8PM... At 6PM the pharmacy was closed and I was told they have staff shortages and very limited hours!!! The parking lot was not even plowed from yesterday's snow and the side walks and parking lot was trecherous to walj on due to ice. The store is cold inside and Walgreens have had their heating and air broken down for over 5 months and have temporary units in several areas of the store. I will quickly transfer my RX and will NEVER step foot inside this Walgreens again. Very unprofessional staff. The pharmacy is deplorable....you will die before they have you RX ready.

I'm only giving this one star because of its location. It's very close to my house. Other than that it wouldn't get any stars. The customer service is horrible. There's one employee in particular that is so miserable his unpleasant vibe irritates me so bad that I will judt go out of my way to a different store/ pharmacy. He has long long curly Amish hair. I always feel uncomfortable in this walgreens I feel like one women manager always states and watches everything I do very annoying also this is not the cleanest store. With all that said there is one manage Jon who is amazing. I don't know how he works with these miserable people

I called this pharmacy was on hold with supposedly two calls in front of me. I waited and after thirteen minutes I was disconnected. I call back and wait ten minutes with one person in front of me and I never received service, I was only subjected to a recording that tell you the same thing every 20 seconds or at best three times every minute. This place is ridiculous.

Apparently I should have read the reviews before coming here for a covid test. I was tested on Monday, waited for 72 hours then called Friday morning only to find out Labcorp hadn’t come by for three days to pick up Covid tests and no one from Walgreens thought to call before I brought it up more than 72 hours later. Very disappointed, will not be returning to this location again.

My fav Walgreens but there’s Always room for improvement, the building needs a power washing and the concrete under the arches out front needs to be patched it’s crumbling and you could trip on it, parking lot needs the lines redone there faded

This Walgreens is the worst. EVERYTIME I come in here I feel like I'm being watched like a hawk. The employees will constantly follow you around the store asking if you need help in the most non friendly way. I live right across the street but would rather make the trip to anywhere but here. There is something OFF about this Walgreens.

This particular store is clean & fairly well stocked. Doesn’t seem to be as big as some I’ve been in. The staff in store are friendly as is Pharmacy. But I have a growing concern regarding the safety information given & the integrity about Recalled Prescriptions. The person at the counter gave conflicting info about a publicly announced recall. So, I had to further investigate. (internet, phone calls, etc) & several phone calls later, I spoke with the pharmacist. He had a fraction more info than the counter girl.Geez, how safe is this Company? Plus, this pharmacy charged me more than half the full price of a prescription that is only 1/4 of the count in the bottle, due to inadequate stock...And they don’t bother to tell you about it? So, if its recalled, why haven’t they contacted me about a refund for an rx that I didn’t receive in count, bc it was out of stock but still PRE charged me, & now it’s recalled. I will be changing pharmacies. You may want to think twice before using this company for your rx needs. Quite a few meds are manufactured in China by their suppliers.

Pharmacy is a joke. If your system is down for 5+ hours don’t tell people their meds will be done in 2-3 hours and not bother to give them a heads up before you close. Unbelievable

Often have to hold on pharmacy phone line >20 minutes. They have a built in lunch break in their day but this perk obviously reduces their efficiency. Big company like this you would think would have it together. Two thumbs down

What is wrong with the management of this store? They have been CLOSED for two days, and before that, they didn't even have enough staff to man their pharmacy - only pickup at the window with a 30-40 minute wait. This is a national chain and they can't get anyone to work for them! Pay more wages, you cheapskates!
